One of my First attempts of writing.

  What happens when the one your destined to be with is not your race? When her parents are your enemies because your cousin's mate was their other daughter? Your mates sister. What happens when you kidnap your mate with the help of her sister? Julian has all those answer's for you. As a Vampire Prince he will stop at nothing to have what belongs to him, even if he has to kidnap her and hold her hostage, he will.Her whole family except for her sister hates vampires. The reason? Well you will have to find out. The truth, lie's and heated passion's of love are what will bind Julian and Katrina together, or will they?  

Chapter 1

I watched her from the hill. The only place I was allowed to go after dark. Our kind were banned from the city after dark.

The stupid witch's hated us vampire's and wanted nothing to do with us, so in turn the put a spell on us all. We weren't allowed outside the Vampire kingdom after dark. That wasn't just in the town that I lived in but world wide. Once it hit dark they were forced back inside and if they so much as tried to touch a human they would die instantly. I hated the power they had over us, but we couldn't do anything about it.

The worst part of it was the fact that my very mate was indeed a witch. We have both known for over a year now that we are supposed to belong together. That the fates made us for each other. But she refuses to be with me. She hates me for the simple fact that I was a vampire; the enemy.

I was planning on changing that. Even though she was the daughter of the biggest coven in the world. Her parents would never allow the mating of us, but my parents would.

Who may I be you may ask? Well I'm the one and only Vampire Prince and I'v come to collect my mate. She was turning twenty-one in two days and that would be my only chance to get to her.

She was having a huge birthday party at one of the club's my people own in this town. The witches didn't know that of course though. We have held that a secret for many years.

On the night of a Vampires mates twenty-first birthday the female goes into heat you could say. No not like a werewolf, they don't jump each other the moment there eyes make contact. In a way it makes the mates more attracted to each other. Yes, they can't help it that they want each other, but it won't over ride their better judgement.

On this night no spell would be able to keep me away from my mate. I would be able to walk into the club at night and take what is rightfully mine. Once she is in my arms it will be a matter of minutes before I have her back on my lands. The moment she crosses over to vampire land her parents and other wizards and witches can't touch her or me. Our land is protected. Plus they know if they came over they would be killed in a heart beat by the ones who hate them.

All I had to do now was wait those two days out. She had no idea what was about to hit her. No one did. By the end of the year, she would be married and fully mated to me with a fully belly. That's one thing most people thought vampires can't do. We may be dead, but fate has gifted us with the ability to reproduce and I wasn't going to take that for granted. She would be carrying my little ones and there was nothing she could do about it.

She belonged to me and no one else.

Chapter 2

Today was the day I had been waiting for. Today was my Katrina's twenty-first birthday. My beautiful mates birthday and the day that I would finally be able to steal her away from her bastard parents.

We hadn't been enemy's for that long, but the hatred was that as if it was million's of years old. The reason for them hating vampires was because their younger daughter Krystal, Katrina's sister was fated with a vampire. That vampire being my cousin, I had no shame in keeping her parents away while he kidnapped her behind their backs.

The reason for said kidnapping was because her parents King Godric and Queen Cynthia had made a deal with another powerful wizard. The deal was her hand in marriage. Of course she didn't want to marry side wizard, but her parents being royal she had no choice in the matter. She wanted to marry her mate, Armand.

When her parents found out that they were mates they went crazy. It was a scary thing to see happen. At the time I had never met my mate yet. If I had then she would have been taken that same night. I wish I had, then we would have been together all these years.

Vampires are very territorial and possessive when it comes to their mates. When a vampires mate is being threatened in any way, they will step in and take care of business. This business included kidnapping the Princess Katrina and bringing her to our land.

Her parents found out and were furious with us vampires. They band us from entering their towns at night making us stay away from out mates if they didn't live with us yet. Vampires everywhere were going crazy because they were being taken away from their mates. We hate being away from them. It's our job to take care of our mates, to make sure they are safe and sound, healthy and full with our little ones.

King Godric demanded the return of his daughter Krystal, but she was the one who didn't want to. She wanted to stay and marry Armand. They did everything they could to get her back even working with evil vampires to get her back. Ever attempt failed.

Being mated to a vampire, her powers still work on our lands. She saw every attempt made and told Armand and our father. They snipped it in the butt before anything could happen. Those traitorous vampires were killed on spot.

That was three years ago, Krystal is now happly mate, married and pregnant with her second child. Her and Armand love each other so much that it hurts to watch them and think that I will have to wait for that to happen between me and my mate Katrina.

I think its ironic how my younger brother is her mate and her older sister is mine. Once her parents find out about that, they will be pissed. So will her older brothers Hoyt and Zander. Hoyt is next in line for the crown and he is extremly protective of Katrina. Ever since Krystal was kidnapped they make sure she is guarded by their most trusted men or themselves. There's not one thing that she does that they don't know about. Her father has the captian of her guards call in every hour on the hour. If he missses it by one minute, well lets just say the rumers I'v heard arent pretty.

Looking down at my watch I notice its only two minutes before the barrier is brought up for the night. I couldn't wait for this night to be over with and have her in my arms finally. I know deep down that she will give me the fight of my life, but she is mine and I will fight back to keep her.

I felt the presence of my brother's, best men and Krystal. They were all here to help me with kidnapping my mate.

