Memories

I'm kind of proud of this poem, but I don't know what to call it. I mean, memories does not work as a name because, one, it doesn't fit, and, two, every time I see the word, I sing DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO. Oof. Comment any name ideas!

I'll just wait

Wait for years

As arrives the hate

And arrives the tears

I'll stay patient

For them to fall

As I lament

As I recall

Murmuring summer

Rain it is

As raindrops shatter

Blowing a kiss

Echoes found

Downtrodden halls

Smooth-tiled ground

And eternal calls

The laughter will

Forever remain

But never fulfill

The place of pain

I miss you

And your hushed true tone

I loved you

So leave me alone

And now at last

I fear the wait

To come is the past

At least to fate

All I remember

Is trail to the stars

Burn the frost-coated embers

Hide the loving scars

The same love the broke

My stone swept heart

To senseless glass hope

Till death do us part

A yearning summer

Rain it is

And, waiting, I'll remember

The price of bliss.

So that sucked but it's way better than the previous ones because I actually worked on this one. Oop. Welp, VOTE FOR MEEE! as your future leader, and henceforth dictator ;)
