I didn't even know why? I mean, why was he training me if he doesn't want me to be a hero?"

"And why haven't I seen him in so long, Did he do something to inko? It doesn't seem like it, anyhow, I've become really strong with the quirks, my father had given me. He gave me quirks like; force field, Heal Pool, Lightning Sword, Armour of Iron, Water Manipulation, Magma Manipulation, and he said that a lot more were hiding dormant inside of me, but these are all I have that I can use right now"

Mitsuo's Quirks. -

All For One

This quirk has the power to steal other peoples quirks, It is able to give those quirks to others, However, if the person's body isn't able to handle multiple quirks, they will lose control after being given the quirk, This quirk can create beams of an electrical rod that the user can manipulate at will. When this is pushed into a person, the user of the quirk can Forcibly Activate their quirk. (I know this is a separate quirk in the main timeline, but for this, I'd like to have Forcible Quirk Activation to be apart of All For One.)

Long Fingers

This Quirk allows the user to extend the length of his fingers for a 10Minute Duration. The User can also change the fingers shape, it also regenerates his hand when in use.

Type: Emitter

Wings

This quirk is quite self-explanatory. It gives the user wings that pop from the back of the user's body, The User can manipulate it like an arm or other body parts.

Type: Transform

Force Field

Uses the user's stamina to create a strong shield.

Type: Emitter

Heal Pool

Speeds up the regenerative factor in a human in a certain area

Type: Emitter

Lightning Sword

Allows the user to create weapons made from lightning, the user is unaffected by electricity when this quirk is active.

Type: Emitter

 Armour of Iron

Allows the user to create armour around themself, It can be moulded with technology to make better armour.

Type: Emitter

Water Manipulation

Allows the user manipulation over water, the quirk also produces water and sometimes activates when the user is sad.

Type: Emitter

Magma Manipulation

Allows for manipulation over lava/magma. The quirk can produce this and Izuku can easily overheat when using (That's the downside of getting free quirks from people who have problems with their quirks.)

Ice

This Quirk allows the user to create, manipulate and move Ice at will.

Type: Emitter

Strength Multiplier

This quirk like the name suggests multiplies the user's strength to whatever the user wishes, It can be for example - x10 x20 x30 - x100, Using a High Number will result in the user's body possibly retaining damage.

Type: Emitter

Energy Manipulation

This Quirk gives the user the power of manipulating energy. Such as Kinetic, Electricity, Heat etc. He can create any type of energy at will. and when this energy is focused. it can create a beam of energy that can be used for long-range. (The Heat Manipulation will help with magma manipulation)

"I don't understand how he can do that, If his quirk is like mine, he must either copy quirks or steal them, and if he is stealing them, how many peoples lives have been ruined because of me, because... of him?"

"There's not much time left until we have to choose where we were going, for highschool, I chose UA of course, but I am worried about Izuku, If he doesn't get a quirk soon he won't be able to do it." 

"S-should I force a quirk on him? What if he gets hurt? Nonono- He said he didn't want my handouts of other peoples quirks, but I can't let him not be a hero, I must help him with his dream, I feel it! I am close to being able to copy quirks! then It wont be stealing! They will still have a quirk and so will he! I-I Hope

-----------(Timeskip - Walking home from school)

Mitsuo: "Uhm, Izuku, I know you didn't want any of my quirks, but.. are you sure?"

Izuku: " I-I rea-"

As the boys were walking under a bridge and piece of slime was caught on Mitsuo's leg

Mitsuo: " E-EH EW, Get off me!" 

Mitsuo activates Force field, and all the sludge gets repelled off, however it hits someone in the face...

AND THAT PERSON, IS!? 

ALLMIGHTO 

Mitsuo: "ALLMIGHT! HOLY SH- I AM SO SORRY, HERE LET ME CLEAN THAT OFF" 

He activates Water Manipulation and it hits allmight in the face, drenching him..

Mitsuo: " WAIT THATS WORSE OH NOOOO"

Izuku:"..."

Izuku:"......AHHHHHHHH ALLLMIGHTOO I NEED YOUR AUTOGRAPH IM SO SORRY ABOUT MY BROTHER HE IS SOMETIMES AN IDIOT AND DOES THINGS OUT OF P-"

AllMighto: "Ha Ha Haa, That's alright boys, This isn't the first time I have gotten wet and stick-" 

AllMighto suddenly remembers that he is talking to two 14 yr olds.

AllMight: "Forget my last statement and never speak of it again. Anyhow have you seen a large slime monster made out of the same slime you hit me with?"

Mitsuo: "N-No sir, the slime caught onto me at the duct here... Holy what is that?!"

A Large slime monster appears. (Insert Pokemon battle theme here)

AllMight: "I'll blow it awa-"

Suddenly a flood of lava and water becomes formed by Mitsuo, and destroys the creature, the lava cools and puddles form.

AllMight: "Boy, How did you do that? I thought I saw your quirk earlier, it was a force field of some kind right. How did you do that!?"

Mitsuo: "It's the quirks, my father gave to me."

AllMight: "Gave?"

AllMight: "What is your quirk exactly?"

Mitsuo: "I inherited it from my father, He had named it All For One, it allows me to steal quirks and give them to others, but my version is abit evolved, I have been able to copy quirks before too, but its a lot more difficult then stealing, why do you ask AllMight? The Hero's already should know of the quirk from the databanks my family put into your system."

AllMight: All... For.. One...
