Kenji's POV: 

The words rang through my head. That unexpected words from heartless people. A reminder that anyone can break your heart and even hurt you. A reminder from a old friend that you thought you could actually trust them. A reminder that even your best friend or a closest friend  can be your worst enemy. Four words rang through my head and still affecting my heart through this very day. These four words coming out of my ex-girlfriend's mouth, Sakura.

Sakura: "I love you, Yakeru." 

After over almost a year of dating, she do this around my back. She cheats. She lies. She causes chaos and destruction. Lies. Every word, every breath, every meaning and every moment we had spent together was a total lie. 

[Flashback - High School]

I was making my way to my dorm after the meeting in the student council room. I decided to go straight back to dorm cause I was little afraid of what Sakura's reaction will be like, I sent her a note before I went to the meeting. I reached to my dorm and walked inside to only see Kieru and Fuji. The other two guys in my team while the only two Hiroshi and Estuko were probably studying. Estuko was probably just text one of her friends while Fuji was just listening to some rock music. Classic Fuji indeed.

Fuji: "Hey leader... what's wrong?" I heard Fuji ask while I lay down on the bed looking up at the ceiling. 

Kenji: "Nothing really just a little nervous to see what Sakura's expression will be when she read the note I sent her." I said as laughing quietly to myself.

I saw Fuji will have the same look as Estuko when I said Sakura's name but suddenly Fuji had placed his fist into the wall.

Fuji: "I can't handle this any further Kenji, Sakura is cheating on you with that son of a bitch Yakeru!" Fuji yelled with anger at this and I was dumbfounded while I heard Estuko had sighed.

Estuko: "Fuji, why? We were figuring out a way to tell him while not trying to hurt him you damn idiot." After then, Kieru and Hiroshi the last two member in our team walked in and just silence as the three of us just looked at the both of them.

Estuko: "What happened you guys?" Estuko asked.

Kieru: "Just had enough with Sakura's shit, the little shit snapped and attacked me, luckily she's just a worm." I was surprise. I never thought Sakura would do that.

Kenji: "Where's Sakura?" I asked them.

Fuji: "Probably in Yakeru's room. Damn slut and damn traitor." Fuji said as he whispered the last two part but I could hear what he said.

I decided to just go to Yakeru's room and when I was already heading over there, I could already hear moan and grunts. I didn't think it was Sakura's voice until the noise become louder and much louder when I stopped at Yakeru's door. I was going to talk with Sakura but that was thrown out of the window when I heard the last sentence.

Sakura: "I love it when you fuck me." a voice that was none of than Sakura as I immediately stopped at my tracks and walked away. That answered my question.

...

I suddenly woken up with a crappy headache as I touched my forehead and sat up on my bed. I heard the door slam which was next to me and saw my current teammate Fuji at the door.

Fuji: "How are you feeling leader?"

Kenji: "Like crap." I answered his question.

Fuji: "Well all of us are in the same point. Your going to break-up with Sakura?" He asked me as I stay silence for a bit but looked at him.

Kenji: "Might as well. If she doesn't love me then why have her as a girlfriend? She loves Yakeru and that's all that matter." I said as I hear knuckles being cracked.

Fuji: "Well I'm gonna get going. Just don't do anything crazy. I'm gonna go outside to cool off for a bit." Fuji said as I went to get some water.

[Reality]
(3RD POV)

Akali: "Yo Kenji, when will your match starts?" Akali asked Kenji who was drinking a can of soda while sitting down with Lux and Ezreal who were just drinking water.

Kenji: "Mostly tomorrow, but I still a little mad about seeing Sakura and Yakeru but... drinking this tea is mostly working." He said drinking a little of his tea.

Irelia: "It's still weird that you still haven't accepted Fiora's request yet, why is that may I ask?" 

Kenji: "I'm not prepared yet and my weapons are getting fixed at the moment, it's gonna be finished tomorrow and plus I have another important stuff that I need to get done."

Ezreal: "What important stuff that you do?"

Kenji: "Sorry Ezreal, but that question is classified." Kenji said as he was putting on his glasses but that was then a group of people came inside the bar and went to them.

