"Fuck" she curses as she wraps herself in a hug wishing that she brought her jacket. "Ettinnette!" She hears a familiar voice from behind her.

She slowly turns around praying to God it was her ears playing tricks on her. "What the fuck are you doing!" Jack says, handing her his jacket. "Oh heyyy!" She says waving. "Did you get my text?" She says hugging herself once more. "Yeah and I don't care. Cancel that shit I'll take you" he says wondering why the jacket wasn't on her body."Sure and you don't need to give me your- I'm fine" she says interrupting herself as she passes him back the jacket.

"No, take it," he says, giving it back to her. "Dude no it's fine" she says immediately giving it back to him. Jack laughs annoyed as he shoves it in her hand. "Your so fucking stubborn" he says shaking his head. "I'm not stubborn!" She interjects. "Yeah. You are." He says and Ettinnette stares at him angrily.

"How?" she says and Jack smacks his teeth. "You're freezing right now and you're refusing to take the god damn jacket. You got an Uber just to avoid talking to me. That's being stubborn" he says and Ettinnette smacks her teeth also. "No it's not. It's called being a innovative problem solver" she says rolling her eyes

He scoffs." You're being childish" he says and Ettinnette's face contorts angrily. "Fuck you" she spits out storming away. "Fuck you!" He says matching her energy 

Demetrius is 14 minutes away.

"Bro fuck!" She says on the verge of frustrated tears. "Ettinnette come on" Jack says trying to approach her. "Leave me the fuck alone!" She says throwing him his jacket back. "Are you that afraid to talk to me!?" He questions. "I'm not afraid!" She shouts back at him. "Then why the hell are you running away from me?" He says stopping in his tracks as he feins hurt.

"I'm not running away" she says not looking at him. "Yes you are. Your running away from every obstacle in your path like you always do" he says as Ettinnette wipes the spare tear in her eye. "Okay so what am I supposed to say then? 'Oh I'm sorry that I fucked up everything'?" She shouts.

"You didn't fuck up anything,I kissed you" Jack says slightly confused. "I shouldn't have agreed to do the stupid video!" She says as Jack scoffs once more. "You were just trying to help.Stop blaming yourself for everything" he says reprimanding her. She turns away from him blinking back her tears

"No! Stop running away from everything-I'm not!" She says interrupting him. "Jack what do you want from me?" She says sighing exasperatedly. "Okay yeah I don't know how handle my feelings and I run away and shit so what? Doesn't everyone, I mean Why are you so invested in me?" She says as her voice breaks.

"Because I care about you. A lot. And your fucking scaring me Nette" he says and Ettinnette's heart starts to break. "I'm fine Jackman" she says quietly. "No you're not" he says and Ettinnette goes silent. She wipes her eyes silently sniffing. "Ettinnette" he says turning her around.

"Jack, what do I want from me! You kiss me unexpectedly and you end up leaving me confused! I'm trying to understand but i'm not getting it so tell me. What. Do. You. Want." she says heaving. "This" he says, smashing his lips onto hers hungrily. The air leaves Ettinnette's lungs as she kisses him back never wanting to let go. He finally pulls away from her. "I want you in so many ways Ettinnette. More than you know" she says and she kisses him again overjoyed.

She pulls away from him remembering. "Wait. I wanna take things slow okay?" she says softly as she looks into his eyes.

"That's aight.I'll wait for you"
