Life is Peachy was actually one of the first 'rock' albums I listened to when I decided that, in the late 90s, is was time to broaden my musical tastes and branch out into genres considered more extreme.

Suffice it to say, it was not long before I was totally hooked on the Nu-Metal scene with, as far as I was concerned, KoRn leading the way.

Perhaps my love for this album is more sentimental than anything else, but I don't care. It's a great album and should probably go down as one of the greatest of all time.

...Peachy delivers from beginning to end and if want to find out where the vast majority of the current alternative scene were influenced, this is a very good place to start!

Fans of the band don't need telling how much KoRn have changed, both in sound and style, since the late 90s. But give Life is Peachy a listen, and tell me they weren't just that little bit better back then.
