The scene starts with Y/N, Ben, and Kyoka were seen heading packing up with Mina and Kirishima with them. 

Kirishima: Dude, that was so manly! Four Arms is so awesome, but Diamondhead is my favourite! 

Mina: I love that Ball Weevil alien you turned into. It made you so cute! 

Y/N: Ball Weevil, huh? I like that name. 

Ben: How come you keep getting new aliens fast while mine is slow? 

Y/N: Oh don't be a baby. I helped you get some new aliens including Feedback's species, right? 

Ben: I guess. 

???: Y/N!

They turned around to see Hitomi approaching them.

Y/N: Oh, hey Hitomi. What brings you here?

Hitomi: Well, I wanted to say thank you for helping me in the exam. And, for cheering me up. 

Y/N: No problem. Exam or not, I couldn't leave anyone behind like that.  

Hitomi: (smile) Yeah. 

Iida: You should be proud, those skills were really impressive.

Y/N turns around surprised to see Iida and Izuku walking up to the group.

Y/N: Thanks Iida. Hey Izuku. How's the broken finger doing?

Izuku: O‐Oh. It's doin' fine, thanks to Recovery Girl.

Iida: I was a bit concerned by Mr. Aizawa's approach to class. But I trust the school's judgment. UA is the top program. Even so, lying is downright immoral.

Izuku: I thought he was scary, but that's not it. He's just really serious about school.

Y/N: He's just making sure we don't get killed.

Hitomi: I hope you're right.

Ochaco: (from a far) Hey! Wait up, you guys!

They turn around and see the brown haired girl running up to them.

Ochaco: Are you going to the station? I'll join you guys.

Iida: Oh, you're the infinity girl.

Ochaco: I'm Ochaco Uraraka.

Y/N: Hi, Ochaco.

Ochaco: Hi, Y/N. (sees the group) Let's see, you're Tenya Iida. Kyoka Jiro. Ben Tennyson. Mina Ashido. Eijiro Kirishima. Hitomi Kanetsukabe. And your name is... Deku, right? Midoriya?

Izuku: Deku?

Ochaco: Uh, yeah, isn't that what Bakugo called you? During the fitness test he said—

Katsuki: DEKU, YOU BASTARD!!!

Ochaco: Right? 

Izuku: (blushes in nervous) Uh, well. My name's actually Izuku. Deku's what Kacchan calls me to make fun of me.

Hitomi: So, it's an insult? 

Hearing this makes Y/N remember all the times he's been called names and teased by bullies. For some reason, he felt an understanding with Izuku.

Iida: That's unsportsmanlike.

Ben: Yeah, that sounds wrong.

Ochaco: Oh, I didn't realize that. I'm sorry. But, you know what? I like "Deku." It could make a great hero name! Plus, I think it sounds kinda cute.

Izuku: (blush) DEKU IT IS!!!

Y/N: What? Seriously? 

Ben: Huh?! Just like that?

Iida: Indeed. Weren't you saying that it was an insult?

Kyoka: Why are you blushing?

Izuku: (turns away with his hands covering his face) Paradigm shift! My whole world is upside down!

Ochaco: Wait, what?

Y/N: (sighs) 

Kirishima: Hey Y/N, can you and Ben tell us about some of your adventures before you decided to join U.A.? 

Mina: Oh yeah! I wanna hear some too! 

Iida: I am interested as well. 

Ochaco: Me too! 

Izuku: Same with me. 

Y/N: What do you think Ben? 

Ben: Why not? It's like we get to tell anyone about our adventures together. 

Kyoka: Go for it Y/N. I wanna hear some parts that I've missed out on too. 

Y/N: Alright then. I guess I can tell you about this one time when Grandpa set up a training ground back at America. 

(flashback) 

On  Vilgax's ship, the Chimeran Hammer, continues to orbit the Earth. Inside the ship, on a levitating platform, three spotlights shine on three bounty hunters. 

The first is thin with purple and black armor; the second resembles a robotic half-human/half-crustacean; the third wears bulky gray armor and has a pillbug-like shell covering their face.

Vilgax: Begin the audition.

