This awards show does forms differently than you're probably used to. For ease and organization purposes, forms will be submitted via Google Forms. If the QR code does not work, I have also linked it above.

💡 TIP! → Have the links to all your books ready (i.e. in the notes app). Sign into the Google Form with your email so your progress saves even if you close the tab.

Regardless of whether you completed the Google Form or the standard form, you must tag 2-10+ writer friends here on Wattpad. If you do not complete the tagging requirement, I will not acknowledge your form as completed.
