A Whole New World
A/N: So, I had to rewrite this chapter, because it accidentally disappeared off of the face of the Earth...Sorry about that, but I'll do my best to rewrite it as similar to the original as possible!
I had just finished watching my favorite anime, Ouran Host Club, for about the seventh time when I felt myself nod off to sleep. As I slept, I could feel something happening around me, but couldn't imagine what. I was shaken awake, and what I saw, made me think I was still asleep. "Miss, can we help you? Why were you sleeping on a bench?" I rubbed my eyes and blinked, trying to comprehend if this was reality.
"Hikaru?! Kaoru!?" I gaped. They nodded at me with matching smirks.
"How do you know us?" They questioned me with their hands on their hips.
"Wait, if you guys are here..." I got up and sped inside the school. I ran around and around, and eventually came across music room number three. I almost couldn't believe it, THE Host Club!!!! I pushed the door open slightly and poked my head in. I was watching from afar when I heard somebody shouting at me.
"HEY! MISS! WAIT UP!" I stumbled forward out of shock and fell on my face, right into the middle of the room. Everybody stopped to look at me. I quickly got up and dusted myself off, my face hot with embarrasment.
"Well hello there. It seems this is your first time visiting us. Welcome, dear princess, to our host club." Tamaki smiled handing me a rose. I looked around and saw Kyoya eyeing me, Takashi trying to figure me out, and Mitskuni with large, adorable eyes. I don't know why, but I suddenly faded out of consciousness.
When I finally opened my eyes, I was surrounded by the host club.
"Oh! She's finally awake!" The twins chorused. I noticed I was laying on something warm...I looked behind me to see Takashi. I jumped up with a yelp.
"What...the heck." I gasped as I stared at all the hosts. I counted six of them. "Wait, where's Haruhi?" They looked at me puzzled, then I noticed that the vase Haruhi had broken was still there. "Never mind, but how are you guys real people?" I asked. They just stared at me. "Ok, look. My name is Alexandra Leshae, so let's start there. There's no need to introduce yourselves, because I already know your names. You guys make up the beautiful Ouran Host Club!" I sighed. They all laughed.
"Well, glad to see somebody appreciate us." Kyoya smirked.
"Well DUH! Your a bunch of beautiful guys who basically live to make girls smile! That's amazing! Although Kyoya, you could smile more." I smirked back. He just frowned.
"So, you really do know us." I nodded.
"I have to say though, this is going to be a fun experience!" They all just eyed me with suspicion.
I had just left the building and was on my way home, until it hit me. I didn't HAVE a home here. I sighed and slumped down on the steps, head in my hands.
"Need a place to stay?" Tamaki asked with a smile as he held his hand out to me. I nodded and let him lead me to his limo.
"Thanks for letting me stay with you, I really hate to inconvenience you." He shook his head.
"You looked like you were all alone, and I couldn't let a princess be in danger." I smiled.
"You're just as chivalrous as in the show, oh gracious king." I smiled. His eyes lit up.
"You-called me-KING!" He cried glomping me.
"Or would you rather me call you father?" I giggled. He squeezed me harder
"Definitely daddy! You can be my little girl!" I just laughed.
"Well, I am alone here after all, and I know it makes you happy, so I think I can mange that." He just smiled as he continued to cling to me. What have I just provoked? I wondered as I smiled back at the blonde.
We had arrived back at Tamaki's house when we were met by his grandmother.
"Good evening, dear lady." I said with a curtsy.
"Who is this?" She asked with no emotion.
"My name is Alexandra Leshae, and I am pleasured to be graced by your presence." I smile sweetly. She seemed happy with my answer as she whispered something to Tamaki then exited the room.
"How did you know how to please my grandmother? She just told me I have an excellent choice in friends, that's something I've never heard her say before." He stared at me with bewilderment. I shrugged.
"I'll explain in your room." I grin with a wink. He nodded and led me up to his room.
"So, spill." He said as he flopped onto his bed. I sat at the end and sighed.
