You came up to the door, and knocked firmly on it. Thankfully, you didn't have to wait too long, before the door opened. 

"Felix!" You said with joy, giving him a hug the moment he came into view. He hugged you back, and after a f ew moments, finally let you go. 

"I'm glad you were able to get here so fast." He stated, letting you in. You walked in through the door, and made your way to an open space. 

"So, what's this emergency?" You quickly asked, bringing the topic to the whole reason you came over. Felix had called you up, saying there was an emergency, and that he really needed your help. So of course, you thought you should go and lend him a hand, with whatever it was. The only thing was, he hadn't told you any details. 

"Emergency.....emergency...." Felix thought for a second, then suddenly remembering what his emergency was. "Yes, the emergency." 

"Are you going to tell me...." You chuckled, waiting for him to finally tell you. Felix rubbed the back of his neck, as he too let out a chuckle. 

"Of course, yeah." He replied, but not too confidently. "So, there's a spider...." 

"I'm gonna stop you right there." You stated, the moment he finished his sentence. "Just for clarification purposes, I need you to repeat that." 

"I, have, a spider, in this house. And you need to get rid of it, for me." Felix replied, rather slowly, so I didn't miss anything. "Did you catch it that time?" 

"So this big emergency, was to get rid of a spider?" You replied, just to make sure you heard it right. "You called me over, for just that, nothing else?" 

"Yup." 

"The emergency, was to kill a spider...." 

"That's it." Felix replied, as you sighed lightly. "Do you want to see where it is?" 

"Well I guess I have to...." You replied, as you followed Felix to the room his spider was in. 

"It's in the closet, you can't miss it." He stated, pointing at the door. You opened the door, ready to find a huge arachnid. You looked at each corner, literally everywhere you could, yet still you saw no spider. 

"Felix, I don't see it...." You explained, still looking around. 

"Let me see." He replied, walking out in front of you, towards the home of his spider. "Oh, there." 

You had expected Felix to run away, but instead, he seemed to crouch down to get something. And to your surprise, he came out of the closet, not with a spider, but with a small box. 

"Your spider's in there." He stated, handing you the box. "If you open it, without any fuss, you'll find the spider." 

You looked at the small box, and thought about what could be inside it. And since you basically live off curiosity, there was no way you weren't going to open up the box. You slowly opened up the box, and inside, was a silver necklace with a charm at the end of it. 

"Felix....this, I can't- 

"Hey, I said you couldn't make a fuss. It took me a while to pick out....that spider...." He chuckled. "I missed your birthday, so I thought this would be a nice little gift. And I new if I just gave it to you, you wouldn't take it." 

"I have to say, that was pretty creative, on your part. I knew you weren't that afraid of spiders." You laughed, as he helped you put the necklace on. 

"I lived in Australia, the home of the greatest of all spiders. I'm honestly surprised you fell for it!" He chuckled, as you did too. 

"Thank you, Felix." You stated, showing a warm smile. 

"No bother." He replied, showing a bright smile. "But now I really do need you to kill a spider for me...."