The first immediately fires up a jetpack and lands in a circle of basic flying drones. He pulls a small blaster from a compartment on his joint and shoots a few down. A few fire back; he rolls out of the way and fires small rockets from his wrist in retaliation. He pulls a grenade out of another compartment for another cluster of drones.

The second bounty hunter jumps down to join, pounding one on his way down, grabbing another with a massive claw and using them as a projectile against another. Two more of the drones rush him; he catches one with his claw and pulls out a sword to split the other in two. A platform opens up on the ceiling, and a gigantic attack droid falls to the floor, ready to fire at the two.

Now the turn of the third hunter, who deploys a hoverboard and rides it right into the droid's laser blast. When the smoke clears, he is completely unharmed.

Without a moment to lose, he flies into the droid's chest and punches right through it. He folds his hoverboard back up as flaming robot pieces fall to the ground. A video screen of Vilgax in his recovery tank appears inside the room.

Vilgax: Impressive. You are all hired. Your objective - is to retrieve the Omnitrix.

He shows them a picture of the watch.

Vilgax: The one who succeeds collects the reward. Do not disappoint me.

Three pods ejected from Vilgax's ship and fall to Earth.

Back on Earth, we see the gang on a dessert with Max finished building the contraption for Ben and Y/N's training. It has small cans, tires and planks for target practice. Ben as Diamondhead was getting ready.

Max: You ready? 

Diamondhead: Oh yeah. 

Max: Remember to think out there Ben. Just don't try to muscle it. Might isn't always right.

Diamondhead: I know. But it's always fun.

Max then starts to pull levers as Ben did his work to try and dodge and shoot at the targets. He does it with ease as he skillfully hits the targets while evading something that is coming his way. Y/N and Gwen watched at the sidelines with Gwen applying some sunscreen on her skin.

Gwen: Show off...

Y/N: That's his downfall.

Max: Focus. Ben. Think!

Diamondhead: Don't worry Grandpa.

Some cans come flying at him. He bobs out of the way and shoots them behind his back, but doesn't notice a tire swinging at him. It beans Diamondhead in the face, knocking him back and causing him to shoot crystals everywhere. 

Max takes cover. Gwen screams and hides as the crystals hit her chair and sunscreen bottle. Y/N jumped out of the way and also took cover. As Gwen starts crawling out from under a table, the leaking sunscreen lands on her head.

Gwen: Urgh!

Diamondhead: Oops, my bad. 

Y/N: You should really focus on your surroundings Ben. To avoid causing more damage when you start going hero.

Ben then times out as he walks towards them.

Max: We'll talk inside the Rust Bucket. Y/N, be ready.

Y/N nodded as he primes up his Omnitrix and picked his alien. He turned into Overflow and got ready.

Overflow: Watch and learn bro. 

Max pulled on a lever as targets suddenly appeared but Y/N used his water blasts  and blasted them with precision. 

He dodged everything that was thrown at him and hit every target. He then scanned the area and saw more targets and things thrown at him. He spins around and starts unleashing water bullets, destroying every target.

Overflow: And that's how you do it. 

President Mic: Alien name: Overflow! This robotic alien-like tank can shoot pressurized water blasts from the tanks on his forearms and his palms. He can use these to propel himself by spraying water downwards, create weapons out of his water, such as blades and whips, and even make water vortex while underwater!

Ben then noticed an incoming tire towards Y/N as he just smirked but what surprised him was Y/N firing a water blast hitting the tire without even looking.

Overflow: I already knew that was going to happen.

Meanwhile, the hoverboard hunter monitors a tracker that has led him to the training grounds. 

Hoverboard: This is where the Omnitrix was last activated.

The two other hunters, Six-Six and Kraab, watch him from a cliff. Six-Six speaks to Kraab in an alien language unintelligable to us, then flies over to the structure with his jetpack.

Kraab: You can say that again. A rock pile like this is better off space dust!

Hoverboard continues tracking inside the structure, until his tracker points to a can impaled with Diamondhead crystal. Just as he reaches for it, Six-Six snatches it with an extendible grabbing appendage. 

He tries inspecting it first, but Hoverboard grabs the appendage and tugs it clean off. The angered Six-Six extends six more armed appendages; Hoverboard puts his hand on his gun.

Six-Six: (alien language)!

