Previously, on ALIVE...
Shaking your head, you mutter under your breath, "No, no. Its the effects of the headache."
You rubbed at your eyes with your palms roughly, desperately trying to rub off the deathly colour of your eyes.
When you did open them again, you were able to sigh in releif. (E/C) eyes stared back at you, half lidded in exhaustion.
"It wasn't real." You sigh, your hands gripping the sink as your head lays on the mirror.
If only you were looking back at yourself, you would be able to see your reflection smirking down at you, bright red eyes glowing.

NOW
"So, have you guys finished eating breakfast?" You raise an eyebrow at both of your younger siblings as you casually walk out of the bathroom.
You tried to push what had just happened to the back of your mind, but just remembering the bright color of your own eyes staring back at you sent chills down your spine.
"Almost." Bailey mutters out through a mouth full of food, syrup dripping down the corners of his mouth.
You scrunch up your nose at that fact before opening up the fridge, the cool air instantly soothing the headache you had. The medicine probably helped too.
"Ew, gross. Close your mouth, dude." You hear Blake mutter to your other brother, disgust clear in his voice.
You chuckle softly and grab a cold water bottle from one of the shelves and shut the fridge behind you. You turn around to glance at both of the siblings, idly opening the bottle cap.
"I thought you two would have stayed at your friends place longer, you know." You state, lifting the bottle up to your lips as you leaned your back against the cold metal of the fridge.
"Yeah," Bailey starts after wiping his mouth with a napkin he grabbed from the middle of the table, "We were going to stay a few more days but Charlie had an accident."
You titled your head at this news, swallowing the water in your mouth. "Oh? What happened? Is he okay?"
Blake shook his head and picked up his plate, having finished his food a few minutes ago. "I don't think so." He mutters, walking to the sink and dumping the plate into it. "We were playing tag and he ran into a wall and we think he lost a few teeth..."
You winced to yourself, "Yeesh, poor kid." You push yourself off the fridge and turn to open it and put the bottle of water away.
"There was so much blood though! It was so cool, you should have seen it, (Y/N)!" Bailey jumps up from his seat at the table, a large grin on his face.
While shutting the fridge you look over your shoulder to give the brunette a weird look. "Kid, you're seriously messed up in the head."
Is he though?
You felt your body jump at the sudden voice, your eyes widening in shock. You looked around yourself, your heart in your throat. Where did that voice...
"Yeah, that's disgusting!" Blake shoots Bailey a narrowed eyed glance, walking away from both you and the other boy. "I'm going to our room. I'm super pooped!" He calls out over his shoulder along with a 'peace out' sign.
You shake your head of your thought, "Uh yeah, okay!" You call out to him, letting him know you heard him.
You then turned your attention to Bailey who had gone from standing on the other side of the table to staring at you from the sink with a grin.
You furrow your eyebrows, a frown now on your lips. "What? You weirdo..."
Bailey just laughs and shakes his head, "Nothing. Just messin' with ya." He giggles to himself and washes up not only his plate but Blake's as well, putting both plates on the rack to dry.
"Right..." You mumble to yourself, running a stressed hand though your (H/C) hair. "Uhm, by the way, I have a headache so I'm probably going to sleep for a few hours. If you need me just knock on my door, alright?"
Bailey only hums in agreement, which you roll your eyes at. "Don't get into any trouble." You point out before pushing yourself off the fridge, heading towards your room with clouded thoughts.
Were you mentally okay? You swore you heard someone only moments ago, it was almost as clear as day. It was definitely a female too if you played back the voice in your head.
Were you slowly going insane? First it was finding out that some magically made LEGO pieces were alive and healthy, the next was them telling you that some giant snake that consumed random crap and grew with what it ate was coming to your town.
Not only that but you were somehow involved in all of this? Born with powers you had no idea about until suddenly your dead grandma presented them to you?
If you thought about this rationally, you sure as hell did sound like some lunatic that needed psychological help, and fast.
Pushing the door to your room open, your eyes caught sight of your little friends, who might you add, might or might not be some hallucination.
All of the Ninjas were sitting stiffly on your bed, most likely thinking that one of your brothers were barging into your room to steal them back to play with them.
"It's only me." You quietly speak, shutting the door behind you and locking it. You really didn't need your brothers to tease you about this if they actually did come storming in.
"Greetings again, (Y/N)." Zane was the first to speak, a small smile on his face.
"How'd it go with your brothers?" Kai questions, shifting onto his feet with the others.
You sigh and drag your feet over to them, feeling the pressure and stress start to drag you down now. This was going to be harder than you first thought.
"All is fine. They think I'm in some child phase or whatever." You scoff to yourself, gently placing your rear end on the bed, being careful of your weight.
"It is better this way." Sensei Garmadon captures your attention, "If your family were to find out about this, there is no telling what would happen."
