Chapter 9: Talk About Hell
Adela focused until she had her wings and she flew out the window of this chamber, she had to face her mother. Not to kill her but to talk to her. She landed on the ground and it was so hot. Her clothes were very dirty and ripped. She had to go get new clothes but she had no time and no money.
When she looked up she saw Duncan flying she had to hide from him.
She hid under a bakeries roof. She was there until he left.
She had to find a place to stay but she just stayed under the bakery's roof alleyway since nobody could see her. The ground was really still really hot and her feet were burning and the air was hot. It was hard to breathe. Luckily Adela did not have to touch the ground since she could just float, but could not float for long since she is staying under the hood of this shop. It felt cool and breathable.
THREE MONTHS LATER
———————————————————-
The shop she was hiding under was a bakery so at night she would go inside and eat but now it was almost always locked.
It had been so long since Adela ate anything she was so thin that her bones were sticking out.
She then saw someone walking with a limp, she decided to help her. She had a brown shawl on her body
"Hello Miss are you okay," asked Adela
She was looking at the ground and she still was. Adela put an arm around her, the lady looked up and she saw who it was. It was not a lady at all. It was her father.
"Oh honey you always help people so I knew this would work," muttered Thompson.
"FATHER? What in the world are you doing but are you okay?" spouted Adela.
Her father stood up straight and became much taller.
"I am fine but Jordan is not his soul is in my body his body is somewhere rotting," mentioned Thompson.
"His body was in the car but I don't know if is still there, I haven't been up there in I don't know how long," responded Adela.
"It has been three months I know since it has been the same time for me," remarked Thompson
"THREE MONTHS, how has it been that long," screamed Adela.
"Yeah you look so thin, come with me honey I have a house here," spoke Thompson with the kindness that Adela longed for.
"Alright let's go fly there you can go on my back since you are too weak to fly on your own." effused Thompson.
"Okay then thank you father." bubbled Adela with excitement. Adela did not feel this in a while she felt...happiness.
All she could this of is that both of her parents are evil, and her mother is the worst of them all.
Now she wants to think about how her father is like how he was before the light in her darkness. The one who made her smile.
When she is flying with him she feels the air and how nice it feels, but since it is my life I can never be happy.
"Adela comes back to me." shouts someone.
When she looks at who it is and so does her father he accidentally drops her. Then she is falling until something catches her, and no someone catches her. When she looks at who she landed on and it's Duncan. She tries to escape but he is too strong.
Duncan brings her to his house. His house is pretty tiny with broken furniture everywhere.
"We have gotta stop meeting like this." Duncan retorts as Adela tries to get off him.
"Yeah we really should I getting tired of your terrible flying," Adela remarks as she is still on his back trying not to fall.
"I am a great flier I just saved your life," comments Duncan.
"Okay fine thank you but I still hate you." snaps Adela.
"Why do you hate me?" Duncan asked Adela
"Sorry can not tell you," Adela said.
"Fine don't tell me I will find out eventually." declared Duncan.
Duncan takes her to his house she recognizes it probably since she saw it when she was flying with him before to the chamber.
"Why did you bring me back here?" asked Adela.
"Would you rather have gone to the chamber?" retorted Duncan.
"Definitely not the place that reeked of death." judged Adela.
"Oh did it did smell bad, well then it is good that you don't want to go there. Even if you are here my house probably doesn't smell any better," said Duncan.
Adela realized that he was right when she smelled it was like rotten food and boy sweat.
"Yeah it does smell gross," uttered Adela finally realizing what she was smelling.
"Okay let's go somewhere else, how about that bakery you were hiding under," Duncan mentioned.
"Wait how did you know I was there?" asked Adela frantically.
"Oh, I know everything about this place and that bakery is the one that me and my brother own." Duncan comments.
"Okay wow that is a little crazy so why is your house absolute trash no offense?" asked Adela.
"That is because I am never here I am always at the bakery. I saw you there but you looked so much thinner and weaker from before. I didn't know if it was really you. When I saw your face I knew it was you though." explained Duncan.
