This world is full of mysterious things, especially right now, since we human's have developed superpowers, known as quirks, and things are so much crazier than back then, well obviously I wasn't alive for where quirks weren't commonplace, but, my brother, is quirkless, and isn't anything but average, but, this is the story of how he became the No. 1 Ranking Hero on the entire planet.

My Name is Mitsuo Midoriya, and I am the person, who kills the future No. 1 Hero...

"Izukuuu, Mitsuooo, It's time for the quirk testing!" Inko shouts playfully

*The two boys stop playing and run towards the car excitingly, ready to learn about what their quirks are*

As they arrive, Inko feels something familiar with this doctor, as if, she's seen him before..

Doctor: "Alright, please come this way you two."

(Time Skip)

Doctor: "The tests are done, and I have some very interesting results mam."

Izuku: "I hope my quirk is as cool as allmights!"

Mitsuo: "I'm sure it is Izuku!"

Doctor: "It seems this boy has a very special power, He holds the power to steal other people's quirks, So what is your quirk? It must be quite powerful if it can create an offspring quirk like this."

Inko: "Actually, It's from my husband's quirk, my quirk is the power to move small objects."

Doctor: "Who would be your husband?"

...

Inko: "I really don't like talking about him, he was a terrible man, and one day just left and never came back." Inko said while covering the boy's ears

Doctor: "I see, well I am sorry for asking" 

I must mention this to All For One...

Doctor: "As for the other boy, He isn't as fortunate, He has no quirk whatsoever, It isn't happening, He will never become a Hero like this."

Mitsuo: "W-What, that's impossible! I-Izuku"

The boys go home, and Izuku runs to the computer and asks Mitsuo to play the AllMight Clip of his debut. 

...

"He is such an awesome hero. Mitsuo.."

Izuku: "C-Can I be a Hero too?"

Mitsuo: "Of Course you can! Why? Because I am here! I can take someone's quirk and give it to you!"

Izuku: "Muo, please don't take someone else's power for me"

Mitsuo: "B-But why Izu?"

Izuku: "I-I don't want anyone else to feel like this..."

Mitsuo: "Then, I-I will make it so I can copy quirks! so you can become a hero!"

Izuku: "T-That will work!"

[Thus Mitsuo's 10 Year training began.]

 These two boys will have the power of the fated rivals. The Original Brothers. The Founder of One for all, and the Villian All for one.

The two boys wouldn't have known at the time, but their connection and love will stop a battle that has lasted for generations.

Izuku and Mitsuo - Age 7

Izuku and Mitsuo were very close. They both loved Heros, had analytical minds, Mitsuo had a particular skill in sports and athletic activity, they grew to respect each other. however. one had a very powerful quirk that stole other quirks,  and the other was quirkless...

Both boys were bullied at school, one for having an evil quirk and the other for not having one at all.

Then it happened 

All For One Activated. When his quirk activated, the pain was all that was shared. The pain of losing control and pain of hurting others, All Mitsuo could feel was hunger. Hunger for the all-powerful quirks, that had repeatedly pushed him down. The quirks that hurt him and his quirkless brother. and so he fought. but he lost the battle with the quirk and the hunger overtook him.

"Mitsuo..?"

"Mitsuo!"

"Stop Mitsuo!"

"It's alright! You got them!"

"So stop hurting them!"

Mitsuo snapped out of his hunger, for his hunger was fulfilled.

Mitsuo's Quirks. -

All For One

This quirk has the power to steal other peoples quirks, It is able to give those quirks to others, However, if the person's body isn't able to handle multiple quirks, they will lose control after being given the quirk, This quirk can create beams of an electrical rod that the user can manipulate at will. When this is pushed into a person, the user of the quirk can Forcibly Activate their quirk. (I know this is a separate quirk in the main timeline, but for this, I'd like to have Forcible Quirk Activation to be apart of All For One.)

 Long Fingers

This Quirk allows the user to extend the length of his fingers for a 10Minute Duration. The User can also change the fingers shape, it also regenerates his hand when in use.

Type: Emitter

Wings

This quirk is quite self-explanatory. It gives the user wings that pop from the back of the user's body, The User can manipulate it like an arm or other body parts.

Type: Transformation

Explosion

Explosion allows the user to excrete sweat similar to nitroglycerin from their palms and ignite it at will to create various explosions.

Two of the boy's run away. However. Katsuki can't lose the thing that made him special so he didn't run. He was on the verge of crying the Young Katsuki started shouting. "You're a Villian! "How could you take them from us!"

"Did you forget the fact that you were bulling me and Izuku! HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT"

Mitsuo looks at Izuku, Izuku looks terrified. 

"Izuku, He does this to us every day, Is this not the right thing to do?!" 

"I CAN GIVE YOU HIS QUIRK, YOU DESERVE IT SO MUCH MORE THAN HIM"

"N-No Mitsuo, Please give it back to him.."

"It's not right to do that" 

"That isn't what a hero does"

Your right, I am so sorry Bakugo.

Katsuki is eager to get his quirk back, He doesn't fight, He just wants it back and to never see these two again.

Mitsuo gives the quirk back, and Katsuki leaves.

He looks at Izuku and says

"Wait, do I have to give those other two guys their quirks back, they kinda left."

10 Yrs Later 

Katsuki never talked to Izuku or Mitsuo again. He gave plenty of glares and spread rumours. Causing Izuku to get bullied by other students, they would never dare to try to bully Mitsuo though, Since he could take their quirk. But Over the Years. Izuku still loved his brother and even though he had an evil quirk, Izuku could see that he was getting more depressed by the days. Izuku even knew that Mitsuo had left in the night to go steal more quirks. After all, The Quirk All For One gave the user great power over others, but it also needs to steal quirks, otherwise, the quirk will starve the user. At the start, Mitsuo and Izuku's father would give Mitsuo the quirks and then take it back. However, since All for One had his fight with AllMight, He had to leave the family under the fake name Hisashi, He also came up with the false lie that he was getting a better job and left to another country for that job.

Mitsuo had many quirks by this time. His hunger gained every time he went out and he had to gain either 10-20 Weak quirks or 2 Very Powerful Quirks this happened once every month. Of course, Izuku didn't know this yet

On Weekends he would go to hospitals and Other Places with sick people. and go to ask them for there quirks. Unlike his fathers All for one, His Version wouldn't give people pain instead it would give people a slight regenerative factor. Which could help them? Especially if it's the quirks that are hurting them. (Which is Mitsuo's excuse to Izuku whenever he asks)

One of these times. He had gone to see a woman who has beautiful White Hair. and He was told that she was used for Quirk marriage and that she hurt her son, because of the image of his father that was imprinted because of his quirk, She desperately wanted to get rid of the quirk, that caused that.

Mitsuo looked at her and said. 

"Are you sure.?" 

"I am. You have no clue how much this means to me."

"Thank you, mam. I will keep your power safe."

"Thank you, young man."

Mitsuo had stolen her quirk and left. She felt better about what happened and might be able to move on now.

Strength Multiplier

This quirk like the name suggests multiplies the user's strength to whatever the user wishes, It can be for example - x10 x20 x30 - x100, Using a High Number will result in the user's body possibly retaining damage.

Energy Manipulation

This Quirk gives the user the power of manipulating energy. Such as Kinetic, Electricity, Heat etc. He can create any type of energy at will. and when this energy is focused. it can create a beam of energy that can be used for long-range.