Kraab: Whoah! Big talk from a 'gearhead'!

Hoverboard walks over getting up in Six-Six's face.

Hoverboard: Get in my way again, and I'll teach you how to say "dismantled".

Six-Six backs down, sheathing his appendages, fold out wrist rockets, and an extra arm.

Six-Six: (alien language; cursing)

He flies away. Hoverboard lets go of his gun and walks away. Kraab leaps up off and spins his four legs very fast, acting like a drill and burrowing into the ground below. 

Hoverboard's foot trips a cord and targets rise from the ground. He spins around and shoots the training ground with his gun, destroying it as he rides away.

The group are now back in the road after the little training session as Max was talking to Ben on how he should focus more in his surrounding than just to fight head on. Gwen was still annoyed of Ben's recklessness.

Gwen: You rock-head, you almost turned me into swiss cheese.

Ben: I said I was sorry. What else do you want?

Max: What we want is for you to take that thing on your wrist more seriously. Ben, It's not a toy. You got to think when you use it. Just follow how Y/N does, he always thinks first on who to choose before going hero.

Ben: I know but come on! You guys have seen me in action. I'm the baddest Ben in town. I've kicked up much alien butt my feet hurts.

Y/N: I'm always there to save your butt you know.

Gwen: Y/N's right. I hope one of this days, you're gonna screw around and get your own butt kicked and I'll be there to see it.

Y/N: I mean you already have when we spar and Ben lost.

Gwen: That's different.

Ben: Dream on geek face!

Suddenly, the Rust Bucket started spluttering and slowing down the road.

Max: That doesn't sound good.

Max managed to park the Rust Bucket in a ghost town as he got out to check what's wrong.

Ben: Huh, looks like nobody's home.

Y/N: Not for a while I guess.

Gwen: My IntelliMap program says this is Slaterville. Incorporated in 1857 after the discovery of silver. Went bust in the late '50s when the mine ran out.

Ben: Why does everything coming out of your mouth sounds like a book report?

Max: Aha! I think I found the problem.

He holds up a dripping tube with a crystal shard running through it. They all then turned to Ben who laughed nervously.

Ben: Uh.....lucky shot?

Y/nN Yeah. Lucky.

Max: I'll be able to patch it up. 

 Ben: Let me help grandpa. Maybe Four Arms or Upgrade or-

Y/N: I think you've done enough Ben. You don't have to go alien to fix this. Let Grandpa take care of it.

Max: Y/N is right Ben.

Ben: Okay. I guess I'll check this place out.

He then walked away as they all see the smile on his face. Max and Y/N then looked at Gwen. 

Max: Maybe you should uhm-

Gwen: Make sure he doesn't blow everything up? I'm on it.

Y/N: I'll stay here and help Grandpa.

Gwen nodded and ran to catch up to Ben as Y/N gave Max his tools.

Max: Thanks for the help Y/N.

Y/N: No problem Grandpa. I used to help Dad fix the truck back home. And I

Max: So you still have that dusty old truck.

Y/N: Yup. Even though he uses mom's car, the truck is there parked in the garage. 

Max: Sorry about them sport.

Y/N: It's alright. I moved on. So Grandpa, can you tell what was dad like when you guys worked together. 

Max: (chuckles) Well he is cunning, brave and smart. Just like you. That's why I see him in you when you go save the day. He was also a goof. We always get caught pranking our teammates and serve two weeks cleaning the bathroom.

Y/N: "That sounds nice.

Max: To be honest Y/N, Ziggy made me your godfather when you were born.

Y/N: Dad told me. I guess I'm lucky to have an awesome grandpa then.

Max: Thanks kiddo.

An explosion then happened as Max and Y/N started running to where it was. They saw Ben and Gwen running towards them.

Y/N: What happened?

Gwen: You know, the usual. Some jumbo-sized crustacean burst out of the ground and attacked Ben. It said it wanted the watch, only it kept calling it the "Omnitrix".

Y/N and Max looked at each and then nodded.

Ben: Just let me go Four Arms so that I can turn him into a seafood special.

Max: No time. Repairs are done. We need to get out of here.

Ben: But grandpa!-

Y/N: No buts Ben! Let's go!

