A/n: Y/n L/n is a young little boy/girl with a very perfect smile, but he/she is afraid of the dentist, so his/her mother took her to the Happy Smiles local dentistry in Downtown Creation City for a dental check-up. However, when they got there, Y/n started to see a strange, yet creepy looking humanoid mouse with a bunch of teeth and eyes all over it's body before getting knocked out by a fog of laughing gas, not knowing of what this strange mouse is about to do to Y/n, once he/she wakes up.

On a sunny afternoon here at the local family dentistry in Downtown Creation City known as the Happy Smiles Family Dentist Office, a young boy/girl with H/c hair and colorful E/c eyes is her with his/her mother to go to the dentist for an appointment for a dental check up to check for any cavities and to get her teeth cleaned up because Y/n always kept his/her teeth cleaned and brushes and flosses his/her teeth after every meal of the day, making it a true perfect smile.

However, the only problem for Y/n is that he/she is afraid of the dentist because he/she thinks that the dentist is some kind of scary monster that likes to steal people's teeth and adds it to their own creepy personal teeth collection with their own brand of tools that they use to poke around in your mouth before slicing and pulling off their teeth right off their jaws.

Despite of his/her fears of the dentist, his/her mother does her very best to reassure her son/daughter that there's nothing to be afraid of and the dentist is a nice person and they're not gonna steal his/her perfect smile.

So then, as they make it to the parking lot to the dentist office, Y/n got out of the car and started holding his mother's hand, trying his/her best to not be scared of the dentist and hoping that once the check-up is done and over with, he/she won't have to worry about the dentist until the next date of their dental appointment in 6 months. Unware that a strange figure hiding in the shadows was watching the two head into the dentist office as it's planning to kidnap Y/n and bring him/her back to it's own secluded hideout to perform some experiments on the boy/girl, not to take his/her perfect and beautiful smile, but to make him/her so beautiful as his/her smile as the shadowy figure quietly sneaks into the back area of the dentist office with tank filled with laughing gas to put Y/n to sleep with a happy smile on his/her face while it takes out everyone, including Y/n's mother that gets in it's way.

???: Do not worry, my beautiful child. You and your beautiful smile are gonna be safe and sound with me after I take care of those adults that will harm your perfect smile. I shall take their smiles for my collection, but I will not take your smile, because it's just too perfect for me to take.

Timeskip - 20 Minutes Later

After Y/n was called in for her check up, the nurse lead Y/n to room and he/she hopped on the chair with a scared look on his/her face, not knowing of what the dentist is about to do to him/her once the dentist arrives.

Not even, the kid-friendly pictures on the wall is enough to calm him/her down of his/her fear of the dentist as the tooth doctor comes into the room to introduce himself as Dr. Teeth and just as he reaches his tools to check Y/n's teeth, the light suddenly went off and a fog of smoke that had the sweet smell of Y/n's favorite flavor toothpaste, F/f that somehow started to make the dentist utter a few chuckles before something came out of the air vent from the ceiling, confronting the dentist with an angry, yet demonic tone in it's voice.

???: DON'T TOUCH HIS/HER BEAUTIFUL SMILE!!! 

This has caused Y/n to freak out out of fear as he/she got off the chair and ran out of the room to look his/her mom. The dentist tried to run away as well, but could not make it through the door due to the effects of the laughing gas as he was grabbed by the creature behind him and it's going to take away his smile as some sort of punishment for trying to touch Y/n's teeth as he grabbed the dentist's teeth and said to the soon-to-be-dead dentist before it yanked his chompers out of his jaw.

???: Give me your smile!

Without warning, the creature yanked the dentist's teeth out, killing him instantly.

???: Ahh, yes~ This will make a fine addition to my teeth collection. Now to take my beautiful child back to his/her new home, where he/she and his/her perfect smile belongs. White Noise Mickey is gonna be so happy once I bring a child home with me for us to adopt as our own child.

As Y/n kept running through the halls to get back to the waiting room to find his/her mom to get the heck out of here before it was too late, but unfortunately everyone including Y/n's mother are all dead with their teeth gone missing, leaving the poor boy/girl all alone in the dark and creepy dentist office.