Young man: "What the fuck are you doin here? You takin' the piss?" One of the young man who came inside the bar shouted at Ezreal and Lux. Kenji looked at the boy with a raised eyebrow

Kenji: "Some more examples of young men who simply need a silver suppository I believe?" Kenji questioned who were near the group neared them as he was looking at Ezreal and Lux.

Lux: "N-No, they're just people from our school well... they're the people that bullied me and Ezreal back in our high school year. I didn't tell you nor Akali about this cause I didn't want you two to get all worked up about it."

Ezreal: "Come on, we should leave." He said as the three of them saw Kenji shook his head and pointed his finger at his glass of tea.

Kenji: "Nonsense, I haven't even finished my tea." Kenji said, drinking his tea but then looked at the group.

Kenji: "Um, listen boys. I've had a rather busy day, so whatever your beef with Ezreal and Lux is, and I'm sure it's well founded," Kenji glanced at the boy in question. "I'd appreciate it enormously if you could just leave us in peace and quiet until I finish this lovely Iced Tea Sangria." Lux looked up at Kenji nervously.

Younger man: "You should get out of the way nerd and loser popstar girl, you two get it." The younger man warned Kenji and Akali

Ezreal: "He ain't joking. You two should probably get going." Ezreal agreed but he heard a sighed coming from Kenji before getting up and walked towards the door leaving Ezreal and Lux.

Young man: "But the rapper girl could stay." The younger man commented, grabbing Akali's wrist and pulling her backwards with smirk on his face and putting his arm around her should.

Kenji: "Manners......... Maketh..... Man." Kenji quoted as the 6 young mans including the one who were holding Akali turned their attention to Kenji and Akali quickly sat down with Lux and Ezreal. Kenji knew they were walking towards him because he was looking at the board with the mirror in it. "Do you know what that mean?" He questioned but nobody answered as the 6 young mans looked at each other in confused. "Then let me teach you a lesson." He commented as he summoned his umbrella and placed the handle behind a glass before launching it at the young man who grabbed Akali then he fell backwards, felling with a thud on the floor with blood on his face.

Akali, Lux and Ezreal were shock to witness Kenji action and saw that he was wearing something different with a pair of glasses that he wasn't wearing.

Kenji: "Are we going to stand around here all day, or are we going to fight?"

Once Kenji was finished beating up the 6 young mans, he noticed the bartender was to the phone. He acting quick to bring his watch up as he set it to 'amnesia' and land it to the bartender's neck. The phone slipped from his hand as he fell unconscious on the floor.

Kenji then walked back to Lux, Ezreal and Akali and sat back down. He reached forward to his glass of tea and took a sip of it only for him to finished his drink and placed it back down on the coaster.

Kenji: "Sorry about that. Needed to let off a little steam. I was busy all day yesterday and today that got me a little stress." Kenji stood up for a moment as he summoned two of his clones. "Now, I do apologies you three. I should've done that in front of you." Him and the clones raised their watch at them who they immediately held they're hands up.

Akali: "No please, We won't say nothing about it I swear! Right Ezreal and Lux?!" Akali begged as Kenji saw that Lux and Ezreal was nodding they're heads in a panic look on their faces.

Kenji: "You three won't tell a soul?" Kenji questioned.

Ezreal: "We won't!"

Kenji: "Is that a promise?"

Lux: "In the light in Demacia, that's a promise!" Lux swore and the three of them saw Kenji's clones disappeared and him finally withdrew his wrist.

Kenji: "Much appreciated, you three." He thanked. "But I have to break it to you I will have to go. Since you three know now, if you want information from that let me know privately." Then after that you left.

The Next Day

Kieru's POV:

I woke up on the couch from my nap feeling hot and sweaty. I looked around before standing up to take a shower. I walked to my room and went to the bathroom quickly closing it behind me. I turned on the shower and took off my clothes, throwing it in the laundry basket as I stepped into the shower while the water begin to hit my body.

I stayed in there for about 12 minutes, thinking about what to do for the rest of the day as I finished up my shower and grabbed a towel and tie it around me then went to my room to find some clothes to wear. After I got my clothes, I put it my shoes and my sunglasses with a gold frame and white lenses. I walked outside of my room to the living room to see Kenji, Fuji and Estuko sitting down on the couch but not on the couch I was sleeping at then I saw Hiroshi making dinner.