"I'm from another world, and this is an anime. I guarantee Kyoya will find no information on me, because I'm not from here. The anime is called 'Ouran High School Host Club,' and it's my absolute favorite. I have to admit, that I have my little ship. You haven't met her yet, but you'll fall in love with her." He just blinked at me.
"I don't know how to respond to that." I sighed.
"Give it a chance. Why would I make any of that up? What reason, huh? I knew how to address your grandmother, because the few times she entered the show, she was a complete witch. I knew she was old fashioned and takes pride in herself."
"I guess, I'll have to believe you until I'm given a reason not to. I'll have you enrolled in Ouran at once. You can stay with me, if you want." He sighed.
"That would be wonderful Tamaki." I smiled as I sighed in happiness. I was living my dream.
"She's from ANOTHER WORLD!?" They cried as tamaki explained to them how I knew them. I nodded. I was about to speak when something caught my eye. I saw Haruhi come in, and alerted the hosts. When they weren't looking, I slipped into the shadows and watched one of my favorite scenes unfold. Haruhi had just broken the vase! OH THAT VASE, THAT LEADS TO MY FAVORITE ADVENTURE!~
"When in Rome, do as the Romans do. Starting today you'll be the host club's dog." Tamaki said cooly. I couldn't hold back anymore, and glomped Haruhi with a giggle of excitement.
"HARUHI!" Everybody blinked. "Remember yesterday when I asked about Haruhi? THIS is what I was talking about!" Their eyes widened. "Got all the proof you need? I know when things are going to happen." Everybody just nodded and welcomed me into the club. I was so happy! My dream had come true!
Later on, I saw the princess who harasses Haruhi. "Hey Kyoya." I whisper.
"What is it Alexandra?" He sighs. I roll my eyes at his uninterested tone.
"I already told you call me Alex, and do you see that princess over there with the red hair, next to Tamaki?" He nodded in response.
"She's going to throw Haruhi's stuff in the pond and act like she assaulted him." His mouth formed into a smirk.
"Keep your voice down, the others still don't know yet." He hushes me.
"I know. You figured it out the moment she walked in here." I laugh.
"I knew, because I watched the show." He frowned. "I still can't believe you're from another world, and that we're nothing more than anime characters."
I smiled. "It doesn't really matter. If I died tomorrow, I would die happily because I got to meet you guys." He only smiled back and nodded.
"ALEX!" The twins cried calling me over. I skipped over to them, humming a little tune.
"You called?" I hum as I reach them.
"Do you like us?" They purr as they caress my cheek, one on either side.
"You guys are great!" I nod with a slight blush. They grinned as they pulled me into the middle of them.
"Well Hikaru, it seems we've found a little toy." Kaoru purred.
"Yes, it would seem so." Hikaru cooed in my ear. I stood up with a red face and ran over to Mori.
"M-Mori-Senpai! Please save me from the twins!" I whispered, my voice squeaking at the end. He chuckled and looked at me with a smile.
"Oh Alex! Please come out and play!" One of the twins called.
"No, Hikaru! I will not come out and be your toy! I-It's inhumane!" I call naturally. He froze and looked for me with a different intent.
"How'd you know it was me?" He asked with shock. I smiled as I stepped out.
"Your voice is deeper than Kaoru's, and I don't know I just know." I shrug. He stared at me in bewilderment.
"Our new BFF!" They called glomping me. I was about to say something, but I couldn't breathe.
"You're suffocating her." Kyoya said blandly. I gasped for air as the two released me.
"Thanks-Kyoya." I gasped. He nodded and the twins rubbed the backs of their necks.
"Sorry, Alex." They laughed sheepishly.
"It's ok. Just PLEASE be more careful!" I groan. They nodded and returned to their guests.
"So Kyoya, when's the dance where we help princess Kaniko?" I ask. His eyes widen.
"WHAT? HOW?" I gave him the 'you already know the answer to that' face, and he smirked. "Right. So, I guess we've got some planning to do?" I nodded and took out a notepad. I was so happy I had entered this whole new world, even though it was familiar to me, it was so different form what I knew...I COULDN'T WAIT TO DIVE RIGHT IN!!!
