Chapter 5: Time to Tantalize

Jirou  POV

"Well that's a new one." Kaminari breathed from beside her, mouth slightly agape. Jiro turned her head to look at what he was staring at. Her mouth followed suit and soon she was making the same gaping face he was. She had turned around just in time to see Kirishima close his eyes and relax into Bakugo's kiss.

"Holy shit." She breathed, unable to look away, much like the rest of the room. All heads were turned in their direction, some muttering and nudging their friends. Mina almost squealed with delight, bouncing up and down, pointing in their direction next to Uraraka who sighed happily with the most serene smile on her face.

"My home life is about to become very uncomfortable." Kaminari shook his head in disbelief, but smiled nonetheless. "Damn, I owe Sero money."

"Kaminari!" Speak of the devil and the devil may appear. "You owe me money." Sero held out his hand in front of Kaminari's face. Kaminari batted it away. "Not only for the length of time but for who would make the first move."

"I don't have that much on me right now." He laughed, running his hand through his hair. "Man, I was so off."

"I told you, seven years." Sero smirked, sitting down beside him. "You and you're 'by graduation' bullshit."

"I had high hopes for our boys." Kaminari sighed, hand over his heart. "Although I never in a million years would have picked Bakugo as being the instigator. Kirishima is going to crap on about how manly the whole thing was now. He's such a sap."

"But don't you see my dear Kaminari," Sero stated, nodding his head over to the two still completely consumed in one another to care about the rest of the room. "That's why it HAD to be Bakugo. Kirishima would have never believed his feelings were reciprocated unless Bakugo instigated it. He had managed to convince himself that Bakugo wasn't into guys, least of all him, when anyone from a thousand-foot radius could see that wasn't the case."

Jiro grinned at the conversation, ignoring the way her heart beat slightly faster at Kaminari's smile. She also ignored the way he ran his fingers through his hair; it was so casual and yet it was so sexy. She then ignored the way she wanted to touch him, to hold his hand. She ignored the way she wanted to inhale his scent and press her mouth to his... She shook her head, quickly snapping her eyes away as to not be caught staring.

"Where are you living anyway?" Kaminari ripped her out of her thoughts a while later with a pointed question directed at her. She realized she had missed most of their conversation by just staring instead.

"Oh, I'm staying with Mina." She told him, zoning back into the conversation. "Her roommate just moved out and she needed someone."

"Wait, not the hot one?" Sero asked, looking across to her with interest. Jiro nodded once.

"She was stealing Mina's cash." Jiro explained. "So, she kicked her out. She resisted at first, as if Mina wasn't a damn threat." She laughed and the others joined her. Mina was always happy-go-lucky, but you'd be stupid to cross her.

"Damn, that's a shame. We had a bet going to see who would hook up with her first." Sero chuckled, gesturing between himself and Kaminari.

"I thought you had a girlfriend?" Jiro asked Kaminari just a bit too casually, but her interest was piqued. She was sure he could pick up on the subtle change in her voice, even if it had been years.

"Nah." He answered with a shake of his head before meeting her eyes, knowingly. "Not for a couple months now."

"Yeah, my bro has standards." Sero stated dramatically. "You cheat you suffer; you leave you suffer, you hurt him in any way you suffer because he'll just withdraw his love and you'll never get it back!" Kaminari rolled his eyes. "What? You deserve the best dude and you know it!" His words made Jiro curious; did Sero know about their history? Did all of them? She bit the inside of her cheek, nervously.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah." Kaminari waved him off. "She missed out on all of this. We get it." He said, gesturing to himself.

"What happened?" She asked cautiously, not to invite unwanted memories she really had no part of nor any right to know.

"She cheated." He shrugged again, glancing up to meet her eyes. "Everyone thought I'd be pretty torn up about it, but really it was a relief. Probably should've ended it earlier in retrospect. It was a relationship of convenience."

Jiro found herself blushing slightly at the eye contact. Damn she wanted him. Hope fluttered through her chest as the thought of them both being single flashed through her mind. She had no right to hope, but she had really missed him. A lot. She couldn't bring herself to say that though and despite the way he was acting, she was sure deep down he was still hurt by what she had done to him. She wondered why he hadn't mentioned any of it to her, but then she worried that if he hadn't maybe he was really well and truly over her and that was just too painful to think about.

She wondered, even if he was over her, if he still felt attracted to her in anyway. If she was still his type... if there was still a spark between them or if she was making it all up in her head. His last girlfriend had been completely opposite to what she was. She had been tall with blonde hair and blue eyes. She had an hour glass figure and was amazingly tanned. Her looks had almost been an insult to Jiro, flaunting everything she wasn't and couldn't ever be. She found herself wondering that if that was the type of girl he could pull, why had he ever wasted time with her to begin with. She worried she had just been convenient to him at the time, but he had told her he loved her back then, so she tried to push that insecure thought into the back of her mind.

Jiro couldn't bring herself to ask anything more about the ex-girlfriend. She didn't want to know about the intimate details, more so, she didn't want to think about him in any compromising position with another woman. She wasn't entitled to feel as jealous as she was being the one to fuck them up in the first place.

A wave of nausea suddenly hit her and it had nothing to do with the alcohol she had consumed.

Her mind was fuzzy as she swallowed the envy and guilt that now consumed her. She had been yearning for Kaminari ever since she had left and now that he was sitting right beside her all she could think about was doing unspeakable things to him. Swallowing hard, she made to excuse herself to nip outside for a bought of fresh air and was met with confused yellow eyes. On her way out she managed to sneak some more wine with her. She didn't want to think any harder about Kaminari than she already was. She had been prepared to see him earlier tonight, running through various scenarios in her head. Somehow the normality of his behavior was worse than pretending she didn't exist or acting awkward. She found herself wondering if he actually had ever loved her if he was still acting exactly like he always had towards her.

"Fuck." She whispered, inhaling a deep breath of the fresh night air and lowering herself to the sidewalk, sipping at her drink. The drink-induced fuzziness of her brain didn't stifle the thoughts of making out with Kaminari, touching his body and kissing him all over. Instead, it had done exactly the opposite. She thought about how sexy he looked in that damn suit and she just wanted to rip it right off of him with her teeth. She was staring hard across the road, focusing on her breathing and trying to control the blush that crept across her cheeks. She ignored the pang of want that pulsated between her thighs and the tease of her hardened nipples on the fabric of her chest. She had gone this long without him. She would just go home and fuck herself into submission over the thought of his generous cock inside her, like she'd done hundreds of times over the past two years.

"What are you thinking so hard about?" Kaminari appeared, plopping himself down beside her, a grin on his plastered on his face. "It's the same face I make when I try to do math." He giggled like a school girl and knocked her shoulder with his. She realized that she had been out her for some time now, just thinking about him. God damn it. Before she could even think about what she was saying, the alcohol took over, making her much bolder than she usually was.

"I was thinking of going home to pleasure myself, pretending the vibrator was actually your cock, although it won't do it justice." It took a moment to register before his eyes widened slightly. He stared at her, the same open-mouthed gape he had when he saw his two 'bros' making out. After a minute of staring his mouth curled up into a small, mischievous smile.

"Why do that when you can have the real thing?" He asked coyly, raising his eyebrows and leaning into her. Fuck. She thought, but only nodded as she flung herself towards him in a horny hurry, crashing her mouth to his where it belonged.
