" You see that my dear Lucy? That's the sun. As long as it's shining brightly, we'll be loving you " Layla smiled. Lucy giggled. Jude snatched Lucy up from her arms, and holds her high in the air " I bet you feel the warmth under the sun don't you? That's what I feel in my heart whenever I see you and your mom " He smiled. Lucy placed her small pudgy hands on his mustache. He smiles, thinking she's just petting him. Until she pulls it very hard, he screams of agony. Layla giggles and pulls Lucy away from him. " Good job! You beat up daddy and your just a baby! " She smiled and kissed Lucy's forehead. " Don't congratulate her! That hurt! You should scold her instead! " He said. " Your right... " She said. " Lucy what a bad girl! You should pull on his beard and don't let go! Unless it comes off, then it would just be weird that your holding a price of hair... " She said. " Layla!! " Jude whined. The two blonde giggled at him.

~Now~

Lucy stares into the sky. It's funny, she can't remember anything else her. Parents ever said, so why does she remember that meaningless conversation. She sighed. " I'm sooo bored!!! " She exclaimed. She sits up, on top of the wall to the military base. She hears chatter below, and she sees him. The super hot Sargeant major everyone has been talking about. She ends up lost in thought, but she didn't know that she was falling until she no longer feels the bricks under her. " Ah!! " She screamed and closed her eyes for the impact, but she ends up falling into the arms of Natsu Dragneel. She she opens her eyes when she realized she's not falling a more. She looks up and sees a confused pinkette. She blushed a dark red, imagining future events. " You need to marry me! " She declared. The man next to him spit out his drink. He was shocked. This girl falls out of no where and just proposed to him like that. " Why do I need to marry you? Your just a little girl " He said. Lucy scoffed. " I'm not a little girl! I'm 22! " She said. She gets down on the ground. " And that's besides the point. You have to marry me " She said. " Hmmm... " He said faking like he was thinking about it. Lucy's eyes lit up. " Nope " He said. Lucy clenched her fist. " You have to! No is not a choice! I didn't ask for your opinion! " She said. She takes a step and trips and falls onto Gray Fullbuster, the man that was standing next to him. Natsu chuckled. " Ouch... " Gray said. He blushed at Lucy. " Wha.... " Lucy asked with a rising blush on her face. Her shock turned to anger. He could sense the hostility. " You pervert!!! " She yelled and punched, but he dodged quickly, and her hand made a crater in the ground. His eyes widen. She could've broken my skull!!!! He thought. She gets up and dusts herself off. " Your gonna marry me and that's that. You don't have a say in the matter " She said pointing at Natsu and then turns around and walks off.

~Later~

Lucy is sleeping in her cabin and then someone looks in her cabin window. " I've got an idea " They said mischievous.

~Outside~

" You want us to attack?! Are you crazy?! " One man asked. " Why not? She's sleeping! " He said. " So?! You must not remember all the times she beat your ass! Your so bold " Another chimed in. " But we have the advantage in a sneak attack " He added. " So?! And she's sleeping, what if she wakes up? " One asked. He smirked. " Even so, she must be tired after just waking up " He said. Soon he gets them to agree to attacking her. They go into her cabin and open the door. He threw the first punch at Lucy. She dodged, even though she's still sleep. " Hm! She got Lucky! " He said. He punched again and she dodged once again. She rolled off the bed. She was in a fighting stance. They were all shocked. " We still have the advantage! She's sleep and her eyes are closed! " He said. That inspired them, so they all jumped her. She won to their surprise. She woke up and finds all these bruised men in her room. " What the hell happened? I don't remember having a fight with them, especially not in here... " She thought out loud. She sighed and dragged them all out. Then she goes outside and gets someones help to take all them outside. She dusts herself off and lays back down and goes back to sleep and stays asleep all day, since last she was up all night last night thinking about her parents, on the walk outside.
