The First Heartbeat
"We can all fall inlove in different time, different place, different people but we should always follow our heart in choosing the perfect one in life. Life is but a full of choices, but it is in our fate to choose between what's right or wrong."
"No matter where I am, what I am, who I am, I will always love you. Even if I have to wait for you forever, I will always be yours in the end. So please don't forget me."
"How will you know that it is me in our next life?"
"I don't need any marks or spark or whatever to know that it is you. I will just follow my heart and listen to it."
"If I couldn't be there in your last breath, then I would be willing to die with you till the end."

In the heart of the busy street of the city resides a small coffee shop owned by a married couple. On their wall was their customers comments, suggestions and moments that they posted on it with messages.
And the only people who would never misses to leave something on the wall whenever they came in the shop made the couple looked at their pictures with longing.
"Its been twelve years since then dear." said the woman who clutched her husbands arm.
"Yeah, they looked really good with each other." said the husband while kissing his wife on her head.
Most of the pictures posted on the wall was Allen's and Marcus' photos with either their cheesy lines or just words where they just convey how precious those moments they shared together in that place.
Their story was different, even complicated, and so are they. Their worlds may be in complete difference but their hearts beat in the same reality. People tried to object but in the end, love bind them forever, even until death.
Love surpassed time. Time can end, but love cannot. It is like a string, bend them, cut them you can always tie them back up together. No matter how you do it, it would always bind itself together for it wouldn't be called a string if it were meant to be cut.
"Just like a red string..."
A gushed of soft wind suddenly caressed the pale face of the woman and she was taken aback. Then her eyes landed on a photo on the center of the board. It was Allen and Marcus' anniversary and they left a picture of them blowing a cake together. Below the picture was a pink sticky note that had the words;
"Hapy anniversary! More years and counting babe. :)"
In time of their anniversary, they would always celebrate it on their coffee shop and that had the couple realize that it was their last anniversary before they died. It was saddening, but was the truth.
The woman neared the wall and reach out her hand to touch the board and cried a silent sob.
"I hope you'll find each other again and I wish this shop of ours would be the first one to witness your first encounter."
She smiled and looked at her husband. She went to him and gave him a hug and smiled to each other. Then after a while, they left with a smile.

As time clocked its way, the shop became busier than before. Orders came after one another, after all it is a shop in the heart of the city where mostly people would gradually visits.
"Hello sir, may I have your order?"
The lady cashier looked up and saw a fine young man in front of her. His hair was a straight raven black and has a pale complexion. But what made her attracted to the young lad was his full natural red lips that seemed to be very kissable.
"One frappè and a custard cake please." He smiled and the lady cashier thought it would light up the whole town with just his smile.
She punched his order and yelled through the kitchen after the young man paid for his food and went to find a seat for himself.
When the queieng line seemed to subside, the cashier breath a sigh of relief after that hectic work of taking orders and trying to avoid the customers impatient temper. The sound of the bell on top of the door signaled a new customer and the lady cashier
"Good day sir! May I take your order?"
This time, the lady cashier couldn't take to not blush in front of this new costumer. When it comes to the boy before him, she can still contain it but deep within her mind, she desires for that boy but when it comes to this guy standing in front of her with his gray eyes and silver hair staring on top of her for any good delicacies to order, she couldn't hide her blushed that had crept up to her face. She wanted to pounced on him so badly.
"Umm... I'll take a frappè and a custard cake."
He stated. She quickly snapped out from her daydream and quickly punched his orders and yelled to the kitchen. He paid for his food and went to find a seat after getting his orders.
After roaming his eyes around the room, he couldn't find any single chair that was available. But then, his eyes landed on a boy sitting by the window where the opposite chair of his was empty. He decided to slip in and maybe he can make some acquiantance out of this young lad.
"Excuse me, can I take this seat?"
The young lad who was looking at something in his papers looked up and their eyes met for the first time. And for the first time, their hearts skip a beat right away.
"Umm... sure. Its vacant anyway."
He sat down opposite to him and started eating. While eating, he noticed that the young man was so focused on something in his notebook. And everytime he would furrow his eyebrows, he thought that he looked really cute when he do that and has leave a smiling face on his lips.
On the young man's side, he was looking intently at his drawing. Lately, he's been having these dreams about someone whom his mind knows that he knows him for a long time but he couldn't comprehend who it was. But after seeing the guy sitting from across him, he thought that 'That guy on my dreams and him couldn't be the same. I've never met him before but why does my mind felt like I've known him for long?"
Seeing that he wasn't going anywhere with these fuzzy imagery and a fuck up memory, he dropped his notebook on the table with the silhoutte of a young man drawn in thin lines of his pencil. The drawing of guy has all the outlines including his hair, his face and other contours of his bust but the problem was, the face was blank. The guy from across him saw it and smiled.
"Wow, you've got some talent ey?"
"Not much just a past time when I'm bored."
"Hmm... Your good at it. I like it."
"Well, thank you."
"May I take a look at your other drawings?"
"Yeah sure, go ahead."
The guy pulled the notebook to him and flipped from pages to pages and when he saw what was on the last page, he smiled secretly to himself and looked at the young man from across him drinking his frappè while looking at the scenery outside. He closed the notebook and retirn it to him.
"So what's your name?" The young man looked at him with raised eyebrows before pulling away from the straw.
"Aki, Aki Kojima."
"Hmm... Good name." he smiled.
On Aki's mind, he thought how the hell did he easily blurt out his name in this stranger, but he felt that he can be trusted.
"So, Aki..." the guy from across him trailed. Aki looked up from his notebook to him with a questioning face.
"Huh?"
"Do you believe in destiny? Or even the thing they call Red String?" He asked.
Aki thought about it for a minute and was about to answer when the guy from across him suddenly stood up from his chair.
"Shit!" He cursed. "It was nice having a coffee with you Aki but I have matters to attend so I must take my leave."
The guy reached out his hand in front of Aki for a friendly shake and smiled. Aki smiled too and also reached out for his hand. When their flesh touched together, they felt the spark which made the guy smiled while it left Aki in a confused feeling but in the same time, he had known that touch way back for how many years.
While he was configuring something on his head, Aki didn't realize that the stranger has left and he was dissappointed from it. He could've talked with him nad more and what's worse was that, he didn't even know that guys name.
"How idiot of you Aki!"
He silently scolded himself under his breath and sulk in on his seat. He galred at the brown table in front of him and noticed a white card on his pheripheral vision. He looked at it and pulled it to him. When he saw what was on the card, he can't help but smile in a bliss he knows nothing of but holds a strong meaning.
"Marcus Mamoru."