Without arguing, they all went inside the Rust Bucket as Max pulled over and drove away. 

Gwen: No sound of grab guy yet!

Ben: Well he better not show up if he knows what's good for him-

They then heard a tumble on the roof as a circular blade saw is seen cutting through the roof. 

Y/N: I think we got a Hitchhiker.

Six-Six was on the roof as he suddenly teared through the ceiling and looked inside the Rust Bucket.

Gwen: Who's that?!

Ben: Beats me!

Y/N: I'll handle him!

Y/N slammed the core of his Omnitrix as he turned into...

Buzzshock: Buzzshock? (shrugs) Well, it's beat than nothing. 

He flew up and tackled Six-Six off the roof as Buzzshock started punching SixSix in the face before he was knocked off by Six-Six firing his laser beams at him.

Buzzshock: Okay, two can play at that game. 

Buzzshock starts flying while dodging the laser beams. He then unleashes a green electric blast from his hands, zapping him down the road crashing to the ground. Max also hit the gas as he ran over Six-Six but regretted it as the tires got deflated as it was covered in spikes.

Buzzshock flew down and held SixSix from the back as he turned to the others.

Buzzshock: You guys go! I'll hold him off!

Max nodded and saw a cave mine.

Max: In there!

The trio run in as Buzzshock holds off Six-Six. Tremors then interrupt them as Kraab erupts from the ground, knocking back Buzzshock and Kraab landing on Six-Six.

Kraab: Remember me?!

Inside the mine, the Tennysons steer around the corner and stopped to catch their breathes. He then looked back and saw no one following them.

Ben: We need to get back. Y/N needs our help!

Gwen: He can take care of himself dweeb.

Kraab then burst out of the ground and landed in front of them.

Kraab: Give me the Omnitrix!

Max grabbed a nearby piece of metal and threw it at Kraab who crushes it with his claw as it gave them time to run away. Ben the started to fiddle with his watch trying to transform.

Ben: Come on! Do something! Anything!

They avoided Kraab bashing through a wall as they got it of the mine, but stopped when they saw a chasm trapping them on one side.

Gwen: Now what?!

Max: We take a ride!

Max said as he pointed towards a cable car. Ben and Gwen jumps in as Max activated it. Kraab was about to get to them, but Max successfully activated it and jumped towards the cart as it goes across the chasm.

Kraab: What a pathetic excuse for prey.

He was about to cut the cable, but Buzzshock went in front of him and delivered a punch across the face, sending him back.

Buzzshock: You shouldn't keep your eyes off your opponent, crab-bot! 

Buzzshock was then blasted on the back as he crashed towards the ground. He saw Six-Six gaining on the Tennysons.

Gwen: We got company closing in.

Max: We need a plan.

Ben then looks down on his watch as it glowed green.

Ben: Yes! Who needs a plan! When you have the watch! I'll take care of this!

Max: Ben no! That's just what it wants.

Ben transforms into Diamondhead as he jumped on to Six-Six and started grappling him as they plummet down the chasm.

Max: Ben!

The two fly by as they hit the wall and crashed to the ground.

Max: Ben, come on!

Diamondhead: I'll catch up. First, I've got to put some dents into this soda machine.

Diamondhead prepares to attack, but Kraab grabbed him using his claw and threw him towards a wall. He is unable to defend against both of their attacks, and Kraab throws him to the wall and on the ground again. Six-Six starts walking to him, but Kraab holds him back.

Kraab: Back off! That reward's mine.

Six-Six: (alien language)

Kraab: Well, you don't have to get personal!

Buzzshock swoop down and tackled Six-Six as the two fought in the air. 

Buzzshock avoids Six-Six's blasters while unleashing an electrical green blast at him. Six-Six then grabbed a grenade and threw it at Buzzshock, but he grabbed and threw it back at Six-Six as it exploded.

Buzzshock: (sighs in relief) That was close. 

Y/N was then grabbed by the back of his neck by another bounty hunter as he threw a sleeping gas towards Kraab who was beating Diamondhead. 

He then grabbed Diamondhead by the back spike as they went through the tunnel and back to Slaterville. He threw the two to the ground as Buzzshock slowly got up.

Buzzshock: Ow! What was that for?!

