' i hate rain so much ' edward thought as he look at the rainy night sky while standing at the gates of their apartment '' come on Al before we get soaked even more '' edward said looking at his metal brother who was sitting in an alleyway not facing him ''Al!'' edward said Alphonse jumped at edward call and turned around to face him '' coming brother '' Alphonse said holding his chest plate '' what are you up to '' edward said '' n-nothing '' Alphonse said then Edward gave him a glare '' if you found another stray cat i swear i'll --'' edward said getting in the building '' n-no no its not a cat honest '' Alphonse said getting in as well '' Al '' edward said cautiously '' it's not a stray cat i swear on my blood seal!!'' Alphonse said lifting his hands up edward sigh and continued up the stairs.

Just as they got in their apartment edward literally collapse to the floor from exhaustion but alphonse caught him in time and put him on the bed he then hears banging on his chest and remembered something and quickly and quietly went to the bathroom and locked the door and started to unbuckle his chest plate'' i'm sorry little one i almost forgot you '' he said removing a moving bundle out of him open the blankets to see if the baby isn't that injured the baby only looked at him with big green eyes and started to reach to his face and Alphonse laugh lightly '' i'm glad to hear it, come on let's get you clean up '' he said and started filling up the bathtub with warm water and began to remove the babys clothing '' oh my, so your a girl '' Alphonse said and put her in the warm tub and she began to splash the water '' and very playful too '' he said when water splashed on his head and gently starts scrubbing the dirt off of the baby and the baby giggled loudly as if saying ' that tickles ' '' hm what's this?'' Alphonse said when he reached her back he saw a birthmark of a yin and yang symbol

'' what an interesting birthmark you have '' Alphonse said gently rubbing it the baby only looked at him with her big emerald green eyes '' no matter time to rinse you off '' Alphonse said and started rinsing the soap off the baby and dried her off along side the blanket was a few baby clothes and diapers and a yin and yang necklace and Alphonse puts a fresh diaper and clean pj's on the baby and to top it all off he put the necklace around her '' there we go, all better huh lets get you ready for bed'' Alphonse said and exit the bathroom with the baby '' i almost forgot you need a name '' he said stuffing a pillow inside of him and starts to think of names 'lorain no, fiona no, alex no, crystal no, jasper no, rose no,melody no,harmony no, gasp alice' he thought about the last one '' how about alice '' he said the baby now known as alice giggled as if saying 'yes' Alphonse chuckled '' i'll take that as a yes '' he said putting alice inside of him and place a blanket over her '' goodnight alice '' he said and picked up a book for him to read. As alice was asleep inside of him her hand touched his blood seal and the seal, her birthmark, and her necklace started to glow and Alphonse notice this and was about to react but his world went dark.