Then suddenly, Y/n felt that something is behind him/her as he/she slowly turned around to be frightened to see a tall figure that looks like Mickey Mouse, only that he looks a bit more freaky and terrifying, even in the dark as this horrific being is known to be Mr. Smiles, a nightmarish entity resembling Mickey but has many human mouths and large eyes across his body, some in the place of his eyes. He has 7 eyes found across his torso, arms, hand, ear, and leg, and has 6 mouths also scattered around from where his eyes are supposed to be, his ear, leg, torso, and so on.

Y/n then started backing up to the front door, with Mr. Smiles following him/her with his many teeth all over his body showing a very happy smile, which creeps Y/n even more as the effects of the laughing gas started to make Y/n feel a bit dizzy and began to smile and giggle a bit from the sweet smell of the gas.

Mr. Smiles: Hello, Y/n~ It's so nice to meet you face to face. My name is Mr. Smiles and I'm here to take you back home, where you and your perfect smile truly belongs.

Y/n: P-Please, don't take my smile...I don't like dentists....

Mr. Smiles: No...I'm not going to take your beautiful smile. It's too precious for me to take it away from you. Your beautiful must be protected at all costs, which is why I have to take you with me to your new home, where you and your smile will be safe and sound me and my boyfriend, White Noise Mickey. And don't even think about escaping from me, cause I already blocked off every single exit in this dentist office and I made this laughing gas that will put you to a nice, peaceful slumber that I add your favorite flavor of toothpaste to make the gas smell sweeter. Now let's have a little father and son/daughter bonding together...with a little song, but you better sing with me quick before the effects of the gas put you to sleep.

With every exit blocked, his/her mother killed along with her dentist and everyone in this building all dead and toothless and the gas really making him/her sleepy and in a giggly fit with a big smile on his/her face, he/she clearly had no other choice, but to do what Mr. Smiles says before he/she blacks out from the gas, not even knowing of what Mr. Smiles is gonna do to him/her once he takes Y/n back to his own hideout as the two of the began to sing a song together in the cold and dark dentist office.

After they both sang a tune together, Y/n is already feeling exhausted as his/her body is completely numb from the gas and passed out on the blood-stained carpet of the waiting room. Then Mr. Smiles went over to unconscious boy/girl as he smiled to know that he finally got a child to call his own as he picked up Y/n and left the dentist office through the front door before teleporting back to his hideout to perform some surgery on Y/n to make him/her just as his/her beautiful, perfect smile.

Mr. Smiles: You may think you've won, Y/n~, but in reality...you lost....*Laughs Evilly*

Timeskip - 1 Day Later

As Y/n slowly began to wake up to regain unconscious, he/she suddenly felt a bit strange as he/she suddenly began to see in different directions and he/she can't see through his/her eye lids as if there's something covering his eyeballs. Then he/she suddenly, he heard a familiar voice in the room he's in.

Mr. Smiles: Ah~, good morning, Y/n. Did you have a good night's rest? Sure you did, cause I had to make sure that I didn't want to make you feel any pain, so I did a little surgery on you, but I didn't take away your beautiful smile and I had some help with my beloved boyfriend, White Noise Mickey. Ain't that right, sweet-cheeks?

White Noise Mickey: Of course, hon. He/She looks so beautiful with his/her beautiful smile. *Grabs a mirror* Here. Take a look at your new body.

Y/n looked at himself/herself to see that he/she has become a monster like Mr. Smiles as he became a mouse toon like him but the fur is white instead of black and all of the teeth is just as pearly and white as his/her perfect smile that is now stuck in a permanent grin and has over 8 eyes and 9 mouths all over his/her body.

Y/n: What have you done to me?! I look like a monster!!

Y/n's voice was also changed as well to a really deep and demonic voice and he/she began to cry with his/her many eyes all over body.

Mr. Smiles: I made you beautiful, my child. You are no monster, you are a pretty little mouse like me and your other father.

White Noise Mickey: He/She even got my fur color, I hope that our child stay as young and beautiful forever so I can cuddle and snuggle with him/her at night.

Mr. Smiles: Don't worry, I also made sure that he/she will never age again and stay as a young child, cause he/she is gonna be with us forever and ever. *Laughs Evilly*

With Y/n now a monstrous mouse toon like Mr. Smiles, he/she is never gonna leave their side ever again as Y/n's mind is now shattered and began laughing like a maniac, knowing that he's/she's gonna have to get used to being a nightmarish entity like Mr. Smiles forever.

Y/n: I'm so beautiful like my perfect smile....*giggles*.....
