Okay so you guys all know the JCPenny Dream Propsel contest? Well I just checked the rules and it's a high school student only contest. Okay okay let me explain my problem here. I'm almost in High School I've been to like five dances and well I go to an insane school which is pretty crazy and insane. But why make it a high school only contest I don't get it.