Estuko: "Good evening, Estuko!" Estuko said seeing me walk into the kitchen as Kenji, Hiroshi and Fuji waved at me.

Hiroshi: "Are you gonna eat here or your going into the city?" 

Kieru: "Into the city. You guys want me to pick anything up from the store?"

Kenji: "Actually yeah, here's the list." Kenji said handing me the paper and I headed out of the phone. I walked to my car. Driving down the road and into the city, there were a little bit of traffic. I looked out the window and saw a bunch of News reporters and camera mans standing outside. The light turned green and I take my attention back to the ride. 5 minutes later, I found a parking spot and got out of the car and lock it. l walked up to the of the registers.

Kieru: "Haruhi, is that you?" I called out the little teenager girl as she turned around to me and smiled.

Haruhi: "Ms. Kieru! How are you? What are you doing here of all places?!" She ran to me and hugged me tight.

Kieru: ("Haruhi, is a young girl that hangs out with all of my teammates. She in freshman year in the high school that we use to go to... The main reason why goes to my former high school is because she's my little sister.")

Kieru: "I'm just here by consequences." I told her as we walked through the crew as the most of the people were screaming my name but I just ignore them and smiled. 

As we were walking through the hallway but that was until I heard talking to my right and then looked at the window to see what was going on and my eyes went widened.

Kieru: ("The K/DA? What are they doing here? Who's that with them... WAIT! I thought they were going to Chicago!") I thought as I walk inside with Haruhi.

Haruhi: "Wait, big sis, where are we going?" She said but didn't answered as she just followed me as we sat in the back. The conference was going on and on like most do then the reporters would ask questions, the band would answer the question but a question had caught me off guard.

Reporter: "What do you five think about the Emperors requesting to challenging you wonderfully ladies?" The reporter asked as I saw the K/DA members and this other person with the blue hair. Before anyone of them could say anything I quickly spoke up and turned to Haruhi.

Kieru: "Stay here, I'll be back." I told her and I could tell she was curious what I was about to do. "I would like to answer that question if that's okay." I told them, the reporters turned around with wide look on their faces and the people around me were fanboying. I look at them, they all had an surprise looked on their faces but except for the one with the blue hair who had a extremely excited face on her face.

Kieru: "Ma'am, may I borrow the microphone for a second?"I asked her as she rapidly nodded her head with excited smile on her face as she hand me the mic and I begin to speak.

Kieru: "For your question sir, it's been official that we're not going up for the plan." I said with a calm look on my face as I saw the reporters looked at me with a confused look on their faces. "So this called "Challenge" my team decided to not do it cause it's not necessary to do." I said as they all looked surprised.

Reporter: "But... Ms. Hideko-" 

Kieru: "Like I said there's no challenge that's going to happened, it's has been confirmed by my leader Mr. Kaslana. He doesn't feel comfortable challenging another musician and that's final." I finish saying. I took off my sunglasses revealing my red eyes as I put the microphone down on the table and walked away while telling Haruhi to come on.

Haruhi: "Umm... big sis, what was that about?" Haruhi said as she begins to hold my arm as I stopped in my tracks and looked at her and smile but then I heard someone called my name as I turned around and saw five people looking at us but that was until they put their hoodie down which reveal the K/DA and the same girl with the blue hair.

Kieru: "Where are you guys still here? Are you guys suppose to be in Los Angeles." I said as I was a little annoyed but I tried my best to stay calm plus my little sister is with me also."

Akali: "We decided... to cancel it cause of coronavirus... but question, who's the cute little girl behind you?" She asked me as I saw Haruhi behind me not able to see her eyes cause of her hat and I could tell that she was a little shy cause she is a shy girl ever since our parent left us.

Kieru: "Oh, she's my little sister. Haruhi, say hi to my friends... Well, I mean the K/DA members." I said as she just looked at looked at the five of them. Ahri then walked up to us and lean over to look at Haruhi with an smile on her face.

Ahri: "Haruhi, is it? How are you?" Ahri said with a gentle voice as I saw Haruhi hide her face but she spoke up quietly. 

Haruhi: "U-Umm... Y-Yes Ma'am, I-I'm okay." Haruhi said quietly and I saw Kai'sa walked up to us and smiled at her.

