Preeta's POV.

I knocked on the door and he shouts
'come in'.

As soon as I heard this.

"Hey matarani bacha lena" I prayed in my mind one last time before heading in his office.

I entered inside and he also looks up from the file.

As soon as I saw him I got lost in his oh-so-handsome face.

Beautiful brown eyes..silky brown hair..a cute nose..and beautiful luscious lips.

"Preeta wo tera boss hai aise ghurna band kar" I scolded myself in my mind. And I looked away.

Karan's POV.

A knock lands on my office door. I guess the girl has come for the interview.

I shouted 'come in'.

A moment later she comes inside and i too look up to face her as soon as I saw her I got lost in her angelic face.

Beautiful eyes showing nothing but innocence..her silky beautiful brown hair..her cute little nose..her heart shaped soft lips..

And she was too checking my face out..but after a moment she looks away..

I too look away..

"Fuck!! She's here for interview.. concentrate..but she's looking hot and beautiful!😍" He speaks in his mind.

I cleared my throat and told her to sit.

"Please have a seat".

She nods and sits on the chair.

"So,your name?" I asked.

"Preeta Arora" she spoke confidently.

"Your qualifications?" I asked her.

She passed me the file of her portfolio.

After sometime.

Writer's POV.

He takes her interview for almost 15 minutes.

And in this 15 minutes..he also kept secretly admiring her who was trying to be confident in which she was successful.

She also found him handsome nd attractive but somehow concentrated on the questions he was asking.

"You are selected" he speaks.

While Preeta gets shocked.

She rubs her ears and asks.

"Please repeat meine suna nhi?"

"You are selected Ms.Arora" he speaks again.

"WHAT!??" She screams.

She gets up and starts jumping and immediately runs to him and hugs him who was sitting on his chair.

He gets shocked by the hug but slowly keeps his hand on his back.

"Thank you thank you thank you thank you so much" she says.

While she realises.

"Oh god Preeta tune ye kya kar dia..ab to teri naukri pakka gyi" she thinks while making a crybaby face.

But then realises she is still hugging him.

She immediately steps away.

"Sorry sir wo excitement na mujhse control nhi hota mein na pagal ho jaati hu..but aap please mujhe job se mat nikaaliye..mujhe iski bohot zarurat hai..aur to aur agar meri ye job chali gyi to.." she starts blabbering without stopping.

He gets irritated and shouts.

"Shut up".

She stops.

"So..sorry" she looks down.

"See tumhare qualifications sach mein bohot ache hai aur tum iss job ke laayak bhi ho isiliye mein tumhe nahi nikaal rha..but next time ye nahi hona chahiye" he says.

"Haa sir nahi hoga..waise mein kabse aa sakti hu??" She speaks sweetly.

"Tomorrow" he says.

She says okay.

And leaves.

"Ek number ki pagal ladki hai" he chuckles and thinks.

"But cute hai" he says and gets back to his work.

After sometime.

"Yayyy mein select ho gayi" Preeta screams while jumping.

"Tu select ho gyi??" Shrishti asks from behind.

Preeta sees her and hugs her.

"Haa mein Luthra industries mein as a PA select ho gyi" Preeta says while breaking the hug.

"Luthra Industries?? Don't tell me tu The Karan Luthra ki PA hai.." Shrishti says.

While Preeta casually shrugs.

"Haa" she speaks.

"WHAT??" Shrishti screams.

"Kaan fadegi kya??" Preeta says while rubbing her ears.

"Tu itni casually baat kar rahi hai jaise Karan Luthra ek maamuli insaan hai" Shrishti says on her casual behaviour.

"Kyu vo bhagvaan hai?" Preeta asks chuckling.

"Lagta hai tujhe pata nhi hai ki uski company kitni badi hai..like poore world mein no. 1 hai." Shrishti says.

"Offcourse mujhe pata hai...aur mein khush bhi hu ki itni badi company mein job mil gayi lekin wo Karan Luthra koi special insaan nahi hai..humare jaisa ek aadmi hai" Preeta tells her.

"Arre yaar par kitta handsome hai wo Banda..haaye" Shrishti says lostly.

"Chal ab khaana khane" Preeta says while going in kitchen.

Next day.

Preeta gets up early than usual offcourse it's her first day on her new job and she wants to be on time. She is a girl who is carefree but at the same time serious about her work.

She gets ready. Giving a last look to herself and blowing a kiss in the mirror. She moves out bidding Shrishti bye.

Her look:

She takes a cab and reaches the office 10 minutes earlier then the reporting time.

She huffs.

"Mein time pe hu ab wo akdu mujhe kuch nhi keh sakta" she speaks in her mind.

Vivek sees her and comes to her.

"Hi Preeta" he says making her come back to senses.

"Hii" she replies.

"Mere saath aao mein tumhe tumhara cabin dikhata hu aur tumhara kaam samjhata hu." He says nd Preeta nods and follows him.

First of all HAPPY FRIENDSHIP DAY.

I know this was a short one but please bear with it as this was all i could write. And today was my last exam but I still won't be able to give updates coz my semester is within a month and also weekly test in classes and school,etc. But I will try to give am update next weekend too.
