Sam's POV

My alarme blarred and I slammed my hand to shut it up quickly getting up. It was 5am way to early for everyone else. Hell way to early for me but I needed to sneak out of the house to avoid itachi. I was not taking his confession all that well. I was still in between on if he was saying it to piss fugaku off or he actually really meant it....either way I was SO not dealing with it right now.

I pulled on black skinny jeans and a black crop top pulling my hair into a pony tail. Grabbing my bag I crepped down the stairs with my converse in hands towards where the keys where. I was about to grabb my keys when Tobi scared me. "SAM-CHAN WHERE ARE YOU GOING!' he yelled full of energy. I made the shh sound looking around making sure I wasn't spotted. Tobi seemed to be already fully dressed ready for school. "Tobi why the heck are you up' I hissed. Tobi looked at me Happily.

"Cause Tobi notices sam-chan sneaking out really early going to school alone so Tobi decided he'd get up early to go with sam-chan.' He explained. I heard a creak on the stairs and grabbed tobi and ran toward the door. "Fine just run to my car' I yelled opening the door and running out dragging Tobi with me.He seemed to get excited by that and ran ahead and dragged Me behind.

Finally we reached the car and I unlocked Tobi door and threw it open diving into the drivers seat. Tobi hopped into the car slamming the door as I started the car and peeled off seeing a confused manga standing in the doorway of the house. Letting out a sigh I relaxed a bit starring at the rode. "That was fun sam-chan can we do it again?' He asked bouncing in his seat. I groaned and shook my head.

I heard a vibrating from my bag and looked in the rear view mirror to see my bag laying strewn across the seat. "Tobi can you get my phone from my bag please?' I asked focusing on the road trying to decide where to go get food for me and Tobi. He leaned back grabbing my bag and rummaging threw it till he pulled out my phone. Unlocking it he clicked around till he showed me the phone. (Future reference tobi is texting back for me)

Shisui: Samantha uzumaki did you really just run from him again with tobi

Sam/tobi: Sam-chan says she has no idea what your talking about.  Neither does Tobi.

Shisui: MY ASS SHE DOESNT TELL HER TO MEET ME AT THE USUAL PLACE THIS INSTANT.

Sam/Tobi: sam-chan says she doesn't wanna your just gonna yell. Tobi agrees.

Shisui: If she isn't here in ten minuets I'm putting a APD out for her arrest.

Sam/Tobi: Sam says your a jerk and that she's not talking when we get there.

Shisui: good she can listen while I explain to her.

I goraned and banged my head on the steering wheel. This is going to be a shitty day.

Twenty minuets and allot of me driving around the parking lot later.

Tobi and me walked into the usual cafe where shisuiwas sitting at our both tapping his foot. I waved high to the owners and walked to the booth scooting towards the middle while Tobi sat at the end. Shisui  turned to look at me with his angry smile. "Sam why is it you continue to make my OTP NOT happen' he asked steamed. a waitress walked over serving tobi pancakes and me a banana smoothie with a chocolate crepe. " Shisui  I have no idea what your talking about I'm just doing my normal school routine.' I commented cutting into my crepe and stuffing a piece into my mouth.

His eye twitched. "Samantha uzamaki you know the only reason itachi hasn't done something very drastic like lock you in a room and ravish you is cause I said it would terrify you. Now if you don't stop avoiding him like the bubonic plague i will tell itachi that its OK to go threw with that plan. ' He threatened. I chocked on my food and looked at him wide eyed. "Shisui  please tell me your joking.' I asked nervously. He looked at me serious. I looked down crossing my legs fidgeting. "Shisui  you don't understand he scares me. He's dated allot of women all of them prettier then me. Puls he only said that cause fugaku was in the room how do I know he didn't just say that to piss him off or what if he's just messing with me shisui  I can't deal with that I don't have a strong enough heart. I'd end up moving to Mexico and changing my name to Juan. Shisui  my Spanish sucks I can't take the chance.' I panicked and began to hyperventulate. Shisui  blinked at me while Tobi patted my head. "Don't worry sam-chan Tobi won't let you move to Mexico at least not without tobi-chan.' Tobi stated.

I groaned and let my head fall. "Sam do you think that would actually happen or that itachi would do that?'shisui  asked. I looked at him dead serious. " Shishui itachi is a hot guy that knows he's hot I believe he can do whatever he wants.' He blinked before laughing. "Samantha uzumaki your being ridiculous. You have till lunch  before I tell him he's free to do as he pleases." He stated putting some bills on the table and walking out snickering leaving me horror struck at the table. "Are you OK sam-Chan" he asked. I drank my smoothie sadly. "Nope Tobi I'm screwed.' I replied.

Later at school

I glared at Karin and cracked my knuckles as she sat cockily talking about the incident. Sakura ate a fry watching my attitude. "I'm surprised you haven't struck with your revenge yet." She stated. I signed and let my eyes dart towards jiraya and tsunade watching me like a hawk. "I'm being watched twenty four seven by those to so I don't do anything drastic plus I've been busy with the um uchiha situation. ' I stated awkwardly. Sakura signed.

" Why don't you go talk to itachi Sam hes been starring at you all lunch.' Sakura stated. My eyes darted towards itachi who was sitting with the guys. "Dear lord sakura why did you not warn me I gotta run shisui  said he'd let itachi do as he pleases If I don't talk to him at lunch. I must flee to Mexico bye' I stated getting up and taking off out of the cafeteria. Faintly there were sounds of footsteps following me. Nope nope nope. I chanted in fear for dear life. I saw the girls bathroom and darted inside into a stall hiding my feet.

I heard tbr door slam open then shut along with a lock. I looked down and saw itachi's shoes. "Samantha I know your in here and I'll give you fair warning shisui  said I have free rain over the situation Now I don't plan to go easy on you and I don't plan to give up so be ready.' He stated with that he walked back to the door and out. I looked at the stall door in horror. Dear lord I'm fucked.