"Okay I understand and I so tired that I cannot even run or fly away again. I am starving as well so let's go," Adela said.
"We can go but your clothes are so ripped and dirty. I could get you nicer clothes if you want." offered Duncan.
"You are right my clothes are absolutely destroyed," noted Adela, she also agreed with him when she saw giant holes on her tights and a white shirt turned brown from dirt. She has no idea how this happened. Her shoes were were also ripped.
She sat on the sofa to rest from what just happened.
"I will go and get some clothes and food for you, you can just stay here." Duncan insisted.
"Fine, I will not go anywhere." Adela clarified. She was too tired to do anything right now.
She went to go to the bedroom to get some shut eye. She laid down and closed her eyes but all she could think of was what will happen to her and her mother. Also, where is Jordan's body she hopes that he is safe.
Adela wakes up from some loud noise. Duncan is back with food new clothes, she goes to the washroom to change.
When she comes back he has brought a croissant that is so big and looks delicious, and all types of bread. White, Whole Wheat Bread, Banana Bread, Baguettes, and Brioche. There is so much more I do not know why he would bring all of this. The weird thing is he has some canned food too.
"Adela are you alright did you hear that?" Duncan cowered, he has fear in his eyes. Adela has never seen that before.
"What are you tak-----.' before Adela could finish what she was saying there was loud thunder and it shook the whole house.
"What was that an earthquake?" asked Adela very scared and confused.
"No that was your mother, she is trying to find you can not face her right now you are too weak. She will kill you," he told Adela.
Adela was about to cry but Duncan held her face and hugged her.
"It is going to be alright Adela I promise it will be," Duncan whispered.
Adela for the first in while just for a second Duncan said those words, she did feel alright and safe. She felt safe with him.

THREE MONTHS AGO
"Are you ready to go through the portal? When you go you will not be able to become werewolves and there could be a lot of dangerous beings and creatures. Take this book to teleport back. It has the spell, only you both." Adam explained.
"Promise you will get Adela back, and be very careful." Genevieve sobbed.
"We promise we will get Adela back, and we will safe." Octavia reassured Genevieve but you could see the fear in eyes. She was afraid of leaving and going into the most dangerous place she has ever gone to. She had to be brave for everyone though. So she took a deep breath held her brothers hand.
Then, Octavia and Oliver, the young omegas went into the portal that comes out there is a full moon. The portal is too small for an adult to go in. It is on the ground so they just jumped in. They just disappeared and the portal did too.
Then they came out into hell. The ground was very hot to point that their feet were burning.
"Octavia my feet are hurting and burning!" shouted Oliver.
"Calm down Oliver I probably can find something in my bag," Octavia responded, she always was prepared.
"Oh wait I have some steel bottom boots from training, do you have yours?" wondered Octavia, while putting her boots on.
"Oh I forgot mine..." mumbled Oliver.
"ARE ACTUALLY SERIOUS, HOW FORGETFUL CAN YOU BE!!!!!" screamed Octavia.
"Can you carry me?" stammered Oliver.
"Oliver, we are the same age and you are heavier than me how could I carry you, it is your fault that you forgot?" warned Octavia.
"Than what are we going to do, I also can not breathe it is so hot we are winter werewolves, not summer werewolves," Oliver complains.
"I am trying to think of an idea okay, just let me think." recoiled Octavia
"Well think faster because my feet are going to turn into fire and I am still in a lot of pain." whimpered Oliver.
"I know, we could make your shoes inside that shop probably the floor inside is not as bad as outside," Octavia answered.
Octavia and Oliver were surrounded by people with black wings and gargoyles in every corner they tried to hide in their hoodies while they ran in the shop. Octavia was right the burning feeling was gone they went into a corner and she found some leather to make temporary shoes. She only has plastic for the bottoms, it would probably melt.
"I am making these for you but they will only last one or two days Oliver we need to find Adela quick." panicked Octavia.
"Then we should start now, let's go and find her," responded Oliver with confidence Octavia had never seen before. Oliver starts to head out and Octavia follows him, but when they get out something grabs them.
