Gray's POV:

After walking for what seemed like forever, Natsu and I finally made it back to the guild. Gramps and the rest of Fairy Tail all celebrated our arrival, but all I wanted to do was go home and go to bed.

"Gray-samaaaa!!" I was suddenly trampled and knocked over onto the floor. Juvia smothered me with her over-sized breasts as she cried tears of joy at my safe return, "Juvia is so glad you're back, she missed you."

I sighed and gently pushed her off of me, "It's good to see you too, Juvia."

"You really think so?" Juvia's eyes sparkled like diamonds, "That makes Juvia so happy!"

"Alright, well, I need to talk to Gramps. Where is he?"

Juvia pointed me in the direction of the master. I got up and moved towards him. "Hey, gramps," I said, catching his attention, "I finished your stupid mission -- where's my reward?"

"Oh, Mira has it upstairs. I'll get her to go fetch it for you," he said, "But I have to ask... how did you do it? Wizards have been trying to melt that ice, well, for longer than I've been alive. It's almost hard to belive that you and Natsu pulled it off..."

"Well..."

"I've figured it out!" I was interupted by a sudden exclamation. Levy had jumped up from her seat at a table, book in hand, "I've figured out how they melted the ice!" Her hair was a mess, he glasses were crooked, and there was the biggest smile on her face. "Natsu briefed me on what happened, and I looked through every ancient ice spell book I could find, when I came across this," she gestured at a page -- it was all written in some foreign text, and quite frankly, just looked like a bunch of gibberish, "Once I translated this scripture here, it says; 'Hotter than flames.' And since the ice melted when you two kissed, the one thing hotter than fire must be love!" Levy celebrated her discovery, however the rest of the guild just looked shocked. I felt my face go bright red.

"Levy!" Natsu shouted, "Y-you weren't supposed to tell people that part!" I glanced over at Natsu and his face was just as red as mine.

"Oh... oops," Levy giggled and stuck out her tongue, "Guess I got a bit excited."

"So... you and Natsu sure hit it off, huh?" Lucy appeared behind me, "That was, what, five days all by yourself? I bet you had a great time." She grinned at me.

"Sh-shut up..."

Natsu's POV:

Okay... so, I like Gray? No.. he likes me. We like each other? Ugh! I don't know! My thoughts rambled on, trying to figure this out. I should talk to him...

I turned around to go look for Gray when I bumped into someone. "Oomph"

"Sorry," Gray and I said in unison, "Oh, I needed to talk to you."

We both stopped talking for a moment, unsure of who was going to talk first. "Er, you first," Gray said.

"Alright... so, I was wondering; do you l-like me? Or do I like you? Well, I know I like you..." I covered my mouth quickly after realizing what I had just admitted, "I mean, uh, i-if you like me, then, um..."

In leu of a response, Gray grabbed onto my arm. He dragged me past all the other Fairy Tail members, past Mira at the counter, and out the back door of the guild. He was silent the whole way. W-where are we going? Once we were outside, he faced me, staring into my eyes.

"I like you," Gray said calmly, "I really like you.." I felt myself blush hard and I wrapped my arms around his neck. Gray seemed to notice my invitation, and he held the small of my back. He kissed me softly. We had kissed a bunch of times before, but this time was different. If was slow and sweet, and meant something more than a mission. We stayed like that for awhile before parting.

"I love you," Gray said, and I smiled in return.

"I love you too."

Yay! Finished.. I might make like, some OVA chapters when I get bored, but other than that the main story is finished. This was fun :).
