Sacrificing Myself

Carla:

Shin:

I hopped out the window and sat there, waiting for the mystery boy to show up. "I see....my love has accepted my offer, hmm?" I stiffened. "I didn't really have a choice, now did I?" I sighed. He chuckled. "I guess not, but still. You are quite noble, sacrificing yourself for your friends...how kind. Shin, Carla, bring her home...." And with that, the voice disappeared. "Be happy we value your life. If anybody else had attacked us, they'd be dead. We can't have our heir dying though, could we Shin?" I heard Carla whisper as he appeared. "True brother, the prince would be very upset if we killed her. She was only establishing dominance over us, thus as the heir should." Shin smirked stepping out of the shadows to join his brother. I allowed them to link my arms and transport me to the new place I would be residing until I could think up a plan...

Third Person POV:

The boys, after much contemplation, decided to check on the girl. They walked in to find an empty room. "Do you think she..." Laito gasped. "More than likely..." Ruki sighed. "DAMN IT! WHY DOS SHE KEEP SACRIFICING HERSELF LIKE THIS!?" Ayato shouted, throwing the lamp at the wall. "There's...a letter. It's from Alex." Reiji sighed.

Dear boys,

I am so sorry for this, but I must leave. I can't stand the thought of you getting hurt because of me. Please forgive me, but I beg you not to forget me. I love you all.

                                                                                                                                                                                             Alex

"Why?! Why does she keep doing this to us? Does she not realize that the pain of losing her is worse than any physical pain they could cause us? I only wish she knew..." Ayato sighed. They were all torn about this, but they WOULD get her back, they just HAD to....

Alex's POV:

I sighed as we walked up to a large castle. I took one look at the gigantic staircase and paled. "Yeah...no." I sighed. They chuckled and once more linked our arms. We transported to the top and I sighed. "That was A LOT better..." They shook their heads. "I find it amusing how, even in captivity, you're still so...funny." I laughed. "I'm not a captive, I'm here of my ow free will. THAT is why I'm trying to be optimistic. Sure, I don't WANT to be here, but if I pretend I do, life will be so much easier...." They grinned. "She is quite intelligent..." Carla chuckled. Shin nodded. "Yes, quite. The prince is lucky to have such a catch for his bride." I stopped cold. "Yeah, no. Never agreed to that..." They frowned and Carla threw me over his shoulder. "Don't resist if you want your boys to live." I ceased my struggling and sighed. "Didn't want to walk anyway..." I mumbled he smirked as we continued down the long, dark corridor.

"MY QUEEN!" A voice shouted. "Umm, no. I'm Alex..." A boy appeared in front of me.

"Yes, and you're my queen!" He sighed embracing me. "Did you enjoy all of the letters I sent you? I am so happy you finally accepted my love!" he cried squeezing me harder. "Umm...can't breath..." I coughed. he loosened up. "My apologies. I am just so thrilled to see you! After watching the way you so interestingly entered this world, I just KNEW you would be my bride!" He cried slipping a ring on my finger. I tried to take it off, but it wouldn't budge. "Silly, I'm sure you know I can use magic. That ring is bound to your finger. You're forever mine!" He sighed hugging me close. "Oh how I adore you, my darling!" I sat there, speechless at this loony bird. "Umm, thanks?" I said with confusion lacing my tone. He chuckled. "I see you aren't used to romantic gestures. I assure you, I'll shower you with them! I will make you feel loved at every second of every day. You will feel every ounce of my affection, through small romantic gestures! Oh, how our love will soar like a bird in the sky of our future!" I stared at this guy like he was crazy, because...HE WAS CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!

"This is our room! Here is where we will reside at night time, and when you need to rest!" I stared at the room. It had a Gothic vibe, but it all blended together beautifully. A dark chandelier hung from the ceiling, providing light to the area. The bed was large and had a canopy looming over it. It was black on the outside, while a deep red resided within. There was a couch with a black trim and a light gray base color. A black vanity curling up into a swirl, emerging from both sides. The chair was padded and fit perfectly into the vanity like two coinciding pieces of a puzzle. "Do you like it?" He asked. I realized I had been staring. "Umm, I guess..." He smiled at me. "Perfection! Only the best for my queen!" I shrugged as I flopped onto the bed. I literally felt it sinking. "This thing...is so soft..." I sighed. he chuckled. "I see you like the mattress. I chose the softest one, to ensure a good nights sleep for my queen!" He chirped. I just sighed. I didn't realize how tired I was, until I slipped off to sleep.

Third person POV:

"So, is it really that comfortable?" Kino asked the girl. When she didn't respond, he walked over to her and stared at her. Her chest was rising and falling rhythmically. He recognized her breathing pattern as that of her sleeping pattern. He smirked. She had fallen asleep, with him right here. He didn't have to force her to sleep, it's almost as if she already felt at home. "That's right my queen, sleep. You'll need your rest for what lies ahead. You, are the one who will help e make our race great again, you are....the queen of all vampires. Yes, I am sure." he whispered stroking her hair. He laid down beside her, and was quite surprised when she latched onto him. "I saw her do this in her sleep....how adorable. I never thought the heir...would be so...intoxicating." He sighed as he breathed in her scent. She was his now, and she would be his queen.
