Later at night, Tyler paces into his room balcony, followed by Carrie, Kristin, and Jenna. Tyler plans to leave again, and not make another mistake.

"But Tyler, you can't just leave!" Carrie cried.

"Remember what happened last time?" Jenna asked.

"Where will you go?" Kristin added.

"It doesn't matter." Tyler replied. "I will not be auctioned off to some self centered show off!"

Suddenly, Josh enters.

"I hope you're talking about some other self centered show off. Because if not, this would just be awkward."

Jenna walks up to the man, keeping her ground.

"So, what exactly are your intentions with our Prince?"

Kristin steps in, attempting to back Josh away.

"You know he makes other princes cry without even trying!"

Josh starts to get terrified.

"So I've heard..."

Tyler chuckles, and steps in front of his maids.

"It's all right, ladies, I can handle him."

"We'll be right outside if you need anything."

Carrie takes Kristin and Jenna aside.

"Come on."

As they go outside, Carrie steps aside of Josh.

"Do you have a brother?"

Carrie leaves, and Josh is relieved.

"Whew! Alone at last."

"Save your breath, Prince Mali." Tyler said.

"Please, Prince. Obviously, I've offended you, which was not my intention. Whatever it is I've done, I humbly beg your forgiveness."

As Josh removes his turban and bows, Tyler sees something familiar.

"Wait a moment. Have we met before?"

"Uh..."

Josh quickly replaces his turban and turns away.

"That's impossible!"

"You remind me of someone I met in the marketplace."

"The marketplace?"

Josh puts his turban back on.

"Oh, I have servants who go to marketplace for me. Why, I even have servants who go to the marketplace for my servants. So it couldn't have been me you met."

"No, you couldn't be him." Tyler said.

Josh sees how beautiful Tyler looks as he admired him.

"Did I mention how beautiful you look tonight?"

Tyler walks closer to him.

"And rich, too. A fine prize for any prince to marry."

"Right." Josh said. "A prince like me."

Tyler becomes disgusted with his response.

"You're just like the rest of them, only after my fortune!"

"No. You're right!" Josh said. "You aren't just some prize to be won. You should be free to make your own choice. I'll go now."

Josh turns away and leaps over the balcony.

"Wait! No! Mali! I didn't mean-"

Josh rises up over the balcony railing.

"You called?"

"How... how are you doing that?"

"It's a magic carpet."

"I didn't know they really existed! Where did you find it?"

"I know a guy. Care to go for a ride? We could get out of the palace."

"Will it be safe?" Tyler asked.

"Do you trust me?"

Tyler stood in shock, remembering Josh, the boy he met in the marketplace, but now it was only Prince Mali, or so he thought.

"What did you say?"

Josh reaches out his hand.

"Do you trust me?"

"I'm not sure why, but yes."

Josh helps Tyler onto the magic carpet, which flies into the night sky.

"There you are." He said. "Back safe and sound."

"Thank you for the ride." Tyler replied. "I've never seen a more amazing view."

"Then you should be standing where I am. You know, Prince, even if you don't choose me, I'll still remember this as the best night of my entire life."

"Even better than the night we planned to run away together?" Tyler asked.

"Well, that was pretty great too!"

Suddenly, Josh realizes what he said.

"I...I mean... I didn't fool you for a second, did I?"

"Did you really think I'd really go on a magic carpet ride with a complete stranger?" Tyler asked. "Why did you lie to me? The truth, this time."

"The truth?" Josh asked.

"Yes, the truth."

"The truth is... I sometimes dress as a commoner and go out into the marketplace in disguise to experience how "real people" live. Sound familiar?"

Tyler blushes.

"Maybe..."

"So, will I see you again?"

"As soon as I speak to my father."

"What do you mean?"

"Well, I have to tell him I just might have found the perfect suitor, don't I?"

As Tyler leaves, Josh is stunned.

"I can't believe it! He's actually falling for me! Nothing can go wrong now!"

Suddenly, Gerard enters, with Frank and the guard leader by his side.

"I believe that's my cue."

He turns to the guard leader.

"Seize him!"

The guard leader apprehends Josh.

"Wait, what?"

"It is against the law for a suitor to trespass in the Prince's private chambers."

"Section 4, paragraph 12. Busted!" Frank cried.

"A prince such as yourself surely knows the laws of the land. Take him away!"

"No! Wait! This is all a mistake! No!!"

As Josh is taken away, Hayley appears with a bouquet of flowers and a box of baklava."

"Hey, Joshua, I got you some baklava! The Prince will-"

"Hayley! Help!"

"Oh no! What did I do?! What do I do?! Mark! Patrick!"

Hayley takes off running out of the palace.
