Christmas and the holiday season can bring a lot of happiness, but for some it can also bring sadness and loneliness too. The absence of family and friends seem to be more strongly felt during Christmas. I wrote this song for those who may feel lonely or depressed during the holidays. 

Remember this year to tell the people in your lives how much you love and care for them. It might be exactly what they need to hear. If you're dealing with loneliness or depression, remember that you're not alone. Talk to someone who can help. A family member, friend, school counselor, or health care professional.
