'Hayoon, are you done getting ready? We're gonna get late.' Hayoon's elder brother, Johnny called out.

'Yeah, just a minute!' She yelled.

She finally came downstairs with her luggage, as her mom stepped out of the kitchen.

'Yeah, are you leaving now?' Her mom asked.

'Yeah, mom.' Johnny said. 'She needs to get there by three. I'll help her get a room, so we have to make it before three...our classes start tomorrow, and we'll need to rest.'

'Okay.' Her mom said. 'But before that...'

Her mom walked to the kitchen and came back with a box. '...I baked some brownies for you both.'

'Aw...mom, thanks.' Hayoon said.

'Should we go now?' Johnny asked.

'Yeah.' Hayoon said. 'Bye, mom. I'll miss you.'

Hayoon hugged her mom, and then kissed her cheek. 'All the best for your first year in college!'

'Thanks, ma. I love you.' She waved her hand and walked outside to the car, with Johnny putting all the luggage in the trunk.

Hayoon looked out of the window, taking in all of the beauty of the city. She turned towards her brother and blinked.

'What?' He asked, eyes focused on the road.

'Do we get to choose our own roommates?' She asked.

'Nope...the rooms usually are divided into two more rooms...your roommates will be one more girl and two boys.' Johnny explained.

'Who are your roommates?' She asked.

'Uh...Taeyong, Aecha and Chaewon.' He said.

'Ooh, nice...' She said, before looking back out of the window.

'Seo Hayoon...hm...there you go, room number 129.' The lady in the office said to the siblings, and handed Hayoon a key card.

'Oh, that's great.' Johnny said. 'I'm in room number 127.'

Hayoon smiled at her brother and then at the lady. She bowed to her as she and Johnny turned around, with him leading her to her room.

When they finally reached her room, Johnny said, 'Okay, so I'll meet you at dinner...take rest for now.'

Johnny patted her head and Hayoon rolled her eyes. 'You do know how much you sound like dad, right?'

Johnny chuckled, and said, 'Oh, about Dad, mom texted me that he'll be back from his business trip this Saturday...'

'That's good.' Hayoon nodded.

'Hey, Johnny.' A voice called out from behind her.

'Oh, hey Yuta.' Johnny said.

Hayoon looked at Yuta and then at Johnny, as if she was asking Johnny to introduce Yuta to her.

'Oh.' Johnny said in realisation. 'This is Yuta...he's in my year and one of my good friends. And Yuta, this is Hayoon...my sister.'

'So this is your sister you keep talking about?' Yuta asked, and then laughed. 'Nice to meet you.'

'Hi...nice to meet you too.' Hayoon smiled.

'Is this your room?' Yuta asked.

'Yeah...what about you?' Hayoon asked.

'I'm in room number 223.' Yuta said. 'It's on the second floor.'

'Oh.' She said. 'So...I'll get going now...see you guys at dinner?'

'Yep.' Johnny said.

'Sure.' Yuta said, before waving her a bye and walking away with Johnny.