"Are you ready Julian?" Krystal's soft voice whispered.

"Yes, I have been ready for this moment for the past three years." After Armand kidnapped Krystal I saw Katrina with her brothers and parents. From that moment on, I thought of nothing less then getting her.

Every time I saw her during the day, I wanted to wrap her up in my arms and kiss her senseless, but of course I couldn't. She hated me because we took her sister away from her. She told me once that if I ever came near her again that she would kill me slowly. She knows we are mates and I know for a fact that the bond between us has been affecting her.

Her heart speeds up, hands sweat and her arousal, oh her arousal kicks my ass. My best friend Luka had to hold me back the first and only time I was inches away from her. I could feel the heat coming from her warming my cold body. I wanted her and I was going to get her tonight.

"Julian, its time."

My blood was set afire at those three words.

"Be ready for when I get back guys." Grabbing Krystal, I pick her up and run towards the club that Katrina usually spends her time at. Being it her twenty-first she would be there of course.

Being that I'm a vampire and I smell like one krystal has smasked my scent for tonight only. She hates it when she cant smell us coming. Armand my have changed her, but she still keeps her powers. The only reason I carried her was because Armand said it was the only way she was allowed to go.

"Its your turn now sis."

"Let me do my magic and you will have her in a heart beat. Not that you have one, but you know what I mean." Oh did I not tell you that she was a smart ass? Well you know now. Her smirk told me she was only pushing my buttons and she loved it.

I followed her as she dragged us into the club. The bouncer's didn't recognized her because she changed her appearance so much in the past three years that she didn't look like the little witch Princess they all knew and loved.

As we got inside she dropped me off in a corner as she went to see her sister. It amazed me how she could walk right up to Katrina and hug her senseless. Of course Katrina knew who she was by the sister bond, but was still freaking during the hug. I watched as Krystal dragged Katrina off the dance floor towards me. The moment Krystal touched Katrina she put a spell on her. She would know what was happening, but she could do nothing about it other then follow her sister's lead.

By the time they got to me, I saw her eyes start to shift side to side. She was looking for her brothers or one of her guards. Little did she know her sister had also put a spell on them. They were other wise chasing women around the club like little wolf puppy's in heat. She had no protection right now other then me and her sister.

"I have been waiting for this minute for years my love. I know you hate me because your sister here is in love with my brother, but once you find out how happy she is with Armand, her son and the soon to be daughter I'm guessing you will change your mind. At least I hope you do. I know you have the cravings to be with me as I do with you. I want you with such a passion that every time I see you or even think of you my blood turns to fire with the passion burning with in me. I promise you Katrina that I will have you one way or another. I just hope that in the end you do to."

During my little speech I noticed her eyes go wide and her body stiffen. She was scared and she knew I was taking her and there was nothing she could do.

"Julian we must go. The spell I put on them won't last long and it should wear off in about five minutes." She was starting to panic. She loved Armand to death and if she was found out here then she would never be allowed to see him or her son ever again.

I leaned down and she jumped on my back. Her stomach wasn't big enough to get in the way yet, which we were both glad about. Standing straight I pick Katrina up bridal style and take off out of the club. Using my spend I sped past the bouncer's that it took them almost two minutes to notice that I was taking there Princess. By that time I was seconds away from the border.

The moment I passed through it I stopped and turned around. Armand was behind me taking Krystal off my back and holding her bridal style. He was extremely possessive of her and now that she is pregnant again he hates being away from her.

I let Katrina stand on her own two feet as witch's and wizards zapped themselves all around the front border where we were standing. Her parents and brother's were the ones in front and if they were werewolves I think I might be scared. They looked evil starting at us.

"Give us back our daughter's. You have no right to take either from us you bastards." King Godric yelled.

"I'm sorry I can't give you back my mate. She belongs to me and I won't let any other male have her." The thought of another male touching her sent my blood to flame.

At the mention of her being my mate everyone's eyes turn to fire. The wizarding community had now lost both their Princesses to the vampires and they were not happy.

"I don't give a shit if she is your mate, she is a witch not a vampire and she will marry a wizard. Now let her go and give us back Krystal. We will even take her son and un born baby girl with us. They are blood after all and I won't have them in your grasps." Godric was furious, but Cynthia was crying.

"Please let my baby girls come back to me. I miss you so much Krystal. Please, all I want is to be a family again. It hasn't been the same with out your laughter and jokes around the castle. We all miss you, even Arturo misses you." Arturo was the man she was supposed to marry. At her words Armand let out a deep growl. Yes, vampires can growl, not like werewolves but its still a growl.

" I will kill you before you take my wife and children." His voice was hard and if it was a knife they would have been dead.

"She is not your wife, you hear me she is our daughter." I rolled my eyes at their words. It would not get either of them back. Nothing would get them back, they belonged to us and unless they changed there ways they would never get to see either of their daughters again.

"I'v had enough of your words. I'm taking my mate back to my room and starting the mating process. There is nothing you can do to stop us, so don't try and waste your strength in do so."

With those words my group turned around and headed back towards our castle.

"I will get my sister's from you bastards if its the last thing I do." Hoyt's words rang through our ear's, but no one gave a crap because there was no way he could get them away from us.

We should have though.
