I was at my aunts benefit (the one that has cancer) I was trying to stay the whole time, but then I had an anxiety attack do to the noise and all the people and my grandfather had to take me home early... What made it worse se is one of my OTHER aunts was trying to say that it was because of all the sugar I ate, that lead to my mom snapping at her and saying that I had only eaten half a cookie (one fourth, actually) and it was actual anxiety, not a sugar rush. The yelling made the anxiety worse....
