"Hey ____cchi, prom is coming soon right?", Kise said as he took a bite from his sandwich. "Oh? That stupid event.", you said while rolling your eyes. "Eeh?! You're not coming are you?!", he shouted. "You have to go! You have to go!", he said as he shaked you. "No way! I remebered last time I went to those stupid things, I ended up all alone you know. All through the night.", you said while covering your face. "Huh? Why were you alone. You were with me back then.", he asked. "Because tons of girls flooded you when you entered the room.", you glared at him. "Ahahaha Is that so?", he scratched the back of his head. "And I was left alone in the corner, good thing there was food.", you said, hugging your knees. "So? You coming? I promise I would be with you.", he pleaded, rubbing your back. "I'll try.", you said. "How can I even calm my fans? They're unstoppable.", he whined. "You haven't even thought about that yet? Seriously?", you sighed and got up. "Haha I'll come up with it sooner or later. Wait for me ____cchi!", he called to you.

"Did Shirosaki gave you the files already?", Akashi asked. "Hm, oh here they are.", you handed him the folder. You sighed feeling exhausted for no reason. "What's wrong ___?", he suddenly asked looking at you. "Huh? Nothing.", you said. "Don't lie to me, you're not aggressive today. Something is up.", he said. "Hey! I'm not always aggressive, just to you.", you continued your work. "I don't want to go to that stupid prom.", you muttered. "Same here.", he said. "If I'm not the president then I wouldn't go. It's loud and messy.", he said getting annoyed. "And you have to go there too, being my assistant.", he ordered. You sighed, trying to make it loud enough for him to hear. "I'll go there with you then.", he said. "Whaaat? But I already have Ryouta to come with me.", you said while looking at him. He stayed silent for a while. "Do you really think that he will have time for you when you get there?", he said. You didn't say anything. "A-and don't get the wrong idea, I'm only coming with you because you're my a-assistant.", he said defending himself. You raised you brow at him. "Really? You're acting so tsun tsun today.", you said. "Tsun-tsun?", he asked. "Nevermind.", you said. The bell rang, ending the day. "I'm going now, bye Akashi.", you said as you got up and exited the door.

You sighed at your screen. It was prom night today and you haven't even prepared. Taking your look off the virtual screen, you glanced at the clock which said 10:15. Prom will be starting in 15 minutes. You ignored it and stared back into the computer.

Ding Ding Ding

The doorbell was ringing at an annoying rate. You abruptly stood up from your chair and went to open the door. "_____-chan~! Akashi ordere--", you slammed the door infront of the cheerful Momoi. "Go away Satsuki.", you said. "B-but Akashi-kun is going to kill me if I don't.", she pleaded. You opened the door and was quickly hugged by Momoi. "Akashi said that I should use that phrase.", she whispered and giggled. Ofcourse, you thought to yourself. "You haven't even prepared yet! Where's your dress? There's only 13 minutes left!", she panicked. "How about you? You're not even prepared yet too.", you said. "Don't worry about me. I can do that in 5 minutes only.", she gave you a thumbs up. "Aha! There it is!", she pointed to the hanged white dress in the slightly opened cabinet. You quickly hid under the table but she grabbed your feet. "Hey! Don't run away from me!", she said as she pulled you out. "Hahaha~ come here ____-chan. Let's make you beautiful.", she said while holding a bunch of cosmetics.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

"I'll be going now ____-chan! Don't remove the makeup okay? You'll be dead meat to me! Byee!", she said as she closed the door. You plopped down your chair and continued to browse the net. Within 3 minutes you heard the doorbell ring again.

"What is it again Satsuki?", you sighed frustratedly. You were suprised to see a very handsome Ryouta. "R-ryouta...", you said. "You look beautiful _____cchi!", he said in surprise. "Shut up...", you said in embarassment. "Shall we go?", he offered his arm to you. "We shall... not.", you said as you were about to close the door. He suddenly locked you in his arms and dragged you to the car. "Ahahaha thought so..", he said in a low voice.

I didn't even close my computer!

You two entered the room. You shielded your eyes from the light that illuminated the scene. Everything was lavishly designed. Well, it was planned by Akashi. Both of you heard the screams of the fangirls. You hid behind Kise, waiting for the impact. But you got none, you opened one of your eyes and saw Kise talking to them. "See? This is my partner. So please don't try to ruin this night for us.", he grabbed you and showed you to them. Glares, glares everywhere. They all stared in shock, Kise walked you away from them. "Finally", he sighed in relief. You were suprised, to finally see Kise do that. "H-how did you do that?", you asked. He just smiled at you and took your hand. "Anything for you.", he said as he kissed it. You flushed a deep red.

"Care for a dance?", he smiled and you took his hand. You laughed at his actions and he laughed back with you. He pulled you closer to him. "I don't know how to dance, Ryouta.", you said. "Just follow me.", he said. Slowly, you felt yourself in rythm with him. The loud beating of your heart was all the things you heard. My face must be red now.. you thought. "Ryouta, remember when I first got here. Why did you ask me if there were other reasons why I enrolled here.", you blushed. "Ahh, that um... because.. I uh", he started to think of the best thing to say to you. "It's because, I uh.. I really thought you missed me. I really missed you back then.. I love you... as a sibling would.", he said. You stopped your movements and muttered a painful I knew it would end like this. Just like the last time. "Excuse me for a second.", you smiled at him and moved out of the way. "___cchi!", he said. You ran outside and hid behind a tree. You hugged your knees and let your emotions flow through your eyes. "Hey ____", you heard Akashi said. "Go away.", you replied coldly. He sudddenly sat beside you and adjusted his tie. You wiped your eyes with your hands and looked away from him. "What do you want?", you said sternly. "What's with you and these kinds of events?", he asked. "Promise you wouldn't tell anyone?", you asked. "Promise.", he chuckled slightly.

"(Old crush's name), I've been wanting to tell you this. But I like you.", you awkwardly said. "Oh, ____-chan... I uh like you too. But it's more of a sibling type. I prefer to treat you like my little sister.", he said. "That's fine.", you smiled at him. "HAHAHAHAHA did you guys got that?", he suddenly laughed. Your eyes widened in fear as you saw a bunch of students coming out of the bush holding a camera. "What? Did you--", you asked. "Really thought I would like you back?", he said. The other students laughed. "That was priceless!" "Good job nerd!" "Go home, you must be dillusional!" they all circled you. "Please stop!", you covered your ears as tears endlessly fell on your cheeks.

"What an idiot.", Akashi suddenly growled. You laughed at him, "I was the idiot back then Akashi.", you smiled. "Good thing Kise has no friends like that. He had a great circle of friends right now.", you closed your eyes and smiled softly, trying your best to keep the tears falling again. "I wouldn't have wasted the opportunity, if I were them.", he muttered. "Huh? What?", you asked him. "Nothing.", he softly said. A few minutes of silence and you stood up and declared. "You have to take me home! Alright? No questions!", you offered your hand to him. He grabbed your hand and stood up. Both of you shared laughs at each other as you continued to tell him stories about your childhood. And eventually he began to open up more.

Two shadows walked endlessly down the road, not even mindful that they were keeping their hands close to each other the whole time.

Kise slammed his hand on the wall that stretched beyond the premises. "What the hell this I just do.", he said under his breath. His fist started to loose it's hold, he covered his eyes as he walked alone.
