"Watch out, king coming through!"
I clap my hands at Jooheon's dramatic entrance. The nurse spins around his wheel chair as he holds out his hands, face completely serious. At first I don't understand why such a scene until my eyes fall on the bright red flop on the top of his head.
"Leave me peasant." He turns to the nurse. "Sorry Marissa, you know character stuff."
The woman forces a smile until Jooheon looks away, she simply rolls her eyes and strolls right out. My friend points to his head, the hair on it to be more specific. Excited by it, he gives me different angles. I stand which now is not hard at all anymore. Walking is slightly more difficult but doable. I'm slow but eventually I get to him, I dig my hands in the craziness of red.
"It nice right?" He turns his head to look at me. I chuckle, he was right.
"It is, suits you better hooligan. How come they let you dye it?"
Jooheon pulls on a strand. "Jin, he's a sucker for sad stories so I made Minhyuk tell him one. He even cried, great actor he is. I'm telling you, Jinnie gave right in and he let Mini dye it."
Minhyuk is a friend of Jooheon's, apparently he and I were also quite friendly except I can't say for sure. He's been in none of my memories but I took his word for it. He too sometimes comes to see me since half the time Jooheon is in my room hanging out and eating the cookies that belonged to my brother.
"I see a red light!"
We stop conversing and turn to the door. In comes Hoseok with the brightest smile I've seen on him yet. He smacks the back of Jooheon head and calls him a traffic light. Offend by the cruel joke, he rolls away in the wheel chair. I bid him farewell and turn to Hoseok.
"Guess whose got excellent news!?"
I lean back against the railing at the end of the bed. "Me?"
"No silly." He points to himself. "Me for you! Guess who I finally got to talk to today about letting you go home!?"
"Hyuna?"
Now much more interested I lean forward, silently praying that I don't unbalance myself. He nods his head, closer he gets. The smile on his face became so wide I can't help but smile.
"I'm going home?"
"No, we're going home."

"Holly! Guess whose he-"
Hoseok is unable to finish his sentence, the sounds of loud barking cut him off. Down the long stairs of the apartment comes running down a ball of brown fur. As it catches sight of the wheel chair, he stops but not for long. He runs down even quicker before running right into my lap. He whimpers uncontrollably just as his body swayed in excitement.
"Hi Holly." I whisper. Overwhelming feelings hit me as I stare at my pup, no longer was he the little dog I had last seen him. His brown fur shined in the light and his tiny tail wagged of happiness.
"Alright, off boy." Hoseok commands the pup but I assure him it's fine. He takes me about a tour around the large house. It is mainly white, the walls but the furniture was filled of color, all sorts too. Clearly it was Hoseok who had picked out the decor, I only the walls and maybe a few things.
"See when we moved in together," He held his hand out for me to take, "you told me to pick whatever I wanted. Even the most ridiculous things you let me have."
I looked about the walls to find paintings, on smaller frames laid pictures. Mostly of him, some with me in them and others of what appeared to be either friends or family. I finally take his hand and I stand from the chair, he pushes it aside. While he puts it somewhere I look at the picture right in the middle of the living room wall.
"That's from Christmas, it was just the two of us that year."
The image was the exact same one on my computer screen.
"Took that one some time before you fell asleep and..."
"And what?" I turned to face him. An expression of uncertainty played at his face but he assured me it was nothing I needed to concern myself with. I put it aside for now, I let myself walk to his side. We look out at the scenery of in the photo. The city in all it's glory was below us, looking so wonderful under the shining sun. I look around the part of the house, I was reminded of the picture once more. For a second I feel myself in the moments of the picture.
The shining lights of the tree finally lit up the dark room, Holly barks at it in excitement.
"I told you they were worth every penny." Hoseok smiles as he joins my side. I hadn't agreed at the store but it didn't matter anymore, he was right. The lights were quite eye catching but it wasn't that what had me so happy. I put an arm around Hoseok and he rest his head on my shoulder.
"Do they cheer you up?"
He nodded his head, "Yeah, they do but I don't need them. I have you."
"Yoohoo! Yoongs!"
I snap back into reality. Hoseok is right besides me, in the exact spot of my memory. He chuckles. "What are you having visions or something?"
I was having something similar but I didn't tell him that. We decided to keep going about the house. We climbed the spiraling stairs to the second floor where he tells me our rooms alongside with a guest bedroom and a lounge rested. We headed to the first bedroom, the master bedroom. The room was quite bright, in the sense of the color white only. The rest was decorated with black, like the blanket that laid on the bed. Paintings of simple object hung loosely on the wall, serving a single purpose. I was sure this was my room, no doubt was there.
"So this was originally your room," He stares out to the balcony. "I kinda invaded at one point. Started having really bad nightmares so you suggested it was best I come sleep with you, and it was."
"Are the nightmares still there?"
He shakes his head. "I started taking sleeping pills. They keep me asleep most of the-"
Ringing interrupt him, he excuse himself as he digs through his pockets for the cause of it. Hoseok slides his hand on the screen, he confirms to the other side that he is who they wish to speak with. He's blank for a second then his features are pulled back as if he were surprised by whatever he is being said to.
"Everything alright?"
He says nothing, just gives a simple respond into the microphone. When he's done he puts away the device, his face is pale. All color seem to have drain so quick I am slightly concerned.
"Another person woke up."
