Aditi saw that horrific moment as well. She saw those two jets explode right off the coast of the island. She was determined to help these remaining aliens get back safely just because they had crash-landed here and didn't mean any harm to the humans.

But now, watching those two jets explode in the air, she was not sure. She was not sure of anything that had happened on the island so far. When she gave it a second thought now, she was sure that it was all just an illusion.

The aliens had played a trick with her. They had staged that capturing, and that story of someone else being on the island. They were just buying time for themselves, waiting for this second ship to arrive.

She thought of herself as a complete fool now for believing everything they told, and for wanting to help them. No! The side of the humans is the right side to take.

She set a goal for herself. She had to take the shield down.

But how was she going to get past the aliens whom she couldn't see?

She was about to enter the ship and try something when she saw some movement in the jungle just outside the shield. She walked to the shield and looked at that spot.

It was Rahul, and he was definitely not alone. He had brought the army with him. She was so happy to see him out there; of knowing that he was not hurt at all and most importantly, he had come back for her.

Rahul introduced her to Major Sharma. She told him about her plan to take down the shield. Major acknowledged it and told her that the army will be ready when that shield comes down.

This gave her more purpose now. Before going for the ship again, she took a final look at the sky. A fresh battle had raged there. The alien ship was still in the air, and there also were a couple of jets tailing it. It was also defending blows from the ground units of the army. But it didn't look like it was having any trouble.

Gearing up her courage, she went near the ship and searched for the door. She found it easily and got on the ship as well. Something was definitely wrong here.

Why didn't any of the aliens stop her yet? Where have these aliens gone? she thought to herself.

uhh...forget it. Focus on the task at hand at the moment.

With this, she explored the ship more and found the control room of the ship. There on the panel, many lights were blinking. She searched in that rubble of lights and finally came across a button which resembled a shield. She pressed it.

She rushed out of the ship and watched in glee as that shield came down. She rushed to Rahul and hugged him tightly. She was just so happy to see him again.

Major Sharma conveyed this message to his chief. He received the confirmation over his radio. He informed everyone that they had a couple of minutes to get away from the ship.

Hearing this, all of them ran at full pace towards the shore. Thay barely made it before they heard the explosion rock the island. Aditi watched back and saw the alien ship blow up.

But it wasn't the time to celebrate yet. The battle still raged in the air.

The aliens did have an element of surprise when they came in, but now, they looked to be cornered. It looked as if they were trying to find a way to escape now. They didn't have any motive to stay as well. Their brothers for whom they had come to Earth were blown to bits.

The humans were in no mood to allow them a safe passage. They kept hitting the alien ship again and again, but their shield was holding on. Finally, after repetitive blows, a chink opened up in the armor; and a jet which was tailing it was able to land a blow on it. The ship exploded in no time.

Aditi, Rahul, Meera and all of the army personnel watched this happen and everyone jumped up in joy.

Everyone had begun celebrating when they heard another explosion. All were confused as to what happened again when they saw it. The volcano! It couldn't bear the repetitive tremors and at last gave up.

There was again chaos on the island as all the men tried to get aboard the ships and get off the island.

Luckily, no lives were lost to the volcano.

On the trip back to the mainland, Rahul finally set down to have a long talk with Meera; while Aditi was just relieved to stay alive in such adverse conditions.

One question was still eating up his mind though.

"Were the remaining three aliens still alive?"
