Gray's POV:

I walked around the village for awhile before going back to where I left Natsu. He had fallen fast asleep against a pillar.

"Natsu, wake up," I said and gently shook his shoulder. He groaned then opened his eyes.

"What?"

"Wake up, idiot. We're still on a mission."

"Sorry," Natsu yawned, "We never slept last night; I'm tired."

I sat down next to him. "I'm sorry, I know. I'm just in a hurry to finish this." I leaned back against the pillar. It felt nice to relax for once.

Natsu's POV:

Gray finally came back from whatever it was he was doing. He sat down on the ground next to me. We sat there for awhile -- neither of us quite sure what to do now. We hadn't an idea of how we would finish this mission.

I started to get up to my feet. After all, laying there wasn't going to get anything done. However as I was standing, I lost my footing and slipped.

"Watch out!" Gray's reflexes kicked in and he swiftly reached out and caught my arm, preventing me from hitting the ground.

I blushes as I thanked him. "Th-thanks.. I guess I should be more careful."

"No shit, Einstein," Gray said sarcastically. I regained my balance and stood up. I was about to walk away, but... Gray wasn't letting go of my hand.

"Dude, let go," I demanded.

"No," Gray held my hand tighter in defience, "Look at that..."