Hoverboard: Billions of beings on this planet, and the Omnitrix winds up on the wrist of a foolhardy youth. At least the other one is being used properly.

Diamondhead: Just like I told your buddies. It doesn't come off. I tried. Y/N and I went through every hospital, scientists lab, and pro hero agency, and that didn't work.

Hoverboard: Of COURSE it doesn't. It's power utilizes alien DNA, which binds to the host's own genetic structure. It cannot simply be removed- like taking off a hat.

As Hoverboard has his back turned, Diamondhead transformed his arm into a blade as Buzzshock was telling him to stop.

Buzzshock: Wait! Stop!

He attacked Hoverboard only to be backhanded away with Buzzshock face palming.

Hoverboard: Your choice of warriors is based SOLELY on brute strength, without regard for any strategy. Unlike your friend here, do you ever pause or consider your actions at all?

Buzzshock: He's kinda right though Ben.

Y/N then twisted his Omnitrix as he transforms into his Diamondhead.

Diamondhead (Ben): Hey! I kicked more than my share of alien butt!

Hoverboard: Such as your recent success in the mine shaft with the bounty hunters. 

Diamondhead (Ben): It was two against one!

Hoverboard: If it weren't for your friend over here, you would have been captured.

Diamondhead (Y/N): Back off pal! I know Ben makes mistakes and not focuses all the time, but he saved people. And I was there to help him and witness what he can do.

Y/N rushed towards Hoverboard as the two clashed in a fist fight. They were evenly matched at first, but Hoverboard started to overwhelm Y/N because of his battle experience.

Hoverboard: You have skills, fellow Petrosapien. I'm impressed, but not good enough.

Y/N was about to unleash a barrage of crystal shards at Hoverboard, but he dodged and kicked Y/N who crossed his arms to block it making him skid back. Ben then rushed towards Hoverboard and started to attack him with slashes as Hoverboard would just block, dodge and counter his attacks.

Hoverboard: You were moments away from losing your life and the Omnitrix. Victory should've been swift and effortless.

He then block and shoved Ben to the ground as Y/N jump and was about to deliver a thrust from his fist, but Hoverboard jumped back, making Y/N punched the ground as he then helped Ben up.

Hoverboard: The Omnitrixs are not some toys for your amusement. They're the most powerful weapons in the Galaxy. The keys to an epic battle between good and evil.

Diamondhead (Y/N): Then whose side are you on?

Hoverboard: ...You two are still alive, aren't you?

Diamondhead (Ben): You're a good guy?

Hoverboard: My mission is to retrieve the Omnitrix. He probably didn't know that there is another, and I should keep it that way. Since it is attached to you two, I will bring you back from its removal.

Diamondhead (Y/N): Oh no you don't. This is our home planet, and we are not going anywhere.

Hoverboard: It's not your choice.

Diamondhead (Ben): It is now!

Ben tackles him, causing him to drop his folded-up hoverboard. He grabs Ben by the face and throws him off. 

Hoverboard slowly stood back up only to be a tackled by a flying Y/N. Y/N punched Hoverboard to the face multiples times as he was about to deliver a haymaker but he got kicked off of him.

Hoverboard: (gets back off) I see you have learned your transformation's potential. That is good.

He then turned to Ben who was getting ready to fight again.

Hoverboard: It's disturbing how little you know of this alien's strengths and weaknesses. You barely scratched the surface of its potential!

Diamondhead (Ben): Yeah? So what makes you such an expert?

Hoverboard's helmet slides open and reveals a face almost identical to Diamondhead's; although his crystals have a more blueish hue and he has green eyes. This is another member of Diamondhead's species.

Diamondhead (Y/N): What the...? 

Diamondhead (Ben): You're.....me?!

Tetrax: Wrong. I'm a noble warrior, you're an impulsive annoyance.

The Omnitrix times out, revealing Ben in his human form. 

Tetrax: We have wasted enough time. (grabs Ben by the shirt) 

Ben: Hey! Let me go! 

Diamondhead: (grabs Tetrax's wrist) Let my brother go, now!

The two humanoid crystals glance at each other as Tetrax looks for the dropped hoverboard, but it's disappeared. Kraab suddenly walks out from behind a building, hoverboard in hand.

