So, I just had a sad thought. Ronald killed himself because he was over worked and snapped one night because of it. Imagine the reapers getting a whole crap tone of work one night and Ronald just breaks down because it reminds him too much of why he killed himself and triggered too many memories of his past life. The other reapers would probably agree to double up on work to give Ronald a night off and send Ronald to snuggle with their dad to calm down.
