As Josh walked the streets alone, he sees an horse, carrying a prince, with his attendants nearby.

"Out of the way! Prince Agua approaches!"

Josh, seeing the beggars he helped earlier, steps in and shields them.

"Hey, they're just kids! If I were rich as you, I could afford some manners!"

"Silence, riffraff! And step aside, if you value your life."

The attendants draw their swords, but Josh doesn't move. The beggars run away as Prince Agua steps off his horse and looks at the urchin with disdain.

"Leave him be. He's too insignificant to kill."

He jumps back on his horse.

"On to the palace."

The attendants put their swords away.

"You best watch yourself, street rat."

As they leave, Josh finds his way home, feeling discouraged.

Josh sits at his window, looking out to the horizon.

"I'm gonna become somebody, Ma. I don't know how exactly, but I will."

Josh once again looks up to the sky, then closes his shades to his window for the night.
