I Know Your Out There
A/N: Yeah, I do write Marace. So here. Here's the fluff and fuzzy feelings.
I know your out there: Stephanie Mabeyl (I'm addicted to this song).
Also I need a ship for tomorrow.
Folding. And folding again. Turning paper into airplanes. Ace had scribbled down small notes onto them before he sighed sitting back. He looked to the small pile of paper airplanes sitting on his desk. He sighed picking one up and bouncing it in his hand.
"I take my notebook and, tear the pages out to write down my thoughts in a message. I encrypt every line. As the fish swim in the sea below I smooth out and fold all the edges. Then hold them up against the sky."
Ace tossed the paper airplane out of the window and watched it fly away. Following the smooth breeze of the sea and finding him. Ace picked up another one before flicking his wrist. It then flew off and followed after the other one. He rested in the window sill and watched them follow the breeze.
"And I, let'em go. Hope you'll find, each word I wrote. On these paper planes scattered in the air. Oh I send them off cause I know you're out there." Ace sighed.
Marco perked up to a paper plane falling into his lap. He furrowed slightly. Picking it up he glanced around before finding another one on the deck. Marco shut his book before approaching the other plane. He picked it up and noticed something written on the inside.
"I picture you discovering each note all the others don't notice. 'Cause you're the kind that finds the clues. And you'll know every one was meant for you. 'Cause you've got the secret decoder. Oh, they'll lead you to me soon. So I let em go. Hope you'll find each word I wrote." Ace said.
He tossed another paper plane out the window. Which blew up from the sea and landed on deck. Marco perked up to the new plane skidding across the deck to his feet.
"On these paper planes, scattered in the air. Oh I send them off cause I know your out there." He sighed again leaning out the window.
Marco watched as two more flew up onto the deck. With words of loneliness and hope you find me soon. He grew more and more curious of who was writing these letters. He furrowed reading over the two newer ones. Of which they said I love you, I need you.
"I know you'll see, the heart beneath each line you read. So I, let'em go. Hope you'll find each word I wrote. On these paper planes scattered in the air. Oh I send them off cause I know you're out there."
He tossed the last plane out of the window. Marco watched it up drift and hit him in the face. He grumbled pulling it off his face and unfolding the letter.
'I know you're out there.'
Marco looked down to the ship. Seeing Ace rest against his window. Then he pulled away to his room. Marco furrowed before turning back to the letters. He headed down to his room.
Ace was in his room doodling on some notebook paper. When he perked up to a paperplane fluttering into his room. It landed on his desk having him furrow slightly. Ace unfolded the paper as his eyes widened.
'I found you.'
The door was knocked on earning Ace's attention. He got up going to the door, slowly opening the door. Marco leaned against the doorframe with a smirk on his lips. Ace blushed slightly.
"Marco- wha-"
"I found you." He said, "I'm keeping those letter's by the way."
"You got them?"
He chuckled, "Ace, I'm so much more than a friend to you. So, are you going to let me in or do I have to find another way in?"
He smiled softly letting Marco in.
