jeongguk and a couple of friends were out having fun. they decided to go on a boat trip together. jeongguk warned the helmsman that he couldn't swim at all but he just shouldered it off and ignored it anyway and told him, "don't swim then."

"jjuk, once we head out to ocean, will you take a quick dive in the water with us? it'll be fun~!" one of jeongguk's friend wiggled his eyebrows as he looked back to talk to the younger. jeongguk shook his head side to side, "no thank you, i don't know how to swim."

"well that's too bad," the friend stopped talking and left the boy alone.

the boat was a bit old and rusty so it took a while to get far away from the shore. when they got there, jeongguk watched his friends have fun in the water. he laughed and smiled from the boat; it didn't feel like being left out. he was actually having fun.

it was time to head back to land so they hopped back on the boat. jeongguk was at the back of the boat with another male friend. he was hugging jeongguk side ways to cheer him up. he was all soaked up and only made jeongguk wet.

then suddenly the boat started to fill up with water. the floor was completely covered in water and everyone was starting to freak out. the driver was thinking of something to do quickly.

"everyone, swim back to shore!" everyone nodded and jumped off the boat that was already half way covered in water. jeongguk stayed behind though. everyone was already on their way back. a male turned around to see where jeongguk was, "jjuk! try to swim!"

jeongguk was terrified to get in the water but that was his only option. there was no floor to support his legs. jeongguk gasped for air and started to shiver. he tried to use the boat as support but the boat was being sucked in. jeongguk put some attempt to swim and kicked his legs and arms. as time went by, his energy was slowly decreasing. he wanted to stop so bad but that only results one way.

jeongguk cried out for help but no one heard him. minutes pass and he was shocked he hasn't given out yet. then suddenly, his head went fully under water for a moment. he couldn't hold himself up anymore. he stayed under for the seventh time. jeongguk held his breath for twenty seconds then desperately inhaled.

his lungs were burning. everything was hurting and his body said it was too much. jeongguk's eyes were opened half way. his arms were up and his whole body was relaxed. he slowly went down life a dead rat. from a lot of the water, his name was called. people were swimming underwater to see if they could find the missing person. someone brought his body up to the surface and tried cpr on him but they all looked down in mourn.