Kraab: Looking for THIS?! You're not getting off this planet with the Omnitrixes, and just to be sure...

Six-Six walked out with Max and Gwen in his hands.

Max: Hands off!

Gwen: Let me go!

Diamondhead: Grandpa! Gwen!

Kraab: See, we've decided to work together! And split the reward - and you, in half!

The two groups stand off in the setting sun. Tetrax continues to hold Ben, while Six-Six holds weapons to the heroes's faces... Kraab makes the first move, shooting beams at Tetrax and Diamondhead. Diamondhead blocks them with a crystal wall. 

They went into a house and as Tetrax Ben inside, who looks up to see Diamondhead's shielding against Kraab's heavy fire while unleashing a barrage of crystals.

Six-Six: (alien language)

Kraab: Don't blow a gasket, 'metal-mouth', I know what I'm doing!

Ben: What are we waiting for? We got to save them.

Tetrax: Don't be foolish. Keeping the Omnitrixes secure is the only priority here.

Diamondhead: Not to us. They are family.

Tetrax: You cannot save them. I know you can handle it, but you would soon be overpowered and captured. The obvious choice here is to retrieve my hoverboard and set off this planet.

Ben: But-

Tetrax: Stay here. 

Tetrax runs out the door. He leaps through the smoke of Kraab's fire and fires crystals of his own. They pierce right through Six-Six's body, staggering him to the ground. 

As Kraab sees this and turns around, Tetrax has already run up to him. He leaps over an attack and snatches the hoverboard out of Kraab's hands. He opens it and flies away, dodging blasts from the now-recovered Six-Six. 

He circles back and leaps off the board, landing on Six-Six and causing a massive cloud of smoke to push back Kraab, Max and Gwen.

Tetrax picks Six-Six out of a small crater and punches him back. Six-Six shoots a rocket from his wrist; Hoverboard forms a diamond construct to shield it. Kraab appears and swings at him, but Tetrax grabs him and throws him.

Diamondhead: (looks at Ben) Stay here until the watch recharges. I'll give you time.

Y/N then switches to XLR8 and zoomed towards the fight to help Tetrax. Ben then saw his watch already recharged and was about to pick Four-Arms, but he remembered what his grandpa and Tetrax said. Y/N was fighting Kraab as he would hit and run making Kraab angry.

Kraab: Stay still Kinceleran! 

XLR8: And let you hit me?! Hell no!

Y/N punched Kraab and then appeared behind him and went for a tornado kick, sending Kraab towards an abandoned house. Y/N then heard a crash as he saw Tetrax was down and Six-Six was aiming his blaster at him. He was about to ran towards him, but he got held by Kraab's claw.

Kraab: Not so fast.

XLR8: Was that a pun or an insult?

He then saw Ben as Grey Matter who went on Kraab's head as he grinned widely.

XLR8: Ben? 

Kraab then noticed his brother was on his head as he put down XLR8 and started to get Grey Matter off of him with his claw.

Kraab: GET - OFF - ME, YOU TINY LITTLE...!

Grey Matter slips down into Kraab's neck and roots around in the electronics underneath.

Grey Matter: There should be a nerve cluster in here somewhere.

He finds some wires and rips them out, causing Kraab to stumble out of the house; yelling out in pain. Grey Matter eventually rips a wire that causes Kraab's entire head to spin around. He comes to a stop...and falls to the ground, completely out of commission.

Grey Matter: One down! Hey Y/N, could you give me a lift?

XLR8: Got it. 

XLR8 zoomed in and grabbed Grey Matter before running towards Six-Six. Tetrax and SixSix are brawling; Six-Six grabs the diamond alien and uses his jetpack to fly him up in the air and suplex him into the ground. 

XlR8 ran passed Six-Six to grab Max and Gwen away from the fight Six-Six spots XlR8 and aims his wrist-rockets at them, but Grey Matter hops on Sixsix's shoulder.

Grey Matter: Guess who? 

Tetrax gets up and sees Six-Six fumbling with Grey Matter on him. 

Tetrax: I told you to stay out of my way!

Grey Matter: Wonder what would happen if I did this!