"Yeah." Cole pipes up with a somber chuckle of sorts, "They'd probably think we were made by the Government to spy on you guys and take us away to be destroyed."
You and the others physically gulped. That sounded scary, even to you.
"Miss (L/N)?" Sensei Wu asks softly, walking over to your leg with his staff in grip, eyes scanning over your face. "Are you feeling alright?"
"Hmm?" You crane your neck to look down at him, sweat slowly gathering on your forehead.
"I am only asking because you look a fair bit pale." He continues, gaining the quick attention of the other boys in the room.
How were you supposed to answer that? Tell the truth and admit you had some freakish nightmare about the exact same snake that you were destined to fight and that it bit you and you were slowly losing your mind or tell a small lie and say you felt sick.
Chuckling sheepishly, you rub the sweat on your forehead away with your sleeve. "I do?" You strained a small smile, "I must be getting sick or something."
"Your temperature is higher than normal." Zane must've scanned you or something, without your permission might you add...
"Maybe you should take a rest, (N/N)." Lloyd pats the pillow he sat on for effect, "It is our day off anyway, so there's no harm."
"I guess you're right. A nap won't be bad." At the mention of sleep your mouth emitted a small yawn.
Jay chuckle and jumps off your pillow to the bed side table, "Go ahead and rest up! We'll be able to put in some training while we've got time."
"Oh yeah! I might even be able to prepare for our battle!" Lloyd exclaims, almost falling off the pillow at how much he jumped with excitment.
You giggled sleepily, laying your head down on the pillow once everyone had made room for you. "Sound good... to me..." You mutter out, eyes slowly fluttering shut.
It wasn't a moment later that you had already passed out, your breathing steady.
This got everyone moving silently. The young Ninja jumping off the bed with their sceptical Sensei's behind them.
While the Ninja all went inside their small dojo to most likely attain their gear and weapons, both Sensei's glanced from each other to their human.
"She hasn't been acting like herself recently, has she?" Wu mutters to his brother, his eyes trained on the sleeping female, worry in his eyes.
"No, I must agree with you. I think she is hiding something from us." Garmadon sighs, a permanent frown on his lips.
Silently, both brothers had agreed there and then that they would be keeping a closer eye on the girl, for the safety of not only herself, but for the team as well.

"(Y/N)?.... (Y/N)!" Loud knocking interrupted your slumber, your eyes squinting tightly.
"What?" Your groggy voice groans out, fingers gripping the pillow next to you so you could effectively cover your face with it, mostly your ears.
"You've been sleeping for hours! It's eight at night you know!" Bailey's loud voice travelled into your ears and once his words actually registered, you flung yourself up into a sitting position, eyes wide.
"What?!" You screech, body fumbling around on the bed as you reached for your phone on the table beside your bed.
You checked the time and it was in fact that late. "Shit - Sorry! I'll be out in a second!"
Bailey just grumbles something about dinner, his footsteps getting quieter the further away he got before he was finally out of ear shot.
You kicked your feet out from underneath you covers to shoot a quick look at the small house in the corner of your room, ready to barge over there and practically shake the small thing crazily and demand why they let you sleep in all day. Why're you suddenly so aggressive? Is it that time of month...
Distracting your thoughts was a small piece of paper that had suddenly fallen from your forehead and floated elegantly to the carpeted floor.
With pursed lips you bent down to pick the sticky note up, flipping it over so you could read the terribly written writing. Probably because they don't have pens in their size...
"Dear (Y/N),
We noticed that you weren't going to be awakening any time soon so we decided to let you sleep in for as long as you pleased, after all, you deserve it after training for so long and so tirelessly. We hope you had a very pleasant sleep and we will be seeing you tomorrow.
Lloyd is very much looking forward to trainjng with you. He had trained so hard today, everyone was surprised he hadn't woken you up with his yelling.
See you tomorrow, Wu."
Biting your bottom lip you threw the sticky note over your shoulder, your shoulders slumping.
They were all so nice and caring and you practically lied to their faces. Was it really the right thing?
And Lloyd. He must be really determined to fight you tomorrow. Looks like he won't be sparing you or giving you mercy anytime soon.
You rubbed your face a few times with your hands and stood up from your sitting position on the bed, a small but excited smile now on your face.
You needed to be positive. You could do this. Who knew when Slist would show up with his weird pet snake, it could be any day now and you needed to be prepared.
You clenched your fists at your side, your own determination flaring up in your heart.
"(Y/N)! WE'RE ABOUT TO HAVE CEREAL FOR DINNER IF YOU DON'T COME HELP US MAKE A PROPER DINNER!" Bailey yells out from the kitchen you presumed.
You laughed to yourself, shaking your head. Well, looks like you had to push everything aside for now. Besides,
Tomorrow is a new day. Perhaps you could show everyone what you're really made of.
