It's been a view days since the incident of the giant robot that Ben and Y/N have defeated. After Heatblast and Diamondhead's identity was revealed to be a two boys, Y/N and Ben got scolded by many pro heroes for heading into danger and doing hero work without a license or becoming a professional hero. 

But they weren't the only ones who were scolded. After the giant robot incident both Y/N, Ben, Gwen, and Max were taken into police's hands for further questioning.

Y/N explained everything that has happened that day even about the watches that was latched onto his and Ben's wrist. The police couldn't believe the story as it was so unreal, but they couldn't think of any other conclusion. The police suggested to examine the unknown devices on the their wrists, as Max thought it was a good idea as well.

Ben and Y/N were brought to many places, a hospital, scientists lab, even pro hero agencies. Even if they was brought to those places none of them had a clear answer what the devices was. It was far more advanced than anything they had available or even seen, they weren't even able examine it thoroughly as the material of the watch was unbreakable. So, of course that means that Ben and Y/N couldn't remove them at all, but they didn't mind at all. 

In fact, it was probably the best thing that ever happened to they, they finally had something that was close to a quirk. They were able to follow their dreams in becoming heroes. Though, Y/N was more curious about what those devices are. 

The scene starts with him, Max, Ben, Gwen, and Kyoka heading toward a house. 

Ben: You sure whoever you're bringing us to will help us? 

Y/N: Trust me, he's a family friend of my parents. If there's one person who is good with technology, it's him. 

He knocks on the front door as a middle-aged man with brown eyes and hair opened the door. Though his mustache and eyebrows are brown, his beard is grey. He wears black glasses, a blue button-up shirt, and trousers.

Phil: Oh, Y/N. Good to see you. 

Y/N: Hi uncle Phil. 

Phil: (looks at Max) Max, old pal. 

Max: Phill, it's been a while. 

Phil: It has. So, what brings you here? 

Y/N: (shows him the Omnitrix) I want to study something that's stuck on my wrist. 

(short-time skip) 

After an expiation of what happened back at the campsite, Phil was astonished by everything. They were at the garage as Phil began studying Y/N's watch. 

Phil: Amazing. The design is flawless, and you were about the technology of this thing being examined. 

Phil went to touch the watch, only to get zapped away. 

Phil: Ow!

???: Hey! Watch where you're touching that! 

Kyoka: Who said that? 

???: In here. 

The hourglass of Y/N's Omnitrix changed as it shows a hologram of a girl with long green and black hair, green eyes, and wearing a green, black, and white outfit.

Girl: Jeez. Do you earthlings want to break that thing? 

Y/N: A girl?

Ben: Whoa! She appeared from Y/N's watch!

Gwen: Is that a hologram?

Girl: Woah, now you're being racist?  

Gwen: (angry anime tick mark) Excuse me?!

Y/N: Let's calm down. 

Girl: (looks at Y/N) So, you're my new partner huh? Not bad, even though you're a kid. 

Y/N: Okay, who or what are you? 

Girl: I am A.I. of the Omnitrix 2.0. 

Y/N: Omnitrix? 

Girl: The watch you're wearing on your wrist. Ben has one too, but that one he's wearing is the prototype. 

Ben: Wait, I get the prototype of this watch? No fair! 

Girl: Get used to it, kid. It chose you as its wearer just like the 2.0 chose (gestures to Y/N) him. 

Max: And what exactly is the Omnitrix? 

Girl: The Omnimatrix, or Omnitrix for short, is the most powerful device in the universe. It's a portable library of intergalactic genetic data that allowed the wielder to alter their DNA at will and rapidly transform into a variety of different alien species, each with their own unique abilities.

Y/N: Transform... 

Gwen: So, how many aliens with they have? 

Girl: Hmmm... let's see... over 1,0000 aliens to unlock or more. 

Y/N, Ben, Max, Gwen, Kyoka and Phil: Over a 1,000?! 

Girl: What? You think they'll be stuck with ten or eleven? 

Y/N: And we can't remove them? 

Girl: Nope, they're stuck with you two forever. Until you die that is. 

Y/N: (shocked) Until we die?! 

Ben: Well that's a downside. 

Phil: So, how did you ended up here? 

Girl: My deliver's ship was attacked by enemy forces who wanted the Omnitrix for themselves. Both ships were damaged, by the delivered managed to send the Omnitrixes in one pod to the Earth's atmosphere. 

Y/N: Until we found them. 

Girl: That's right. If the Omnitrixes picked you two, then you're the only ones meant to protect the universe from the forces of evil. 

Ben: But how? I mean, we've got scolded by the pro heroes and- 

Kyoka: Guys, look at this! 

Kyoka, who pulled out phone, showed everyone a video of Y/N and Ben as Heatblast and Diamondhead. And much to their surprise, it had reached over a million views. 

Not only did the police know about the watches, but the whole world knew soon after. Apparently, the day Y/N and Ben destroyed the robot and saved the people in trouble as Heatblast and Diamondhead, it was caught on film and uploaded to the internet. 

Y/N: Holy crud! 

Ben: Check it out, we're famous already! 

Gwen: Y/N, I can understand, but Ben? That's new. 

Ben: What do you mean?!

Girl: You see? Many people have already see you two as heroes even though you just started. You can still help people. What you need is some training, understanding, and unlocking not only the alien forms, but also the secrets of the Omnitrixes. That's why I'm here. To help you out. 

Y/N looked at his Omnitrix before he looked at Ben, Gwen, Kyoka, Max, and Phil who smile and nodded. 

Y/N: Alright. We'll do it, we'll keep the Omnitrixes safe since they are consider to be the most powerful weapons in the galaxy, Mrs... 

Girl: I am XJ0417, but you can call me Cora. 

Y/N: And I'm Y/N, nice to meet you Cora. 

Meanwhile, back on the spaceship, the humanoid squid saw the video of Heatblast and Diamondhead defeating the robot. 

Humanoid Squid: Failure?! Unbelievable! And to think a second Omnitrix even exists. No matter. The puny Earth beings that are keeping the Omnitrixes from me, will soon hang on my trophy wall. 

The next morning, Gwen, Max, and Kyoka were packing stuff up with the help of Phil. 

Max: Where's Y/N and Ben?

Gwen: I haven't seen them since breakfast.

Kyoka: Wait, did you hear something? 

Max hears a distant sonic boom, before its source immediately arrives in front of him.

XLR8 (Y/N): I told you that I would be much faster than you.

XLR8 (Ben): Yeah, yeah. Whatever you say, dude.

Max: Y/N? Ben? 

XLR8 (Ben): Yep. Hey, check this out! 

Both XLR8S use their super-speed to pack the baggage in record time. 

XLR8 (Ben): Pretty fast, huh?

XLR8 (Y/N): We're like Sonic and the Flash. 

Phil: An alien form with incredible speed. Amazing! 

The Omnitrixes times out as both XLR8S turned back to Y/N and Ben.

Ben: I think this is gonna be the best summer ever.

Y/N: True that.

Max: Absolutely. 

Kyoka: It's definitely going to be interesting. 

Gwen: So, where'd you two go anyway?

Ben: Just had to take care of a couple of things before our vacation really got rolling.

(elseware) 

Cash and JT are hung on a tree by their underwear.

Cash: Dude. How'd we get up here?

J.T.: Uh, I'm not sure. It all happened so fast.

Cash: (to passing cars) Hey, somebody? Anybody? Little help up here, please!

Chapter 2 ended.
