"Hey,You here.i thought as much
I also arrange my cupboard when I'm angry or jealous"i heard a voice say from behind

"Who told you I'm angry or jealous?"i asked the moment i turned to face the person

"Because you look like you could kill me if killing wasn't haram"she confessed smiling and I shook my head

I sighed still arranging my clothes

"You see,Abba Numan is like a brother to me.i don't feel anything towards him neither does he,towards me"she explained and it made sense
I'm just a little protective

"You wouldn't tell me if one of your brothers visit.you wouldn't get lost in a conversation with them like my cousin brother did today"she added and I closed the cupboard sitting next to her on the couch

"I guess you are right,I let my insecurity judge the whole situation"i confessed softly

"Can he come in?because he is scared on how you will react" She inquired pointing at the door

I chuckled adjusting my cap as she walked out of the room

"I am so sorry,I'm already failing you"he said sitting next to me and he held my hand

"No you are not,just me and my childishness"i assured placing my hand on his cheek gently

"To make up with everything,we are going on a dinner date today"he said after kissing my palm gently

"Do you even know Abuja that well?"i asked smiling

"Well,I came across this restaurant few months ago and I find it cool"he replied rubbing my hand softly

"Thank You"i said smiling endlessly

"So,since you are not cooking.lets go watch a movie"he suggested the moment he stood up and pulled me up gently

"What about Fauziya?"i asked

"She is going to visit a friend"he replied

"Hope is not me that sent her away?"i asked again

"No,baby.she wants to visit her friend"he replied smiling

He took hold of my hand and we walked out of the room

"Oh,I will be going.i might come back soon or tomorrow because we have alot of catching up to do"Fauziya said the moment she came across us

"Okay,take care"i said softly

"Come safe"Numan said

She smiled walking away

"Now that she is gone let's  continue from where we stopped"he said holding my cheeks gently

"No!"i said looking away

And he laughed as we settled on the couch

"So,can you come out now?"he asked curiously from outside

"I want to see you"he added

"Sabr,Numan,Sabr"i called loudly

Few minutes later,I walked out smiling and he looked at me from head to toe

"Truly patience is beautiful"he said softly wrapping his arms around my waist

I smiled and he kissed my forehead gently before we walked to the car

We arrived at a restaurant not too far from our place of stay

"What will you order?"he asked looking at the menu

I picked up the menu and I looked at the money with my mouth slightly opened

"Why do you have that look?"he asked with furrowed brows

"This is too expensive for a plate,with this money we can buy food in a cheaper restaurant for like seven people"i replied with furrowed brows

"It's cool"he said with a shrug

"I am a Nigerian and I didn't grow up with riches.but that doesn't mean I will accept things that is too expensive now that we are married"i explained

"I am a Nigerian also"he spoke with his British accent and I smiled

"You didn't grow up here,let us cross one thing on my wish list"i said thoughtfully getting up
And he also stood up immediately

"And that is?"he asked with a raised brow and I smiled mischievously

"Let's leave the car here,we will come back later"i said

"Unbelievable"he exclaimed

"You act like those agebutters!"i teased smiling

I grabbed his hand as we gently walked out and then I spotted a keke napep(tricycle) happen to be not far from where we stood outside

"Come on,husband"i tugged on his arms

"I am being abused"he cried dramatically as we ran towards it's direction

I laughed the moment we stopped running 

"Madam,where you wan go?(ma'am,where do you want to go?)"the man asked

"Garki two,birnin kebbi cresent.how much?"i asked before he will charge us for looking rich

"You must not ask,it's not that expensive i guess"Numan whispered

"Shhh"i shushed him

"Sixty naira each"he replied

"No, we will pay hundred naira for the two of us"i replied instead of paying one twenty
Numan looked confused

"Okay ooo,una look like hajia  and alaji
Una get more than one twenty ooo(okay,you look like big people you have more than one twenty)"he commented

"We have but we wouldn't waste it"i said entering then Numman entered

"Good thing we prayed isha cause I am already sleepy"i said softly 

"Nice"Numan said pulling me closer

"What is nice?"i asked softly

"The fresh air coming from both sides and the back is so comfy
We could cuddle all day"he replied softly

I laughed placing my head on his chest

"You have forgotten what it feels like to ride in a napep, isn't it?"i asked patting his chest gently

"Yes I do,but I love it"he said placing his chin on my head

Just when i was starting to sleep in the comfort of Numan's arms i felt the ride stop
"We don reach(we have reach)"the driver said and Numan lets go

We got down and Numan didn't have change

"I go give you my number,if una finish call me.i will come and pick una by then I get change(i will give my number,if you finish call me.i will come and pick you two up by then I have change)"he suggested

"Oh cool"Numan said nodding

Numan collected his number and we walked hand in hand to the restaurant

"That's like a tricycle uber"he said smiling

"It's keke napep"i corrected I am use to calling it keke napep

"Kehkeh..napeep?"he tried pronouncing

"You will get there"i said patting his chest gently

We laughed entering the restaurant and we ordered

"It's actually cheap"he said looking at the amount

"You see"i said smiling

"And we have come here for girls day out before,in the afternoon though and the food is delicious and healthy"i added

He snapped my pictures for few minutes before the waitress arrived with our order

"Mmm,delicious"he said the moment he took a spoon

"Told you"i said patting his cheeks gently

"Let's make events of today a tradition,every Sunday night.we will take a ride to this restaurant on our uber tricycle"he said with a mischievous smile

I laughed nodding

"Even when we have children,well except I want more than five children so we will have to look for another uber napeep"he said trying to pronounce the napep
I would have laughed if I wasn't shy 

The couple next to us glanced at us
The wife cooed and the husband gave Numan thumbs up while I blushed

After we finished eating,Numan called the keke driver and he took us back to the restaurant
Numan told him to keep the money that he will call him when we need a ride again

We entered our car and drove home

Numan locked the door since Fauziya is  not coming back
While I tiredly jumped on the bed after removing my veil

I felt the bed dip some minutes later and I felt at peace the moment he pulled me closer whispering I love you.
