Hope you and Sam are fine. Congratulations to both of you from us.
I apologize for the late reply. Alex's condition worsened so we were in the hospital. She's better now. 

I wanted to talk to you about the letter that you wrote to me and Alex. How could you say all those words? The letter had all the words which Sam would have said to me. But they came from you. I was not very surprised when I read the letter.  I know your dear wife has been manipulating you all the time and she will do it always. And you will let her manipulate yourself.  Because you are just a puppet for her. You do everything that she says.  You were never like this. You could never say things like that about anyone I loved whether its Alex or anyone. 

Alex didn't betray you. She told me everything after I proposed to her. We talked about everything in detail. She can never even think about hurting you but she had to hurt you. Because she had to set things straight for you. You can never understand her. You can never understand the pain she went through after she came here. She still can't sleep at night. 

You wrote all those things in your letter deliberately because you knew your words will break her even more.
Ivan,  I am an adult. I know what is wrong or right for me. I know what to do with my life. Even if I regret marrying Alex, you'll be the last person I would come to.
I will never find a girl like Alex for myself. I love her despite all her flaws. Love doesn't make you a coward. Love gives you the courage to stare the death in the eye. Love gives you the courage to do what is impossible.
I forbid you to write any letters to Alex in the near future as now she is fiancée. If anything happens to her, or she gets upset because of you, I am not going to spare you and Sam. I won't consider anything then.
