Chapter Twelve: Peas in a Pod

"Jessie! Let's go take pictures by the steps like we are Serena and Blair!" Savannah squeals beside me and runs up the MET steps to recreate Gossip Girl pictures.

I rolled my eyes and followed her walking to the top of the stairs to recreate the iconic picture. We got Matt to take the endless number of pictures and basically threw the phone back at her when we were done.

It was Black Friday so basically, everyone had traveled down to Times Square for sales. But not us.

There was no way in hell I would be going down there for only ten percent off of a shirt.

So we decided to go tour around town since we hadn't done it in a while. Garrett and I decided it would be a good time to introduce our new friends to Savannah and Matt. I was unbelievably nervous.

I don't know why though. I guess I just really want their approval of each other. I want everyone to be friends.

We would all be meeting at the Olive Garden in Times Square for lunch. It was almost 11:30 in the morning so we really needed to book it downtown if we wanted to make it on time.

All of us got onto the Subway and rode it down to the stop we would need to get off at. We sped walked all the way to the restaurant making there at exactly 11:58. Sorry, friends.

I immediately scanned the crowd to find my beautiful friends, Charlie and Ellie. They were laughing with Garrett's friends, Carson and Tyler. Sadly, Aiden wasn't able to make it due to him going home to Texas for Thanksgiving.

So it was just us four couples.

My father and Valerie had gone back home to have a Thanksgiving with her family. I didn't mind, as long as my dad was happy, I was happy.

I ran up to my girl friends and gave them a hug, "Hey!"

They greeted me back and then their eyes landed on Savannah. She walks towards us and outstretched her hand towards the girls. "Hey, I'm Savannah. It's nice to meet you! Jess has told me nothing but good things of you."

They laughed and Charlie shook her hand first, "I'm Charlie, I'm dating the obnoxious brunette, Tyler."

"Heard that babe!" Tyler interrupts as he engages in conversation with the boys. Looks like Matt is getting along fine with them. Good.

Savannah turns to Ellie and tries to shake her hand but she pulls her in for a hug, "Hi, it's so nice to meet you finally! I'm Ellie! I'm dating the other guy, Carson!"

We engage in conversation for a minute our table was ready. We all sit down at a booth overlooking the city. Carson crosses his arms as he narrows his eyes at Savannah, "So tell us everything about you."

Okay so Matt and Savannah got along with everyone so well. It was weird. It was like they were the missing piece in our puzzle.

I wish they lived in New York so they could be here with us every day. I don't think I could ever get sick of them. I am just so glad I'm so close with my brother, not many people are able to have siblings like that.

But us, we have been two peas in a pod since birth. My twinnie.

Everyone had left to go home so it was just Garrett and I once again. I threw myself face down on the bed with a groan, "I am so glad I'm done entertaining guests."

"Me too babe, me too." Garrett said laying down next to me rubbing my back soothing me. Mhm, that feels so good.

I moaned as his fingers dug into my shoulders. His body hovered over my back as I laid there. He pulls my blouse over my head and unhooks my bra straps and begins to rub my entire back.

Screw physical therapy, he should become a masseuse.

He continues to rub my back for a few minutes before he easily turns me over still under his touch.

"Hi," I breathed, staring into his lustfull, blue eyes.

He let out a husky chuckle, "Hey gorgeous." His lips hover on my jaw and begins to plant kisses down my neck.

My back arched as he nibbled on my ears, I felt as if I was going to pass out of sexual desire any second. What a tease.

I moaned as his lips kissed my nipples gently and tugged on them making them turn hard.

"Garrett," I choked out.

He resurfaced above me again with a devilish smirk on his face, "Yes, baby girl?"

"Could you please stop being a fucking tease?" I tried to calm my breathing now that he was just staring at me, but his gaze still had my heart racing.

He smiled innocently at me then smashed his lips against mine.

You know that feeling you get when you just stare into someone's eyes and just realize that like they are your soulmate and you want this forever?

What's a soulmate you ask?

A soulmate is...well it's like a best friend, but more. It's that one person in the world that knows you better than anyone else ever could. It's someone who makes you a better person, well, actually they don't make you a better person...you do that yourself because they inspire you. A soulmate is someone who you carry with you forever. It's the one person who knew you, and accepted you, and believed in you before anyone else did or when no one else would. And no matter what happens...you'll always love them.

Garrett is my soulmate.

I recently found that out.

God, If he jumped off a bridge I'd be right there behind him. I never want to let him go.

It is just those simple moments in life where you realize like damn, I want this forever!

I don't think I could ever be as stupid to let him go again.

But like they say, if you love something set it free, if it comes back, it's meant to be.

And obviously it was meant to be, so I'm not letting him get away again.

But yeah, I was currently laying beside Garrett in our huge bed, just staring at him.

There wasn't anything to it, I was just looking at him.

He was really handsome.

His hair was turning orange, I found it super cute. He hadn't shaved in a few days so his stubble on his chin felt good in my hands.

His eyes were a beautiful ocean blue which really contrasted with his tanned skin.

My eyes raked down to his bare chest where his muscular body laid against the bed. He wasn't even trying to look good and I was here still having a orgasm just staring at him.

My eyes traveled even lower to his bare ass where we just made love to each other, I felt a blush come onto my cheeks as my eyes connected to his private area.

I bit my lip and slowly raked over his body once more as I connected my eyes back with his.

He had a smirk on his face as I looked back at his face, "Like what you see?"

"Oh baby, it gets better every time I see it!" I boomed giggled a little.

He smiles and pulls me closer, kissing the top of my head, "That's funny because you get more gorgeous every time I see you. I fall in love with you all over again every day."

I grinned at him before planting a soft kiss on his lips.

Yeah. He was definitely my soulmate. And I would make sure he would be mine, forever.
