"Huh? What? Where am I?.." I said weakly as a awoke in a weird forest. Wha?! I was with sis just a second ago! Am I in the woods? Sis said not to travel far from home so how did I end up here?I thought confused. I should probably go home before she gets worried.
I got up and dusted off the skirt of my dress. I was wearing a dark blue bow with a dark blue maids dress, with black and
white striped tights and tall black boots. As I looked around I could tell that home was nowhere to be seen,
nor would I probably ever see it again. How the heck did I get here anyway?! Where's sis? Maybe she's around here somewhere! " H-hello?"
No answer.
I tried louder. "Helloooo?... Um.."
"Hi!"
"Gah!!!" I turned around to see a boy. Wait! Not a boy but some weird cat guy with black hair ears and a tail with a white tip. On the tip of his tail was a piercing of a fish, and on his neck sat a blue jingle bell color. The jacket he wore was purple and torn up. With only one sleeve but unattached to his jacket. His black pants were ripped and torn, like he had just got into a fight. And his arms to his hands were... Those of big cat paws.
"Hi!" He said again, this time more cheerfully.
"Wh-who are you?" I asked, trying to sound intimidating but failed in the process.
"Trying to sound scary, eh? Just call me Cat. Anyway follow me." He said, casually walking away.
"Why should I follow you? I don't even know you!"
That's when he turned around and gave me the scariest glare I've ever seen in my life and it disappeared in an instant into a cheerful grin. "Because I'm helping you, silly!" Then he trotted away as if nothing happened.
Was I just seeing things, or was he actually glaring at me?

As we walked it was kinda quiet. He only talked when there was a root I might trip on or a low branch I had to duck from. It was kinda awkward.
"Why are you so quiet?" I asked.
"Why? Because no ones talking to me!" He whined making a pouty face. That's when I noticed stitches on his body. One on his right shoulder, tail, and the tip of his left ear. Before I could stop myself I asked, "Why do you have so many stitches?"
"Curious one eh?"
"Ah! I'm sorry!" I felt guilty for saying such a rude thing.
"Haha! You ask about my stitches but not about my ears and tail? And you even say sorry! Hmmm... you're an interesting one..." He didn't seem to be mad at all though. And he seemed like a normal person despite all that looked freaky. "Oh, have we arrived?"
"Huh?" I looked where he was staring. It was a sign that said: Welcome to Wonderland.
"Welcome to Wonderland M'lady."
"Wait, is this a dream?"
"A dream?" He snickered. "What do you think this is? A dream? Reality? This is all really a world of madness. A world of Wonderland. "A world of madness? What's going on? This is getting weird, I have to be dreaming!
"Um Cat? What is wonderland? And where are you taking me?"
"The Queen is not to be trusted Alice." He warned suddenly. Looking at me with a creepy assuring smile.
"What? Who's 'The Queen' Cat?"
"Hurry and find the Mad Hatter!"
"Wait! Who's the Queen?" I asked again.
"Hurry! Hurry! Find the Mad Hatter! He will show you the rest of the way!" He ignored me happily. Then he started to disappear.
"Wait! Who's the Queen and Mad Hatter?! Where am I?! Is this a dream?! Wait, Cat! I have so many questions to ask!"
I panicked. I had to know what the hell was going on!
"Just be patient. You'll find out soon, my poor little Alice...."The last thing I saw of him was his face. And then, he was gone.
He said that the queen is not to be trusted....And he said to find the Mad Hatter. But how did he even know my name! But knowing this might just be a dream, that would make more sense. Maybe I should listen to him. I guess I'll take this Wonderland sign as a good start.

The sign I followed led to a path that took a while to follow. But it seemed peaceful the whole way. I watched the swaying trees and flowers. Heard the birds sing. And suddenly, I forgot everything that happened.
But that nice peacefulness ended as soon as the path did. And I found myself in the town called Wonderland.
There were a lot of people here. Some were shopping, others were frolicking. But as I walked closer, I could tell something was off. Hmmm... What was it... Was it the fact that they had no faces?! Yes!
Oh my god... They have no faces! But! Cat said to find the Mad Hatter. And he led me here so...
Maybe I should ask them? C'mon Alice! This is just a dream. But maybe it isn't... Ugh! just ask one of them already!
After a few minutes of mind war I decided to walk around and ask people if they'd seen the Mad Hatter.
The first person I walked to was a faceless kid eating a Lolipop. "Um.. Hey kid? Do you know the Mad- " Suddenly the kid looked at me. Instead of no face he showed the blackest eyes I've ever seen. There was no white. Just the deep dark depts of black. Stay calm. This is just a dream. I assured myself.
"The Mad Hatter?" He asked in monotone. I heard no emotion in his voice at all.
"Y-yes. Do you know where he is?" I pleaded.
"Six o'clock is tea time. He'll be there."
"Be where?"
"The place where you drink tea! He's always there!" He said suddenly sounding frustrated.
"Who's he talking to?" A lady asked.
"I don't know but she asked about the Hatter." A man said.
"Why would she ask about the Hatter? Doesn't she know the Hatters bad?"
"Maybe she works for the Hatter?"
"Let's not say anything. If she does work for the Hatter she might kill us."
"Stay away from my child!" I turned around and saw a faceless black eyed lady walking towards us. Then she grabbed him by the wrist and rushed him away from me, whispering to him, " Stay away from that girl! She works
For the Hatter!" Then everyone started muttering.
"She does work for the Hatter!"
"Should we run?"
"How about we kill her before she kills us."
"Hey let's kill her."
"Ya, we should kill her..." That's when everyone started walking towards me one by one, there eyes turning black. They started pulling out all sorts of weapons like pocket knifes, scissors, one even took off her high heels.
"Hey, wait! I-I'm not working for the Mad Hatter. I j-just need to know where he is." I took a step backwards. I don't think they heard me though.
"Let's hurry and dispose of her. It won't take long to." Ok, now I definitely need to run!
I kept running and running but they wouldn't let up. All of the sudden a hand popped out in front of my face and pulled me in an alleyway. I tried to scream, but the attackers' strong hands kept my mouth shut. I thrashed but they held me in place. I panicked, Am I going to die here? Then I heard the faceless people's footsteps come closer and closer to the ally.

"Shhhhh...." By the sound of it, it was a mans voice. Soothing and soft but also something else. I couldn't pin my finger on it though. He must be one of those faceless people. I have to get out of here!
"Hey where'd she go?" One of the faceless asked. I pulled my arm back, and slammed it in his gut.
"Ngh!?" He grunted. Got him! I started to run to the other side of the ally.
"Ooooo! There she is!" They said as I ran and chased after me into the ally. When I looked for my attacker he was no where to be found.
That's when I saw the blur of a body flying down from a window sill and in a second, they were all dead.

I stared in amazement at the person responsible for "taking out" all these people as he walked closer to me, with an insane glint in his eye.
He then backed me up to a wall and was quiet for a moment, and then like a normal greeting he asked, "So how was it?"
"Huh?"
"How was my first impression? And you know, it's kinda rude to elbow your hero in the gut!" W-what?! First impression? What is with these Wonderland people!?
"Your first impression? Who the hell are you?!" I was tired of this I want a serious answer for once!
"Who am I?" He looked at me with an expression I could not read. An expression, I could tell was dangerous but assuring.
"I'm the Mad Hatter of course!"