Kai'sa: "Hey sweetheart, there's no need to be shy around us we're nice people." Kai'sa said as Haruhi grabbed my jacket and I sighed then turned around to her and smiled.

Kieru: "Hey Haruhi, let me talk to them for a bit okay?" I told her as I saw a nodded coming from Haruhi. "Hey girls, can we talk for a bit?" The five of them looked at me and nodded as Evelynn turned to the girl with blue hair.

Evelynn: "Hey Seraphine, we're gonna talk for a bit." Evelynn said as I realized that she was the only one who took her sunglasses on.

Seraphine: "O-Okay!"

Ahri: "Kieru, what's wrong? Did me and Kai'sa scared your sister?" Ahri said with a curious tone in her voice.

Kieru: "Well, the real thing is that... is main reason why she's acting like that is because our parents... they abandon the two of us... Which is why I'm in the Empire Emperors to reunited with our family someday and pay for their crimes and pay for what they did to the both of us. For Haruhi... she afraid that she will get hurt by people and she barely have friends too, I care dearly for her so please be easy and don't push her or make her upset her."

Ahri: "Oh... I'm very sorry for the both of you." Ahri said as I shook my head and smile at her.

Kieru: "Enough about me... Ahri, how dating Kenji going along?" I asked and saw her face turned red.

Ahri: "Well, he's been sweet to me, I love that man." Ahri said as I just looked at her before I spoke up. 

Kieru: "Let's hope that you don't end up doing the same thing like Sakura who cheated on him." I told her as I saw her eyes widened in shock.

Ahri: "What are you talking about? I'll never do that!" 

Kieru: "On important stuff at hand, Like I said, please don't push my little sister she's been through a lot in her life and I don't want no one to hurt her." I said as I looked down but I felt a hand on my shoulder and saw that it was Kai'sa.

Kai'sa: "You don't need to worry but I glad that you told us before we do something terribly wrong to Haruhi, what school does she go to so we could give her tickets to our next performance." I nodded as I looked over to Haruhi who was with Seraphine if I'm correct, Seraphine was talking while Haruhi was listening with a smile on her face.

Akali: "Were you two was about to go back home?" I nodded my head as we begin to walk to Haruhi and Seraphine.

Kieru: "Well yeah, we were gonna record our new music in our recording room." I said and I saw Ahri look at me with sparkles in her eyes and and her ears were twitching.

Ahri: "Can we come and watch you guys?!" She asks with excitement as I was covering my ears cause of that yell but I was hesitating about that question.

Kieru: "I-I will need to call my boss and I don't know if it's going to be enough in the car-" I got interrupted by the diva herself.

Evelynn: "I could drive them over there." Evelynn said as she fixed her glasses and pulling out her keys but then I felt a pull on my jacket and I saw Haruhi behind me.

Haruhi: "A-Are we g-going now?" She said as she was hiding from the girls but looked up at me.

Kieru: "Yeah, let's get going. The girls is going to come with us okay?" I said as I saw Haruhi looked at me and then nodded her head slowly as she walked to my car and I turned around to see the K/DA girls was still behind me but I pulled out my phone and called Mieko.

Mieko: "Hello?"

Kieru: "Hey Mieko, I think we have a problem." I said as I heard Mieko sighed over the phone.

Mieko: "Okay, what happened?"

Kieru: "Well... They were suppose to be at Chicago but they still here."

Mieko: "Taric did mentioned me about that so I guess they had to cancel that cause of covid so I'm alright with them watching. I'll let the others know about they're coming."

Kieru: "Right...okay. I'll see you in a bit then." I said hanging up the phone and put it in my pocket as Mieko and I entered my car and start driving.

The Concert Day

Kenji's POV:

Today was big day. I had already done my vocal warm-ups. Estuko was finish with his warm-ups and he was with Fuji and Kieru. Hiroshi was currently doing one last sound, cameras and instruments. The music was playing but suddenly the music had stopped. I heard shouts of excitement come from outside. I went behind the curtain and saw A LOT of people but immediately saw my girlfriend with the rest of the K/DA members talking in the awards ceremony.

Kenji: "Wow..." I said carefully looking around and then got my guitar and a microphone.

