A/N: What would be a cooler love story? A vampire falling in love with a werewolf? Or. A mermaid falling in love with a dragon? This is my favorite story btw

She twirled her blonde hair around her finger. Her eyes bored, dull, and uninterested. While her date was laughing his ass off about some stupid thing his 'friend' did. To her, he was no friend. No one goes on and on about some friend all day long. Everyday, every single minute of everyday. Her dull grey eyes glanced up to the blonde as she brushed her hair behind her shoulder. Sanji snickered to the idea of the moss man with milk coming out of his nose.

"You know your in love with him right?"

Sanji shut up. He was surprised by this as his date cocked a brow and rested on her palm. Sanji chuckled softly blinking out of his shocked expression.

"What?" Sanji choked.

"You love him." She said once more.

"I do not love him. Where did this come from?"

"You go on and on about him like a little school girl, every word that comes out of your mouth for the past couple of months was all about him. Or he would come interrupt our dates. Sanji, you love this man more then you love me."

"Since when?"

He sat back crossing his arms.

"Since pretty much always. That's why I'm breaking up with you."

"What?!"

She sighed getting up and collecting her things. Turning to Sanji he was shocked and confused, she pulled on her coat and buttoned it slowly before putting her bag over her shoulder.

"If you don't love him, do me this favor. I want you to kiss him and if you don't feel anything. Call me back, if you do. Don't even bother."

Then she walked out of the cafe, Sanji blinked as his heart beat quickened. He had to kiss his best friend to prove a point. Sanji could never in a million years love a man who loved the smell of sweat and metal. Hell he could never love a man. But, there was a soft spot for the moss haired man. He huffed grabbing his coat and headed out of the cafe.

Sanji stood before Zoro's apartment door frozen. Unsure of what to do. How was he going to get that kiss out of him? Straight out ask him? Surprise him? What if he liked it, what if she was right? What if he did love Zoro? Well there was only one way to find out.

Sanji took a breath before knocking on the door. He clutched his hands together waiting a moment.

"This is stupid." Sanji muttered.

Then turned to walk down the hall to lie to his ex about kissing Zoro. Then she would come back. It would be simple and easy-

"Sanji?"

He stopped in his tracks he slowly turned to Zoro leaning against his doorway with his pinkie in his ear. In his boxers, and still dripping wet from his shower. Zoro pulled his finger out of his ear as he glanced to Sanji.

"It's called ding dong ditch for a reason." Zoro said.

"Right. Just pranking you." Sanji nervously chuckled.

Zoro cocked a brow, "That's not the reason you came over is it?"

"No, I just-"

Zoro leaned against the door motioning him inside. Sanji sighed heading inside as Zoro shut the door and towel dried his hair. Sanji sat on the couch looking at his hands, his lip stuck between his teeth, while his heartbeat pounded in his ear. Zoro sat down next to him wrapping his arms around the back of the couch.

"What's the matter? Your awful quiet." Zoro asked.

"I. I need you to do me a favor." Sanji said.

"Oh?"

"Just, close your eyes."

"Why what are you going to do?"

"Please."

Zoro sighed shutting his eye, Sanji turned to him as he cracked his neck and ran a hand through his hair. Sanji straddled Zoro's hips and cupped his face. He leaned close as his breath fanned across Zoro's face, and there lips brushed against each other a few times. Before Sanji took a breath and kissed him. Zoro's hands soon took Sanji's hips pulling him closer before Sanji pulled back slowly. His eyes still shut with his mouth still agape. Zoro opened his eye to Sanji and smirked.

"If you wanted a kiss you should of asked." Zoro chuckled.

Sanji opened his eyes and slumped into Zoro's form.

"Shit." Sanji muttered.

Zoro cocked a brow, "What now?"

"I'm in love with you."

He placed a hand to Sanji's head, "Now you know how I feel."
