3rd Pov

Rapunzel sat on her bed and continued to draw in her journal adding a new page for Varian and (Y/n) due to their new found good ways. Rapunzel remembered about the battle after she got back from the Dark Kingdom. She shot up from bed "Wait a minute...(Y/n) has control over black rocks which means, oh my gosh she has a part of the Moon Stone's power!?"

(Y/n) Pov

"Dad be careful with the cutters again I don't want you falling" "I got it Sweetie" It's such a lovely day in Corona! "(Y/N)!" Oh my gosh. There possibly goes the good day. "Yes Rapunzel?" "You have the power over the Moon Stone?" "Moon Stone?" Why is she going so fast? "Monty I need to have a talk with your daughter" "...You saved her, I'm only gonna allow this to happen for a few days!" "Good enough!"

"What are we doing in Old Corona?" Rapunzel keeps dragging me around alongside Eugene and Lance. Where's Cass? Rapunzel knocked on Quirin's door and he stepped out "Hello Princess, is there something you need?" "Good morning may we speak to Varian?" He looked at me and I nodded, so he smiled "Go ahead he's at his lab again"

"Varian!" "AH!" Oh not again! "EVERYBODY DUCK!" We got down as the chemical swirled up in the air and stopped and fell. "U-um yes Rapunzel?" "You said (Y/n) has the power of the Moon Stone?!" "I mean yeah, it used to be weak but now it's gotten stronger. It responds to severe emotions, mainly when she's upset or panicking" "Thank you for explaining my life to them" "Anytime Mi'lady" He winked and looked back at Rapunzel. "Varian this is big" "It's not my power, it's up to (Y/n) whether to say it or not" Oh no too many eyes are on me now.

I'm spiraling down again "G-guys I n-need um some-" Everyone looks so concerned. Ugh they want an answer! I-I don't know what to say!

"(Y/n) it's okay"

"No it's not, I-I don't know- mmm" No I can't disappoint them again please stop it.

My head hurts..

The rocks.. it protected me? It's caging me to protect me?

Oh the rocks are spiraling away, okay.

"S-sorry about that" "It's okay" Rapunzel, this is why I always liked her she's so supportive.

"I just didn't want to disappoint anyone again, if I did then everyone would be upset. If everyone's upset I might ju- Ooh gosh no" My legs feel so weak..

"I got you (Y/n)" "Thanks Varian" "Anytime"

There we go. "So yes I have an ability to control black rocks, I don't know why or how but I do. I don't have a full control, I-I mean I sometimes do when I'm not spiraling down in pure panic or anger" "We can help you (Y/n), the only question is if you want to use it. If you don't Eugene, Lance and I completely understand" "I mean yeah, crazy power like that is scary. Look what it did to Cassandra" "Lance!" "What- oh right.."

Cassandra..

Has the Moon Stone's powers as well...

It corrupted her...

"Wait Cass is bad?" "Well yes, sorta it's complicated. She took the Moon Stone a-"

Why did their voices drown out? Why is everything so dark?!

3rd Pov

Varian listened to Rapunzel about Cass but then stopped as soon as he saw (Y/n). "(Y/n)!?" He ran to her side, she was hyperventilating now. "Hey hey (Y/n) it's okay" (Y/n) put her hands to her (h/l) (h/c) hair and started to sob.

"No no no..."

Eugene glared at Lance "Hey buddy, next time don't mention the power which corrupted a close friend to a easily frightened girl!" "S-sorry"

Varian took off his gloves and cupped (Y/n)'s face with his hands gently. "Hey (Y/n) it's alright just breath. Take deep breathes okay"

(Y/n) shut her eyes tight and the black rocks started to sharpen around her. "No it's okay don't think about it, remember where we are? At Old Corona, home"

The rocks started to grow and poked at Varian stinging him, he winced at the sharp pain in his abdomen but quickly relaxed for (Y/n)'s sake.

Eugene took note of this and got Rapunzel and Lance to help slightly move the two so Varian wouldn't have to endure the pain like this. They didn't know how this went down nowadays, Varian has been with (Y/n) longer then they have.

"I- I'm sorry Varian" "Don't worry about it (Y/n), I'm here for you. I won't leave, just-" He hugged her tightly and stroked her (h/c) hair "Relax I got you, you can feel my hand right?" (Y/n) hesitated and then nodded.

