(Y/N): *sigh* Seriously, Compa? I feel fine enough to walk around. Can I go now?

You were currently laying in a hospital bed located in Planeptune as your nurse, Compa, finished writing on a clipboard. She is currently a nurse in training but she handled your case alone since you were good friends with her. It'd be nice if you were back in full shape much sooner but due to unknown reasons, you were unable to call upon most of your power. Even some of your friends were unable to find the reason that you were slowly growing weaker, even after training yourself.

Compa: Sorry! You're not allowed to leave until tomorrow. We just want to make sure that you're one hundred percent ready to go!

You sighed as your head sunk further into the pillow.

Compa: Besides... You took quite a bit of damage from your last battle. The others were really concerned for your well being since you were nearly presumed...

(Y/N): Yeah... I know...

A quick flashback of a certain CPU holding your lifeless body flashed before your eyes.

(Y/N): I'm just anxious to get back on my feet, espeically since I've missed work for a month.

Compa giggled since she knew that you were somehwat of a workaholic. It was an odd trait you had for a while, you enjoyed going to work since you wanted to stay active but did not enjoy working at the same time. Customer service, you weren't exactly the best since most customers were rather annoying with constant questions. Although, you usually finish your work rather early but never allowed to leave right after since you needed the hours which leaves the rest of your shift rather boring.

Compa: Well, just rest easy in the meantime. I know a certain someone is on her way over to finally visit~

(Y/N): ... Really?

Compa: You'll have to forgive her, she's been awfully busy the past few weeks. Even after hearing that you were awake, she was unable to abandon her duties during the aftermath. She's on her way right now as we speak!

And with that, she walked out the door leaving you eager to await for someone else. In the meantime, all you could do was grab your handheld gaming device that IF brought you from your apartment.

Flashback

(Y/N): Alright!!!

Everyone was stunned as you emerged from a pile of rubble feeling more energetic than usual. In fact, if it weren't for the sacrifices that were made to keep you alive, you wouldn't live to fight another day.

Purple Heart: (Y-Y/N)?! I-Is that really you?!?!

You smirked as were slowly bracing yourself for your next plan of action.

(Y/N): Heh, you bet.... And here's something new.

The ground shook as your power increased to match even the four CPU's.

(Y/N): (Y/N) BLUE!!!!!

Blue and black flames emerged from you as the force of your power formed a crater underneath you. Even black lightning and ice began to reveal themselves as you let out a mighty roar of power.

Purple Heart: *In thought* Amazing! This is how much power he gained from their sacrifice!

Flashback End

(Y/N): Hm... I should come up with better names for myself... Now that I think about it, feels like that show I watched a while back.

Next thing you knew, the door to your room shot open and a purple blur immediately dove straight into the room and crashed right on top of you.

*CRASH!*

Neptune: (Y/N)!!! YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH I MISSED YOU!!!

You were currently being crushed into one of the most brutal hugs since you were struggling to breathe. It seemed rather odd since she wasn't this strong but you wanted it to end.

(Y/N): A-at least let me breathe!!

You were released from the sudden grasp which gave you a breath of fresh air. The purple haired girl quickly jumped off of your bed and stood beside you.

Neptune: S-sorry, got a little carried away *nervous laugh*

(Y/N): I don't blame you, it's almost been a month ever since our last battle. I even had the feeling that you almost forgot about me - Ow!!

You rubbed your side after Neptune pinched you from your last statement. Even if you were trying to make a joke, it seemed that made the goddess a little upset.

Neptune: (Y/N), you of all people should know that I wouldn't forget about you. The aftermath has kept everyone busy, even I had to play my part.

(Y/N): Histoire making sure you didn't leave her right?

Neptune let out a soft sigh as she nodded in response.

Neptune: Yeah... I told her over and over that I really wanted to check in on you but she insisted that you were able to take care of yourself and to continue working. Eventually, she felt bad and saw that I really missed you so she let me take the day off.

You noticed a few tears starting to fall from her eyes as she spoke about the past few weeks. It must have been rough for Neptune since she rarely had the chance to see anyone. So, you simply gave her a warm smile as you placed a hand on her cheek to wipe her tears with your thumb.

(Y/N): Don't worry about it, I would have visited you myself if they didn't keep me here for an extra week. I know that the last battle was rough but things are back to normal. Tell you what, once they let me out, we'll go out for some tea and pudding. How does that sound?

Her attitude completely flipped from your offer as took your hand and held it with both of her hands. The CPU formed a smile while wiping the rest of her tears.

Neptune: You always know how to cheer me up!

You were always fascinated by the fact that she remained the same after all of the years you spent with the goddess. After some time has passed, she decided to climb onto the bed and the both of you simply cuddled as the rest of the day passed.

The Next Day

(Y/N): Finally, thought I'd never get out of that place!

You were currently walking out of the hospital doors while stretching your arms. At least you were greeted by the delightful sight of Neptune waiting outside.

(Y/N): Shall we?

She immediately locked arms with you as the both of you began to walk.

Neptune: *giggle* Why of course, (Y/N) Blue~

(Y/N): Oh geez, you're not going to let that go...

Neptune: Nope! Now let's go chow down some pudding!

You let a soft chuckle escape at her usual goofy attitude. Although, she quickly planted a small kiss on your cheek as the both of you reached a stoplight.

Neptune: But thank you... You gave everything you had only for you to lose that gift.

(Y/N): Well, I am disappointed that I'm back to square one but it doesn't matter anymore as long as I'm with you.

Neptune gave another bright smile as continued her hold on your arm.

Neptune: I love you, (Y/N).

(Y/N): I love you too, Neptune.

The both eventhally reached a tea shop that served various treats as well. Once you two ordered and your orders, the both of you enjoyed a nice cup of tea along with some custard pudding.

Neptune: Open wide, (Y/N)~

(Y/N): Really?

You saw that she wasn't showing any signs of removing the spoon away from your face so you opened your mouth. Once Neptune had the opportunity, she fed you a spoonful of pudding.

Neptune: See, that wasn't so bad~

Another chuckle escaped before she proceeded to feed you more pudding. Once you were finished, she let out a cute giggle .

(Y/N): Now its my turn!

The goddess smiled before gladly accepting your offer, however, a shadow cast over the both of you which made you look onto the sky. A black mist slowly gathered and began to slowly block the sun.
