(Pedro x Sanji)

Even just. Just for a moment. He wished. He could be human.

Pedro frowned seeing Sanji cook. He looked to his paws then back to Sanji. He and Sanji have had fallen in love. But. It was frowned upon. What if his tribe saw them? The two of them would be stoned. Or. Killed on the spot.

Pedro sighed softly looking back to his hands, "It could never be."

Sanji placed a fish dish before him before kissing his forehead. Pedro looked up at him with a sad look.

"Sanji. Would you love me if I was human?"

Sanji chuckled, "What kind of question is that?"

"But what if we are caught. My tribe will kill us both. For sure."

"Then let them."

Pedro blinked, "W-What?"

Sanji leaned over the counter looking to him, "It will be okay. Just eat up. Whatever happens. Happens. We'll cross that bridge when we get there."

Sanji kissed his nose before going back to the stove. Pedro purred softly batting his tail back n forth. He then began to eat his meal.

He went out for a smoke break. He leaned against the railing. Wanda stepped up to him and leaned against the railing. She nudged him earning his attention.

"I noticed you and Sanji are getting along pretty well." She purred.

He glanced to his cigarette, "I don't know what your talking about."

"Well. For starters." Wanda spoke, "That brand of cigarettes. It's not your usual brand. I believe it's Sanji's. You smell of sweat. Your putting all your weight on one knee. Assuming the two of you-"

"Alright. You got me."

"You want to be human too. For there sake."

Pedro glanced to her, "Do you know something?"

She pulled a bottle from her hip and put it in his paw.

"Take this. But it lasts about a day."

"What. Is-"

"Don't worry about it. Just. Trust me."

Pedro nodded before heading back to Sanji. Where the blonde was asleep in a hammock. He looked to the bottle in his paw before back to Sanji.

"Just a day to be with you. Would set me for life."

He uncorked the bottle before tossing it back. Pedro curled his lip in disgust. Before a throbbing pain rushed through him. He groaned falling to the floor. He hissed and growled clutching onto the floor.

Sanji awoke turning to him. Pedro was hunched over the floor. Before. Sanji noticed his bare arm. He furrowed as Pedro panted on the floor. Sanji pulled the blanket around his shoulders. He stepped down onto the floor.

"Pedro?"

He snapped up to Sanji who looked at him with a wide eyed look. He stepped back as Pedro panted looking to his arms and hands.

"Wh-what did you. Do?"

He slowly got up. He held his head before looking up to Sanji.

Pedro.

Was human.

Long wavy hair, a bit darker facial hair. Sanji's eyes roamed to his chest. His bare chest exposed in his green button up.

"Oh. My god."

Sanji hesitated before stepping up to him. Pedro watched as his hand on his chest. Before running his hand up to his neck. Then to his cheek. Pedro gripped his wrists.

"Kiss me."

"You don't have to tell me twice."

Sanji kissed him as Pedro pulled him up onto his hips. They stumbled over to the hammock.

"We have 24 hours." Pedro said pulling back.

"Take me in this form."

Taking a break. Sanji lied on his bare chest. Pedro ran his fingers through his hair.

"I love you." Sanji spoke.

Pedro turned to him, "W-What?"

Sanji looked up to him pulling the blanket over them.

"I love you. You turned yourself human. For me."

"And. I'd do it over again."

Sanji nuzzled into his neck before falling asleep. Pedro fell asleep after him.

But.

As there 24 hours together came to an end. Pedro went out for a smoke. He could of spent his last minute human with Sanji. But. He was busy.

Then.

He turned back.

Pedro frowned looking to his mink self. Before he heard a clattering in the kitchen. He hurried to get in. When he saw a golden fox mink lying on the floor. Who slowly picked himself up and wobbled. Pedro was breath taken by Sanji's new form. He covered himself with his tail. Since. His clothes were ripped in the new change.

Pedro pulled his cape off his shoulders before draping it over Sanji's. He kissed forehead before pulling back.

"Your beautiful." Pedro sighed.

"You like it?"

"Yeah. I'm in love with it."