"Good, that's good"

"V-Varian.." (Y/n) whispered "Yes?" "What if I lose control?" "Then I'll be here to help you"

The black rocks dwindled. Everyone let out a breath collectively not even realizing they were holding it.

"Having trouble I see?" Quirin stepped inside the lab looking at (Y/n) "Dad? Do you know something about this?" Quirin nodded and (Y/n) tensed looking at Quirin.

"Would you like to hear it (Y/n)?" (Y/n) nodded slightly hesitant but she was determined for answers.

"Well before during my time serving in the Dark Kingdom..."

Flashback/Story Time

A/n: Your mother's name is Selene and your father's is Cecil.

"Quirin" Quirin turned to see his friend, Selene who was expecting a child. "Yes Selene? Shouldn't you be in bed?" Selene looked down and rubbed her stomach gently "My dear daugthter (Y/n) she may not live" "How? Have you told Cecil?" Selene looked towards the Moon Stone's pedastel "No I wish to not worry him" "Selene it's your child of course as the father he would be worried!" Selene looked to Quirin concerned "I know he would, he's special to me like that" Selene smiled to herself thinking of her lover. "What shall you do?" "I haven't decided, but I thought maybe the Moon Stone may help in a sense..." Her gaze drifted back to the glowing Stone. "What are you saying?" "I'm saying I could possibly touch it and make a prayer" The Moon Stone isn't unstable...and for Quirin's good friend Selene it would help her in the future.

"Perhaps, but we must think rationally here. What if it doesn't turn out the way you want it?" "Quirin I will not my first child ever to die on me like this! I have to help her please" Quirin sighed and let Selene go. "Thank you my friend"

Selene approached the Moon Stone and let her finger touch it slightly, it gave out a gentle response and light had subsided from her touch. "Selene, it worked" Quirin smiled his best friend Cecil will get to have a child!

A few years later

Cecil had died a few months back, leaving Selene with her daughter. They lived in a cottage far from the Dark Kingdom. (Y/n) was four years old, she managed to live. Selene thanked Quirin every day since then for letting her be gifted this amazing child in her life. "Moonlight my dear come here" Moonlight was the little name Selene called (Y/n) as a sign for being grateful to the Moon Stone's gifts.

(Y/n) walked over to her mom and sat on her lap. "I'm going to tell you a story of a great stone, it's called the Moon Stone and the Young Little Princess. You see the Moon Stone granted magical powers to a Little Princess" (Y/n) loved this story it was her favorite of all time.

"Selene! We know ye in there open up!" Selene looked at the door in panic as she recognized the voices, it was Oberon and Kalap. Those two have heard about Selene and the Moon Stone and they have been wanting the power ever since.

"She won't open up!" "Then we make 'er" Oberon kicked the door open and looked at Selene "If ya give it to us then we will 'ave no problems Selene" Selene glared at the two. "That's not how it works!" Kalap pushed Selene to the wooden floor and (Y/n) scuttled away in a hurry of panic. Selene clawed at Kalap as Oberon tried to stop her. "Ah! Bloody Lass just scratched me!" Oberon punched Selene making her stop moving as she looked to (Y/n).

"(Y/n) you need to run now!" "Mama no" "(Y/n) li- AH!" Kalap had shoved Selene against the floor. "Mama!" "(Y/n)! Go, run now!"

"Remember, Mama loves you so much my little Moonlight"

(Y/n) ran as far as she could.

"I'm sorry you had to go through so much at such a young age (Y/n)" Rapunzel was in tears from such a painful story. Eugene tried to keep it together but at times let it slip as Lance cried.

(Y/n) didn't say a single word. Varian made note of this and intently watched the girl he loves, in sorrow and concern. "Quirin" (Y/n) stood up and looked at Quirin with no sign of emotion. "Thank you" She walked out of the lab.

Varian, Eugene, Lance and Rapunel got up in unison to follow (Y/n).

(Y/n) ran to where she liked to go when she was upset. A clear river which bestowed many small flowers.

(Y/n) fell to her knees in utter silence.

The silence was broken as she screamed.

The black rocks swarmed her and started to rise quicker then anyway before.

After catching her breath from her scream. She hung her head, cradling herself and sobbed.

The rocks weren't sharp anymore, it stayed around (Y/n) in such a beautiful way as if it wanted to protect her with all of it's existence. "Mama.." (Y/n)'s voice cracked she sounded like a such a young child.

A four year old's cries for her mother in the dark of night..
