At Shiroi Suna Beach ( ホワイトサンドビーチ) outside of Musutafu Japan where UA Is set up at, There is Battle going on Between the Hero "Blizzard" (Otherwise known as Rei Todoroki) and the Villian "Black Manta" as they duked it out in the midde of the Beach's White sands as Crowd gather to watch!

Blizzard (AKA Rei Todoroki)

Black Manta (Aquaman's Arch Nemisis, Mercanary, Jackass)

Black Manta was Firing his Death beams from his Helmet at Rei as she kept blocking them with Walls of Ice spawned from her hands trying to Protect herself from the Beams only feeling the Intense Heat of those Beams!

Manta: "You know you should really give up! Your getting old! and You certainly ain't no Aquaman, Superman, Allmight, Or even Endeavor!"

Something then Clicked in Rei's head and she started getting steamed as she brought down her wall and started screaming at him!

Rei: "Don't you dare speak of his name!!!"

Manta: "Who? Endeavor? Oh Did I touch a bad side Ice Queen!"

Rei: "Fuck Your death beams!!! Fuck Endeavor!!! AND FUCK YOU!!! Blizzard's Death!!!"

She then did this to Him and it was Brutal if anything!

When she was Finished Black Manta Was Cold, Bloody, And Beatena and the Entire Beach was Covered in a thick coat of Ice like a Blizzard just hit the Area! As Authorities came to take The Mercanary away Trying to calm down Rei instead of beating him even further just walks away onto the streets nearby with every step creating freezer burn on the Pavement!

She then Got a Call from Mitsuki and needing to calm down Picked up the phone and Answered!

Rei: "What!?"

Mitsuki: "Woah Rei! Calm down! What Happened!?"

Rei: *Sigh* "I was fighting a Villian and I think you know what happened..."

Mitsuki: "Oh Right... Well You know Jackson right"

Rei: "Yeah the Jackson 10...World-known Hero... So what?"

Mitsuki: "Well We planned to spend some time later today but something came up and I thought I can send him your way! Maybe he can Help you around the house or You can dispense some Problemtic Mumbo Jumbo on him or something Like that!"

Rei: *Deep Breath* "Yeah... That would be Great..."

As she Talked her Freezer burn footprints disspeared as she was ready to take a Bus to her Home since she didn't have a Car.

Mitsuki: "Just keep your cool! And Try not to drink yourself to submission again Alright?"

Rei: "It's the only thing that calms me..."

Mitsuki: "Look Rei Inko lost her husband, I got divorced, If you need us we're here for you... Remember that."

Rei: "Yeah Thanks..."

She the hanged up her Phon and Took the next bus to the street where her house is and is probably going to buy a Bottle of Vodka before doing so! That is going to change soon!
