(Skyler's POV)
I managed to pull Seth into a sitting position before fixing on his seat belt.

I brush off the dirt from his face and head causing to groan.

My worries calmed as Seth regained consciousness pretty soon after the car took off and soon as he did, he wrapped his arms around me, pulling me closer and sighed.

"Are you Ok? Are you bleeding anywhere?" I asked, running my eye all over his face for any signs of pain.

"I am fine my love." He said, lacing our fingers together causing my face to feel warm from his display of affection.

His warmth soothed me as the excitement died down as we drove on through the dark foggy night.

"How is he doing?" Jack asked

"My brother has the ability to-" Sarah started

"I will be fine" Seth quickly said "It is important we gain much distance from this location."

"I'm happy your feeling better cause your gonna need your strength then you tried to explain to me just what happened back there!" Jack said calmly but yelled at the end.

"T-that was I-intense" I said while using my hand to wipe the nervous sweat from my face.

"Where did you acquire that device?" Sarah asked while eyeing my wrist.

Wrapped around my wrist was a silver bracelet with a light that fit snug on my wrist. I would have love it if I wasn't incredibly sure that I didn't put on a bracelet this morning or the fact that I hadn't seen something like it in my life.

What are those signs? I'm sure I've seen these before. But where?

"I don't know" I said looking at it in wonder.

"You are hurt?" Sarah asked as she and Seth looked at the blood stain on shirt.

"Yeah. I must of fell on a sharp rock or something and wi-" I said while lifting my shirt slightly to looking at my injury but was surprised nothing was there other than dry blood. "That's weird, I know there was a cut here a second ago."

My magical injury slipped my mind as my attention turned to Jack as the car slowly down to come to a complete stop on the side of the foggy road.

"Look here's the deal, the cab doesn't move until your mouths do so start talking." Jack said, looking at us.

"The information you a seeking is not within your grasp of understanding" Seth said

"We are dealing with issues outside the realm of your world." Sarah followed

"Look, I'm a cab driver ok. I had plenty of worldly experience." He said, glaring at her.

"Apparently not enough if you can't understand what is happening here" I said,

I can't believe what I got myself into this time. I mean I did hack into the government's database for fun causing slight chaos when they saw they were being hack but couldn't figure out who are where but this is out of my league.

He turned his glare to me only the look shocked behind me.

Turning around, there is a light flying in the distance, heading our way.

"Sarah! We need to go now!" Seth yelled at her.

She used her powers to press on the gas pedal, snapping Jack out of his trance causing him to grab the wheel to drive the car.

"What is that thing!?" Jack asked as we sped down the road. Soon the flying object started shooting  lasers at us, narrowly missing us as Jack turned off the road. "Hold on!"

Seth and I gripped onto each other both in fear and the fact that i was in the middle so I had no seat belt.

Soon we came to train tracks. Using the fog to his advantage, Jack slowed down and followed the track, trying to make as little noise as possible. It wasn't long before we came to a tunnel for Jack to turn off the lights and stopped the car.

"We can't let him destroy it Sarah" Seth whispered as they both looked at the device in her hands before she nod.

"Who is he and this time I need real answer" Jack asked

"He's a psiphon." She said breathlessly

"A what?" I asked

"An assassin trained to pursue his target until his mission is completed." Seth said

"And his mission is?" Jack asked worriedly.

"Us" Sarah finished

As she said that, my fear grew immensely and suddenly, it felt like I was falling but Seth held me firmly to his side.

"Listen to me Skyler" Seth said running his free hand through my hair surprisingly calming me in an instant. "Your going to need to calm down and trust me. This will only get worse if you allow yourself to panic. Believe in me when I say this, 'I will protect you."

Soon search lights enter the tunnel, slowly started to creep closer.

Seth clenched onto my waist as Sarah did the same to my free hand.

Jack gripped the wheel while watching the light, prepared to make a quick get away.

The light got close and just when it was about to touch the car, it stop before pulling away causing all of us to sigh in relief.

A minute later, Jack started the car before slowing pulling out of the tunnel, following the foggy train tracks.

"Is there a safer route Jack Bruno?" Sarah asked

"Not unless you know how to fly" said Jack, looking out at the fog filled cliff we are passing.

We came to a old iron bridge when suddenly the ship came behind us and shot a laser, sending us flying into the bridge but luckily, we landed upright.

It continued to shoot at us until we came to another tunnel. Unfortunately, it followed us.

The sound of metal scrapping against wall was heard through out the tunnel. It was a tight fit for the ship that knocked off its gun making it unable to fire at us.

"Come on baby hold it together" Jack said to the car that was rocking back and forth as we sped down the tracks.

It looked like luck wasn't on our side what a horn was heard coming towards us.

In the distance, a train was about to enter the tunnel.

"Oh come on!" Jack yelled in anger and frustration

"Go faster! Faster!" I yelled at him.

"It won't go any faster!" He yelled back.

"Sarah!" Seth yelled at her over my head.

At his command, she used her powers to make the car speed up.

We sped out of the tunnel, narrowly missing the train. It then collided with the ship causing an explosion that shook the train.

The cargo cart in the back turn over and flew our way.

Just when it was about to hit us, a blue glow followed by a slight tingle came from my wrist and the cart slit in half before it bounced off of us like it had hit a wall.

"What was that!?" Jack asked both in fear and wonder.

But he got no response as everyone was staring at my bracelet that was currently turning from back and red back to silver and blue.

So to put it simple, I was scared.
