So, TPP stands for Tertiary Preparation Pathway, and it's not exactly and 'equivalent' of doing year 12, but it is a pathway to get into University if you either didn't graduate (at least passed grade 10) OR if you finished grade 12 and didn't get the grade you wanted/needed to get into the University course you wanted.

The past three times I tried this course, I attempted all four subjects which was NOT ideal for me personally. It was too much of a workload and I also had too much going on in my personal life. I'm retrying it now at 26 because I'm a little older and a little more knowledgeable.

I'm only doing two courses this time around, because it's an easier workload for me and given that I am older now and have more on my plate than I did, it was definitely the right choice for me.

I only have two classes, one on Monday and one on Tuesday. Tomorrow is the beginning of the second week of study, and from what I remember, week 4-week 5 is when things get very intense with assessments. I'll be doing this course for about 13 weeks (technically 14 because we have a break week after week 9 of study) so I will be very busy with studying in between classes.

With that being said, I'm going to be extremely inactive. I'm close-ish to being done with the final chapter of MLS 2 but I haven't had much time nor motivation to get it done. I'm putting most of my focus on staying ahead of my studies and knowledge for assessments because I don't want to fail this again, and because I know I fell behind the last three times because I wasn't on top of my studies.

At least I know my weaknesses now. Plus, because I'm only doing two assessments, I don't really need to give up my irl social life entirely; just my online one 😂

You might not see much of me over these next three or so months because of study, amongst other things, so I shall update when I feel up to it 😊
