See Her

A/N: Happy 160! (Kazoo noises) I didn't think this one would see the light of day. But I worked hard on it so. Why not? I'm also not deleting Thank you. Cause your notes made me cry and they mean allot to me. So. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! (Kazoo!)

The sun was just beginning to rise. Hues of red, orange, blue, and some purple filled the sky. The sea was calm as the Thousand Sunny was sailing calmly to the next island. Which was just up ahead. The silhouette of the island was just around the horizon. The only ones awake on the ship was Sanji, who was preparing breakfast. Zoro, who was keeping watch, And Robin who was reading in the kitchen. As the ship was slowly sailing to the island Zoro noticed it. He furrowed as they drew closer and closer to the island.

There was something there. He went to the head of the sunny to get a better look. As they got to a certain distance Zoro could see the forest island. Tall tree's, jungle, and looked tropical as well. But something, or someone was standing on the beach. He watched as the figure pulled something from its back. Zoro cocked his head in confusion before his eye widened.

Sanji stepped out of the kitchen stretching. Robin stepped out with him and patted his shoulder. He watched as she went down to below deck to wake Nami. While he had to go wake the bottomless pit and friends. He sighed going down to the boys room and kicked open the door.

"Alright you ungrateful slobs, breakfast is ready so you better get-"

Luffy bolted from the room.

"Breakfast before Luffy does." Sanji sighed.

They groaned getting up and one by one went up to get something to eat. Sanji did a mental headcount when he groaned.

"Why him?" Sanji grumbled.

He went up to the deck and checked the kitchen to see if Zoro beat him to it. But no. Zoro was lost on the ship. Again. Or so he thought. Sanji went behind the kitchen to his usual spot but he wasn't there. Sanji grumbled when he noticed him standing on the sunny. He stomped down the stairs and went over to the front of the ship.

"Oi. Are you coming or-" Sanji was interrupted

An arrow shot and Zoro grabbed it before it pierced the deck. Sanji furrowed as he looked to the island. He caught a glimpse of the figure before they disappeared in the forest. He turned to Zoro who pulled a ribbon off the arrow as a note slipped off. Zoro picked up the note before tossing away the arrow. Sanji went over to him looking over his shoulder.

'You and the blonde, no one else.'

Sanji and Zoro looked to each other before back to the note.

"So your telling me, someone shot this note to you and Sanji?" Nami asked.

They all sat at the table. Zoro nodded as the note was passed around the table. Robin hummed handing it to Luffy who was licking off his plate.

"So you two will go. We need food and some supplies." Robin said.

Luffy whined, "But I wanna go too-"

"Sorry Luffy, we should respect the weird arrow person's wishes. And if they kill Zoro and Sanji we can always run away." Usopp nodded.

Sanji kicked his shin eating at his meal, Usopp whined biting his lip. So after breakfast Sanji and Zoro were supplied with large backpacks to bring back food. Along with a rope tied to each other's wrists. Zoro groaned watching Chopper tie the end to Zoro's

"Why do I have to wear this?" Zoro groand.

"Oh jee, I wonder." Sanji turned to him, "Maybe it's because you have no since of direction and get lost too damn easily."

Zoro growled, "Its you who gets lost."

If looks could kill, Zoro would of been split right down the middle.

Sanji and Zoro then headed out. Zoro took the lead cutting away some leaves while Sanji followed behind. He held the rope like Zoro was a dog and he was waking him. But then Zoro stopped. There was a soft rumbling before the ground broke out from underneath Sanji. He started to fall before Zoro grabbed his wrist from falling down into the hole. Sanji looked down to the hole and swallowed thickly not even seeing the bottom. He turned back to Zoro as he helped him up. Sanji dusted himself off before turning to Zoro.

"I owe you one." Sanji sighed.

"Don't mention it." Zoro grumbled.

Zoro lead on, they went through the forest before Zoro was stopped. He turned to Sanji standing before a tree. Fruit was growing high in it. He groaned as Sanji tugged him closer.

"If I untie this rope you promise you will stay here?" Sanji asked.

"Yep." Zoro nodded.

Sanji squinted at him before untying the rope. But as soon as his back was turned. Zoro wandered off. Sanji climbed the tree unaware Zoro had already left. He pulled fruit after fruit off the tree and put it in his bag before he nodded.

"I think these would be good for some fruit smoothies. Don't you-" Sanji turned to find Zoro gone, "Think?"

He groaned pulling on his backpack and hopped down.

Zoro came to a clearing where he overlooked the sea. He whistled to the view putting his hands on his hips. But. When he sensed the presence of another he glanced behind him. The bushes russled before they stopped. The cloaked person stepped out of them while Zoro readied his sword.

"I mean you no harm, Pirate Hunter Zoro." She spoke.

Zoro didnt move his hand from his sword, "Why did you call the cook and I here?"

She giggled, "Don't play dumb. I know about your secret."

"What are you talking-"

She raised her hand, "I want to grant you a wish."

Zoro cocked a brow, "A wish?"

She nodded, "Anything, make someone fall in love, kill someone, or. Bring back from the dead. But. It only lasts a day. So make it count."

Zoro's hardened look softened to her's, "Can I see Kuina again?"

"Is that what you want?"

"Yes."

Zoro watched her rummage in her pocket and pull out a white powder. Then blew it into Zoro's face. He grew dizzy, the world began to blur and twist. Then. He fell back against the grass. She brushed off her hands.

"Nightly night pirate hunter."

Zoro grumbled when his face was prodded.

"Wake up you lazy swordsmen."

