Quirk: the quirk is like OP monoma basicly, so it's name is plunneder, she first got it while fighting bakugou protecting midoriya, her quirk, she was deemed quirkless, then she was punching bakugou and it said, new quirk added, she gets quirks within a big range, she gets the quirks around her, the owners of the quirks still have theirs, she has them but with no draw backs, like with jzuku, she would be able to use 100% no broken bones when she first gets it. She also is able too kept them and they are a lot stronger than the original quirk. So when she hit bakugou, his quirk hit him and he went flying and crashed into the hospital, he had a huge scar on his chest and is VERY scared of her, (in original srory)Backstory thing:Buggy never met her dad and her mom fell ill when she was little and buggy's quirk went out of control a lot and her mom comitted suicide when buggy was 5, her mom had made one last call to someone, that someone was todoroki mom, her bestfriend, shoto's mom had just been put in the hospital, and buggy's mom couldn't talk to the only person who could help her, buggy had to raise her self, her mom gave buggy a teddy bear right before she comitted suicide and buggy carries the bear every were with her. She went to live with Aizawa and present mic (is it okay if there together? >○<)