We were standing behind the curtain as we heard the music begin to play and they begin to walk down to the stage. Fuji was jogging down to his drums, Estuko had her guitar with her as her  piano was ready for her to use. Kieru had walk to her side of the stage with her electric guitar since she and I were the only one who plays the electric guitar and Hiroshi walked down to the center of the stage with his bass guitar.

Fuji: "WHO IS F**KING READY!?" Fuji shouted with a giant grin on his face as the crowd had screamed with excitement. Fuji repeated to the crowd as the people got louder.

3rd POV: 

Ahri was enjoying the show and she had noticed that Kenji was looking straight her with a smile on his face as she had blown him an kiss. He blushed but smiled at her and focus on the performance at hand. The K/DA girls heard a fan screaming behind them.

Fan: "Oh. My. God!!! Fuji is such a hottie!"  The fan said as they continue to chant all of their names as they walked out of the stage and walk to the backstage.

...

The Empire Emperors were inside their dressing room, Kenji was laying down on the couch as his eyes was close, Hiroshi was sitting down on the chair next to the mirror on his phone and the rest of them were doing the same thing while the entire room was silent until they all heard a knock on the door as Hiroshi decided to answer the door which reveal the K/DA girls and Kai'sa hugged Hiroshi very tight as Hiroshi was shock and confused.

Kai'sa: "You guys did great out there you included Hiroshi with that bass guitar! That's a friendly hug coming from your friendly favorite dancer!"  Kai'sa said as Hiroshi noticed what Kai'sa was wearing.

Hiroshi: "O-Oh, thanks Kai'sa."  Hiroshi said as he started to blush in embarrassed as he decided to take his attention to his phone.

Evelynn: "That concert looked like a come back like ours sweetie." Evelynn said as she walked to the soundboard with the laptop on top of it as she grabs the headphones as she begins to listen to a music and it looked like she was enjoying it.

Kenji: "Looks like the diva is enjoying listening to one of our song." Kenji said but suddenly Ahri spot a background of them from their old music video called "POP/STARS".

Ahri: "I remember those good days." Ahri said as Kenji heard her and he saw the picture of the K/DA members as he put his arm around her and she rested her head on his chest.

Kenji: "Yeah, I remember the day that you girls got us VIP tickets to watch you guys show... and THANKS to Akali we're begin to make music video and this." 

Akali: "Haha, well it's worth it! Look where you guys ended up now! Popular and famous." Akali said as she noticed Kenji was giving her the 'really' look on his face.

Estuko: "I still have the picture of us being together... Here! Look!" Estuko showed the picture of the nine of them together.

Kieru: "Hey I remember that! That was two days after you guys after your girls debut." Kieru said and before she could continue to talk she was interrupted by Fuji's yawn.

Fuji: "Damn, i'm tired." 

Akali: "You say man, I'll be in the car and I'm tired also." Akali said as she felt a hand on her shoulder and saw Evelynn which made her flinched.

Evelynn: "Kali, be more patient next time okay?" Evelynn said while smiling at Akali which made her shake a little as she nodded her head and started left the room in a hurry as Evelynn left the room also.

Kenji: "Those two still the same as ever." Kenji said as Ahri got up from laying down with Kenji on the couch and looked at them.

Ahri: "Well, since Eve is my ride back to the K/DA house I'll have to get going too. Okay Kai'sa, your not the type to flirt with a man so come on!" Ahri joked as they saw Kai'sa blushed in embarrassment and didn't say anything but left the room along with Ahri as she looked back to Kenji and blown him a kiss before she left.

Kieru: "Well before we go, Haruhi want to spend the night over our house if that's okay with you guys." She said as Estuko jump up with excited.

Estuko: "Haruhi! Of course she can, she has been growing up so much." 

Fuji: "Haruhi is also in the school that we all use to go to when we were in school. Let's hope she could make it as a new member of our group since... two of our teammates died in the past." Fuji as the room came into silence until Kenji broke it.

Kenji: "At least they're in a better place, they want us to be stronger and protect the city and the world included. I think having Haruhi in our team won't be a bad idea but let's see when the time comes." 

Hiroshi: "Well, let's pick up your sister before we all head home and gladly we have limo so we could all fit inside." Hiroshi said as they all nodded their head and begin to leave the dressing room with their belongings.
