This is all real events that have happened to me today. Christine and The Phantom are at the age of 15. This is also a mired au with cell phones. Phantom lives in a completely different town and has such a deep crush on Christine. Christine, however is already in a relationship and has feelings of Phantom but only as a friend. Christine is in a relationship with Meg. I'm sorry if this is terrible but I'm still recovering. Everything I have on here is strait from my texts and my personal emotions. At one point I actually compare us the Phantom and Christine.

The day grew late as Christine decided to head to bed for the night. He phone buzzed at her and her curiosity got the best of her. Two new messages,  it read. She was always looking forward to messaging Erik. Of course she loved her girlfriend but felt weird whenever he spoke with her.

E: Hi cutie. Plz talk to me plz

C: Hey. Sorry I had a bunch of school stuff. Hru

E: I’m horrible but I don’t want to talk about it. I missed you cute thing

At this point she became slightly uncomfortable. She knew that he could be... different at times. She just had to go along with it... for now

C: I missed you too. I had finals and theater stuff last week

E: that’s ok. I love you

E:💕

At that her nerves were in edge. She had to just play along. His emotions were very fragile. Everything that she did could send him over the edge. She just had to say it back.

C: I love you too

The instant remorse filled her. She just didn't have the heart to say anything.

E:💕😍😊❤️😘

C: So what have you been up to?

E: absolutely nothing. I don’t want to talk about it. All I have done is stay in my room and cry. I don't sleep. I don't leave to speak or to eat.

C: Wow that's bad. Why won't you tell me what's wrong?

E: I can't. If I say it out loud I have panic attacks.

C:Honestly, we're reminding me of one of my favorite theater ships...

E: I'm sorry is that good or bad.

E: And ship as in like ship together like u and me if we were dating ship?

C: I guess it's just our personalities match theirs.  The guy being more reserved and not being comfortable opening up. While the girl wants to know about him and cares about his feelings.

E: No no I mean I am comfetiable with opening up

E: I just don't want to talk rn. Maybe later

E: I love you Christine

E: I wish I could be with you to say thank you and give u a kiss and a hug

At this point Christine realized there was no easy way out.

C:I understand. BTW the ship is The Phantom and Christine.

E: ohh lol

E: when you said theater I though you meet people in your class not actual stage

C: I guess I'm just silly that way.

After a few minutes she was far to uncomfortable with the conversation.

C: This my be awkward but I wanted to remind you I have a gf...

E: no I know

E: I just really like you

E: I know you have one

E: I mean I can still dream right?

C: Ya that's true...

E: I love you

E: I wish I could kiss you.

She couldn't take it. By this time she was in full tears. She didn't understand why, but she was.

E: Sorry if that’s weird

E: I just I do :(

E: I know your lesbian it’s just I do really like you

E: I can’t beleive like all the girls I crushes on are lesbian

E: Bc then I can’t date them

E: I’m Sorry for being a weirdo

C: your not...

C: It's... just hard to take in right now.

E: I'm sorry

E: Even if u don’t like me back I was atleast hoping u would think it was sweet. And say I love you

C: It's not your fault. No one has ever told me that they like me that way... at least before I told them

C: I do find it sweet

E: OK well I do

E: I think your like one of the cutest girls I’ve ever seen

E: Like rally cute

E: my heart starts pounding when I see pictures of you

C:
I don't know how to respond right now...

E: I'm sorry

C: My feeling on this though van only be summed up by these lines

E: I don't understand that?

C: We have passed a point in this "relationship" and I feel that our past is slowly burning behind us

E: What relationship?

E: and what is burning?

E: Like our friendship is destroyed bc I’m stupid 😢

E: I'm sorry I'll leave

C: It's not like that. I... still want to be your friend but...

C: I just need time...

E: ok

C: At this point I just... don't want to hurt you. This pains me as much as it hurts you.

With that her heart more than anything. Her eyes were now burning and she had little air left because of her tears. Yes it was hard but she just hopes that she made the right choice...