He says ripping wires in Six-Six's armor. Six-six's jet-pack goes haywire and takes off, flying him in several directions and slamming into the supports of a water tower. 

Six-Six eventually dives to the ground, the thrust of the jetpack dragging him across it. He finally stops right in front of Kraab, still on the floor. Grey Matter notices a fire hydrant's supports failing and the water starting to pour out. Kraab is on his back as Grey Matter runs over his body.

Kraab: I hate this planet...

The hydrant bursts crashing down on Kraab and Six-Six's bodies and open with water.

Grey Matter: Only one way to beat the heat, don't you think...? 

Tetrax: Pretty smart...for two humans human. 

Tetrax uses a device to deploy a small flying cube. It travels to where Kraab and Six-Six are laying, grows to engulf them, then shrinks back to its original size, and them along with it. 

Grey Matter and XLR8 times out as the alien places the cube in his pocket.

Tetrax: I'll return as soon as I am able. 

Y/N: What about the watches?

Tetrax: It's in good hands until then.

Y/N: I guess we'll be expecting you again, Mister... 

Tetrax: Tetrax, Tetrax Shard. And I'm more than certain that you and your brother should be safe for the time being. In the meantime...

Tetrax hands his hoverboard to Y/N. 

Tetrax: This may be of some use in the meantime.

Y/N: Oho, man! Are you serious?! Hold on... You said you needed this to get off the planet.

Tetrax: Selective disinformation.

Ben: What's that? 

Gwen: He lied. 

Tetrax: Y/N... I wasn't expecting what you did today. You and your brother... surprised me. I believe you have what it takes to be whatever it is that you want.

Y/N smiled as Tetrax placed his hand on Y/N's head before turning around and walking away.

Y/N: Wait! How long will it take you to come back?

Tetrax turns to face Y/N as he gives him a small smirk.

Tetrax: Trust me, I'll be around.

Tetrax takes a few steps forward. He pulls out a device from his belt; his helmet slides back over his face; and he presses the device, teleporting him away.

Gwen: Why do you always get the cool stuff?

Y/N: Beats me. I mean you guys can borrow it.

Ben: Awesome dude. 

Gwen: Hey Ben, I have something for you so you don't get left out.

She then pours sunscreen on Ben's head.

Ben: Ugh! Hey! Why'd you do that for?!

Gwen: Wouldn't want that big head of yours to get sunburned.

Y/N and Max laughed as Ben sulked and went inside the RV to get cleaned. Back on the Chimeran Hammer, Vilgax and a bioid lieutenant watch a feed of Earth: a spec of light exits the planet and shoots off into space.

Vilgax: Betrayed...

Bioid: Sensors indicate the Omnitrixes is not with the mercenaries.

Vilgax: It would appear the creatures who possesses the Omnitrixes is as clever as it is fierce. But I shall not be denied again.

(flashback ended)

Y/N: And that's how Ben and I met Tetrax. 

Kirishima: Wow! That's quite a manly story! 

Iida: And defeating two alien bounty hunters with Grey Matter was impressive. 

Y/N: Yeah, my brother does sometimes have brains in that head of his. 

Ben: Thanks. Wait, what do you mean sometimes? 

Kyoka giggles as the group went to the train station.

Hitomi: Hey, Y/N, can I have your number?

Y/N: (surprised) You really want it?

Hitomi blushed, not used to initiating friendships since the way she saw it, every friend she'd made was from an extrovert adopting her.

But as she listened to Y/N talk, and thought about her classmates, she'd realized she needed to change. She couldn't just be floating through life anymore.

She had to take initiative if she wanted to be a hero. And taking small steps by making friends on her own felt like the best way to go about it. Y/N was still waiting for a response, staring at Hitomi.

Hitomi: (blush) Ahh, you don't have to give it to me if you don't want to! I just thought, since you said we were friends... we're friends, right...?

Y/N: (smile) Of course we are! Hold on, let me get my phone out...

After they exchanged contact information, they parted ways to take different train lines. As Hitomi took her seat on the train, she glanced at the new number on her phone. She smiled to herself, putting in Y/N's name.

Hitomi: (thoughts, smiled) 

(change Kirishima to Y/N) 

Chapter 8 ended.