His eye snapped awake. A little girl with dark blue hair, pink shirt and dark red pants knelt over him. Her lips were pursed in a line and her brows furrowed.

"How are you supposed to defeat Mihawk while you're sleeping?" He huffed.

"Kuina?"

"Well duh, who else would I be."

Zoro sat up turning to her. She sat on the grass, there was a slight glow to her, and she was slightly transparent. But. It was her. Zoro reached out to touch her but his hand passed right through. She watched his hand before looking up to him.

"I'm still here though Zoro." She said.

She approached him hugging him gently. Neither of them could feel the hug but. It was still there. Kuina pulled back with a soft smile on her lips. But soon turned into a pursed line.

"Hey! Give me back my sword you thief!" She barked.

The bushes russled as Sanji poked out. Kuina and Zoro turned to him as she lit up. She turned to Zoro with a large smile.

"Is he your boyfriend?" She asked.

"No he's not my boyfriend." Zoro said turning to her.

"What? Who are you talking to?" Sanji asked.

Zoro turned to Sanji, "Kuina. Can't you see her?"

Sanji looked in the direction of the girl. But. Nothing was there. He sighed going up to Zoro and tied the rope around his wrist. Kuina giggled as Zoro blushed slightly.

"What are you a dog?" She teased.

Zoro pursed his lips, "I'm not a dog."

"Yes you are." Sanji hummed.

Kuina giggled, "I like your boyfriend."

"He's NOT my boyfriend."

She sighed, "Fine, fine, your crush or whatever."

Zoro grumbled as Sanji laughed softly. They headed back to the ship to drop off the supplies. Kuina followed behind, she was looking up to Sanji. She trotted in front of him watching him tug Zoro back to the ship.

"So what's his name?" Kuina asked.

"Idiot cook." Zoro said.

Sanji turned to Zoro, "What do you want?"

"Kuina was asking your name."

"Well Kuina, wherever you are. My name is Sanji."

Kuina smiled, "I like your boyfriend."

"For the last time he's not my boyfriend."

Sanji laughed as they headed to the ship. Where the crew started to worry about Zoro talking to thin air. Then Zoro explained the story of what happened. The only person who seemed to be unfazed. Was Sanji. Chopper took a look at Zoro which he and Robin went to go examine the powder. Leaving Zoro, Sanji and Kuina in the kitchen. Zoro watched as she was on her toes looking over the counter. She watched Sanji's skilled hands cut through cucumbers and carrots. She turned to Zoro with a curious look on her face.

"Is he a swordsmen too?" She asked.

"No, i'm just a cook." Sanji said.

He stiffened as Zoro snapped over to him, his lips pressed in a line. Kuina lit up with a soft smile.

"You can hear me?! Can you see me too?!" She grinned.

Sanji didn't answer but avoided eye contact with the girl and Zoro. He continued to cut and slice open vegetables.

"Well are you going to answer her?" Zoro asked.

Sanji sighed putting down the knife and turned to Kuina. He knelt down to her level and smiled softly.

"I can see and hear you. I wanted to get the chance to meet the other person Zoro couldn't defeat. I didn't know he already wished to see you." Sanji said.

"So you are Zoro's boyfriend." She said.

"He doesn't like to admit it."

Kuina grinned snapping over to Zoro with a hue of blush on his cheeks.

"That- Shut up!" Zoro barked.

The whole day Zoro spent with Kuina telling her about their adventures. All the friends they met along what way, and even facing Mihawk. She was slightly impressed by that part. The sun started to set as the day was ending and the time Zoro had spent with Kuina was draining. They sat behind the deck of the ship with her sitting in his lap. Her hand brushing Wado and smiling. Knowing her sword was in good hands.

"You didn't tell me about the part of you falling in love with Sanji." She giggled.

Zoro groaned, "I don't want to talk about that."

"Oh so you do love him."

"Ugh. Fine. Well about two years ago. I risked my life to save Luffy's life. After enduring that pain, I stood there slowly growing unconscious. Then he came to find me. I didn't know if I was going to live after that. So. I told him."

"Oh and that's how much detail she will get?" Sanji asked.

They turned to Sanji holding a bottle of booze. Sanji walked over taking a seat beside Zoro.

"You see as Zoro was covered in blood and I was terribly worried what the hell happened to him. Which he replied with 'Nothing.' He gripped onto me trying to keep himself upright. And coughed some of his disgusting blood on me. Zoro then clutched onto me looking up with bloodshot eyes. Then he said he loved me, and passed out." Sanji said.

Kuina giggled as Zoro grunted opening the bottle with his teeth.

"It's not as romantic as I wanted. But. It's something."

"Awe Zoro loves Sanji!" Kuina cried.

"Shut up." Zoro grumbled.

Sanji then went over how many times he lost Zoro everywhere they went. But she didn't seem to be surprised by that. But the sun had already set and the stars started to shine in the sky. Zoro had fallen asleep as Kuina and Sanji were talking.

"Sanji. Thank you for taking care of Zoro. He needs someone to watch over him." She said.

Sanji smiled, "Yeah, but he's a handful at times."

"I wanted to ask, do. Do you love Zoro too?"

He turned to Zoro, "With all my heart."

"Then I have nothing to worry about."

Sanji turned to Kuina who walked over to the railing of the ship. She climbed up to the railing standing on the shaped wood. She turned to Sanji and smiled. The light around her flew brighter until she had disappeared and a new star in the sky had appeared. Sanji smiled as Zoro had awoken. He frowned not seeing Kuina anywhere. Sanji pointed to the star earning Zoro's attention.

"She's always there." Sanji smiled.
